Somewhere beneath the mound of filth lies hidden potential. It is, however, suffocated by bugs, bad game design, terrible story and endless repetition.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox could have been a great game if it was more understandable, straightforward, free-flowing, focused, polished – and less frustrating. As it stands, the main draw is the audiovisual style and the mysterious setting.

Simple arcade game with relatively addicting gameplay which suffers from a severe lack of content. In this case it's quite a fundamental problem.

An average narrative ride that's unpleasantly superficial in contrast to its true potential. Unfortunately, the creators have blocked that potential with lame graphics and average gaming mechanics. A system of choices, and replayability should have been the things that save the game. However, it did not happen.

A beautiful, colourful game for children which will teach you so much about bees, wasps and other creatures and is cute and fun to boot. You can almost feel the excitement with which this game was made - as evident as the plainly unfulfilled potential.

A fast and furious and full of fun arcade racing game that's in many regards and without a sweat crushing its competition - DiRT Showdown including.

The lynx family survival simulator, which went wrong. It builds on the foundations of the first game, that are not working in the open world and beyond admiring the beautiful landscape it offers practically nothing. Don´t expect entertaining survival from Shelter 2.

Dr. Mario World is Nintendo at its weakest. It’s solid, it’s colorful, but also greedy, unoriginal and… well, somehow redundant.

    Kyn
Primarily, the game is not pleasant to play. Technical imperfection, both RPG and combat system are miserable, stupid story, and a bunch of illogicality unfortunately ruins a catchy visual style, pleasant music and satisfying crafting. In the bottom line just an unpleasant taste remains after playing Kyn.

Secrets of Rætikon is a highly atmospheric but not so addicting action game portraying animal life that is filled with puzzles and surprises. You will get this game, or reject it. Its form is above its content.

A badly designed game with flaws that br(e)akes its multiplayer dramatically. You know, being unconventional and not able to write a proper game code doesn't pay off sometimes.

I’ll freely admit that Black Legend definitely is original. At the same time, however, it’s ugly and dated, hardly suited for the modern audience.

The only positive aspect of the game is its inspiration by Murakami works. Otherwise Memoranda is just a mix of illogical puzzles with a story that sometimes loses the way.

An ordinary game coming out from the original recognized board game. The only thing driving you forward is your effort to beat the game's developers who have chosen to create a hardcore turn-based strategy game after lots of trial and error. There's nothing more to it.

This game is the definitive proof that you won’t get a tasty meal just by mixing random ingredients that you like. The immersion sometimes feels nice (when you turn off the HUD), but there are performance problems galore and a very weak AI ready to ruin your day.

Space Hulk: Deathwing is an action with a great atmosphere and design that authentically returns the world of Warhammer 40,000 to the spotlights. Unfortunately this is the only "plus" of the game. Everything else is mired in problems. Technically the game is still a beta version and its poor action mechanics kill all the fun.

The creators have looked everywhere and were inspired by everything, but unlike the competition there's no quality in their endeavours. Instead of a great hack and slash title they serve us a merely stereotypically dull piece without brains. On top of that, the game looks off colour.

You can feel all the effort, care and originality they put into the ReCore game. We don’t see many platformers like this and most things in the game work just fine. But a couple of bad design decisions and technical issues ruin that good feeling unfortunately.

Play this game only if you know A Game of Thrones novel and also if you are willing to forgive that the game hasn't been made properly at all. Only then you are going to be captivated by a thrilling and well-made story with the power to make up all the negative aspects. Simply, Game of Thrones is all about its content, not its form.

Milking the cows will go down in history, but it does not change the fact that 1-2-Switch is only a collection of mini-games that will soon become boring. The whole thing is more ridiculous than funny. And then there’s an ungodly price.

On paper, this should be a pretty solid heist game, but when you’re actually playing it, boredom is inevitable. This is more of a tutorial to a future game of grand master plans which you’re not allowed to play. What’s more, the missing voice acting is a real blow.

Demo version should remain a demo version not pretend to be a full-featured game. Full version offers close to nothing new compared to teaser. Kraven Manor is promising game with a great potential – but potential unfortunately untapped.

There are some positives, such as brilliant atmosphere, cool environment and interesting setting. But the negatives far outweigh them. Design mistakes, poorly thought-out features and absolutely atrocious combat consistently ruin any potential for having fun.

The efforts for modern concept of the legend came out of the way. Sonic Forces has obvious problems with the transition between two perspectives as well with the movement and speed. Only customization possibilities and several new weapons saves it from the average.

At its core, The First Descendant is a solid looter shooter, but that's about it. The limited number of activities, which are quite similar, a botched storyline, awkward dialogues, and excessive grind weigh it down. The characters, while fun to play, are generic. Despite these issues, the game can still be entertaining, and many of the problems mentioned could be resolved quickly. However, the predatory monetization strategy chosen by Nexon won't disappear. Even so, it can be ignored, allowing you to enjoy the game if you can look past all the surrounding clutter and focus on the simple thrill of holding down the trigger.

The project revives a long forgotten genre of interactive movies. It can surprise with interesting, but unfortunately a linear story, it offers good acting and a very strong atmosphere. Unfortunately, all this does not change the fact The Bunker is boring from the gameplay perspective.

Forged of Blood isn’t a bad first game for the developer, Critical Forge, and it will surely find an audience, even though its graphics are atrocious. This turn-based strategy is very good gameplay-wise - but also way too verbose and overly complex.

Unimaginative adventure game with all the well-known problems of old as pixel-hunting and meaningless object shuffling. In addition, the game and its awkwardness killed a legacy of one cult movie.

Painfully short, but incredibly personal and stylistically pleasant adventure, which story is unfortunately very shallow. This shallowness is balanced by light-hearted playfulness so at the end the game deserves a space on your hard drive. Just don’t expect miracles.
