Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters is fresh in several ways. The caddy offers deeper gameplay, while the road to the US Masters is an interessting career mode. All in all a great golf game, with your cast as the star of the show.

Lego City Undercover borrows heavily from Grand Theft Auto IV, and mixes it with the fun gameplay we know from other Lego games. It's great fun to explore Lego City and the plot has some really clever twists that will keep you interested throughout the game. It's time for Traveller's Tales Games to come up with some new puzzles, though.

It is almost as camp as it is addictive. In a genre that is all about streamlining, the mechanically perfected combat system and no slack questing carries a gigantic and driven action role playing game that should be accessible for pretty much everyone.

Addictive, beautiful and often challenging. This is Age of Wonders as we know and love.

More figures to choose from, more boards to play on, and individual dice would have done a lot to lift this game up an extra notch, and extend its life somewhat.

inFamous: Second Son is a lot of fun, with a lot of pretty particles and a few smashing super powers, but the somewhat lackluster story and weird karma-interactions hold it back from being truly great.

Guitar Hero Live is both modern and clever in its design, with cool FMV and a new guitar to bring the immersion to a whole new level. GHTV is a great new addition to the franchise, and with a long and varied song library to choose from you'll be hard pressed to not have a good time here.

Proteus is a down-to-earth game about nature, in all it’s glory. Your first encounter with the island, it’s animalistic inhabitants and the living, breathing, musical atmosphere is sure to send chills down your spine, and the fact that the third visit manages to be just as exciting is a testament to Proteus’ greatness.

Ghostrunner 2 is an exciting action game, and you immediately notice that the developers have had higher ambitions for this sequel. This manifests itself in the form of a larger universe with more variety, and it is exciting to explore the many unique cyberpunk aspects both inside and outside Dharma Tower.

It's a charming, engaging and memorable game that doesn't outstay its welcome. In fact, it's one of the few games that could have lasted longer, and that’s rare.

With improved physics and an incredible depth in gameplay, PES 2014 is a step in the right direction for Konami. The game still suffers from weak AI, lack of licenses and few innovations in their gameplay modes, but its the closest the series have come in matching PES 6, the highlight of the series.

Last Epoch is simply a very good action role-playing game. If you're a fan of Path of Exile or Diablo 4, Last Epoch will probably be right up your alley.

A few hitches and a somewhat repetitive combat system aside, Gravity Rush Remastered is a joy to play, and a big recommendation for fans of the action adventure genre. There is enough fun to be had here for both old and new Gravity Rush players, and if you’re fond of super hero themes and comic book storytelling, this is definitely worth checking out.

Paper Mario: The Origami King offers a surprisingly charming and fun adventure with some fun platforming mechanics. I only wish the game had focused more on the role playing aspects or simply cut them away, as the battles become too dull to enjoy after the first hour or so.

The Wolf Among Us tells an engaging tale, filled with great characters, colorful graphics and clever choices. If only the choices held more meaning.

There are very few times that I don't believe my own eyes, but Oblivion Remastered has managed to throw me back two decades, and give me exactly the same jaw drop at the age of 31 as when I was 13.

Knockout City is fun, fast and fresh, and even though it sounds like I'm describing a deodorant, it's also the perfect way to describe this just-as-perfect summer game.

Skate 3 may not be more than an evolution of the two first games, but it is a damned good evolution. Port Carverton is a skaters paradise, and the introduction of difficulty levels invites both new and veteran gamers to enjoy the fictional city on four wheels.

Enslaved offers a truly fantastic experience, and I am having a hard time not recommending it to everyone I know, but its potential makes you wonder what could have been.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is a lot like its predecessor, but that's not a bad thing. Everything is bigger this time around, with more maps to explore, more missions to undertake and more unique orcs to kill and dominate. It's all great fun (albeit a little repetitive after 40 hours). A more cohesive and memorable main story would've helped the game stand out even more.

Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth is a lovely tale of friendship in harsh times, kindness, and the joy of being together. It's a more ambitious game compared to their previous effort, and it pays off.

Forza Motorsport 5 is fantastic in its best moments, but the game is lacking in content and feels unfinished overall. This full price game is also riddled with and harshly balanced around micro transactions.

Hitman: Absolution provides a varied and sometimes stellar experience. The joy of creating brilliant accidents is hard to match, but the game can also be very frustrating. Using disguises can be a frustrating experience, and at times you feel very limited in the choices you can make.

Despite its fantastical setting in an alternate Nazi-controlled universe, the new Wolfenstein is disappointingly standard shooting fare. A decent action game, but a missed opportunity to do something crazy.

Not much has changed since the first game in 2006. Fortunately, the foundation is still very solid, with an entertaining and beautifully brutal combat system, a great sense of freedom between the missions and satisfying role-playing elements.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a decent action adventure game, but does very little to create a unique experience with the added flavour of the Star Wars universe.

Samus is back for an intense ride through hectic battles and intriguing exploration. The combat system is phenomenal, but the controls are jarring at times. This is still a worthwhile trip to the Metroid-universe.
