If you've played plenty of Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel already, then it's pretty much what you've already seen and may still own, so it's really a matter of if you want to play everything again or just want to collect some new PS4 trophies.

Even the background music piped into places like Tweak's Coffee Shop or an office waiting room is drawn from the series' extensive library of original songs. If you've been watching the series as long as I have (forever), then you'll be in absolute South Park trivia heaven.

It’s really too bad that Capcom didn’t take this chance to add online co-op to the game since it would have worked well for a console known for its online play. The pros and cons to the game are all still the same on Xbox One as they were in the Switch version. The difficulty can get annoying but still feels overall satisfying for the most part. If you still haven’t checked out this game yet and are a GnG fan then be sure to pick this game up.

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting to see how the series developed before committing to it, then Reality 2.0 should be enough to convince you to go for it at this point.

A hardcore sim for the truly hardcore sim fan.

While the controls may be on the simple side in a game like this that isn't a real issue because all you're want is to have fun.

You'll certainly get a lot of bang for your entertainment buck with it.

If you're looking for a fast-paced and thoroughly enjoyable online shooter, then you'll find UT3 to be among the best that the Xbox 360 has to offer. If you don't like playing online, though, there are better first person shooter experiences for solo play out there.

Desperados III is a defining game both for the tactical and Western genres. It presents a bucketload of possibilities for you to become a Sergio Leone legend, and it completely understands the mysticality of the American Frontier-set fiction that inspired it. Whether you are new to hardcore stealth games or not, this is a rootin' tootin' good time.

So that's it; the series that started in 2009 with Demon's Souls is coming to a close. The Ringed City has its share of annoyances, but the story, lore and bosses make any complaints null and void. This really does feel like 'the end' but games are like Marvel characters; no matter how or why they die, wait a few months and ' surprise ' they are alive again. I highly doubt From Software is done with the Souls series forever, but if I'm wrong this is the perfect way to cap off the last eight years of living in a Dark Souls world.

Awakenings is a competent expansion to Origins, but the price of admission is just a little too high given its length and the high quality set by Origins that it can't quite reach.

If the environments were more open, if there was more variety to the puzzles, if the game lasted longer, if ..., then you could have had the best game of the year here.

A super-powered blast of a game.

I imagine that some gamers who played this pair of Tony Hawk games back in the day may find some nits to pick with it, but for me it’s been so long since I played the originals, I can’t say that I’ve got any of those sorts of complaints. The levels do jog some memories for me, and the modern facelift keeps THPS3+4 from ruining any nostalgic memories for me. If you missed the gamed the first time around, you’ll probably be quite happy with THPS3+4 – there’s a lot to enjoy here and all of the various aspects of the game are well-implemented and come together quite nicely.

However, on the whole Guitar Hero III is a lot of fun to play and has plenty of tracks to keep virtual rock stars busy. Overall you won’t be disappointed with Legends of Rock.

Embrace The Darkness.

If you like your arcade racing to be intense or prefer more concrete goals in a game beyond simply accumulating cars, you’d be better off renting Test Drive Unlimited. You’ll have enough time to marvel at what it’s accomplished, but not enough to grow bored with it.

If you've had your fill of goofy kart racing and want to graduate to powered-up racing with real-world vehicles and tracks devoid of giant angry turtles, Blur's the game for you.

The heroes are a great touch that allows players to gain a feeling of personal attachment to their faction, and to enjoy the character improvement aspect of RPGs.

Shadow Magic carries on the Age of Wonders series' tradition of fine turn-based strategy gameplay, and the changes introduced by the game should please both Age of Wonders veterans and gamers new to the series.

The most bizarre of the games is ATV Hockey, but surprisingly it is a lot of fun to play.

Overall, SOCOM is definitely at the top-tier of PS2 games in terms of sound, and can hold its own in graphics.

When viewed as a whole, it is clear that Darksiders was made by skilled developers who truly love video games. If there ever was a game that could be all things to all people and tastes, Darksiders is it.

The "epic" quest felt like it was cut for time and the dragon riding was nowhere near what I wanted it to be. The questing here will surely be enjoyed by tons of players, but the missed opportunities made this my least favorite Skyrim expansion yet.

A smaller gameworld and recycled environments make Dragon Age II feel less expansive than Origins, but a number of console friendly game changes may make it more appealing to console gamers than its predecessor.

Although there are a variety of objectives among the new missions, gameplay is not changed significantly in Island Thunder.

An online feast, but a single player famine, and SOCOM veterans with a Network Adaptor will enjoy gorging themselves on this game.

An enjoyable hybrid RPG/action game that is accessible to the novice X-Men fan but pays the bigger dividends to the true fan.
