The best game of 2013 is fine tuned and improved with more content on the next gen consoles. The first person mode is a fun and awesome experience, but in action moments it sometimes chokes a bit.

A new track-list and a variety of fun features make Just Dance 2015 a nice dance game. But the lag and the fact that only one profile can be used in multiplayer are a big party-stopper.

Shovel Knight is a beautiful tribute to the era that used to be. With it's graphics and gameplay it refers to 8-bit games, but it does have a unique touch of its own. It might be a bit short, but it sure has a strong personality.

Thanks to the amount of tasks, collectibles and a pretty good story, AC Unity is enjoyable. The newly introduced multiplayer co-op experience is thrilling too. What a pity that bugs, odd looking visuals and other flaws keep this game from being an enticing experience.

The Master Chief Collection prepares a new generation of console gamers for one of the best shooter series ever made. This disc offers 4 high end single-player adventures, 106 multiplayer maps and a crazy amount of extra content. This is the game to buy this year.

Chariot is a platform game that uses its unique physics to reel you over. It is a huge challenge to pull the kings kart, but if you are persistent, this is definitely the game for you. Either the sadistic humor or the local co-op will get you through.

Again, Farming Simulator 15 is an excellent sim that offers a lot of content at a pretty high quality. The makers do need to step it up a bit when it comes to certain elements.

This game renews itself in an odd way: the interface, which made a lot of progress in the last few years, has gotten a few illogical changes which feel like a few steps back. That being said, there is no better football management game on the market right now.

The EXO-suit makes the already very strong multiplayer experience feel fresh and new. We appreciate Sledgehammer for offering great maps, awesome weapons and the rough and tough vertical gameplay. This might be the best Call of Duty in years.

It took a while, but The Journey Down: Chapter Two is exactly what we were hoping for. Playtime is a tad longer, the graphics are more lively and it has even more Grim Fandango references than Chapter One. The puzzles do get a bit too predictable towards the end.

The good intentions on the technical and visual part show more love for this pumped up classic, but the outcome is not that great. Thankfully Gabriel Knight had an intriguing story, good written script and good puzzles back in the day, because those things are still here and make Sins of the Fathers a decent game.

This game offers entertaining battles that will make you work for it: hard. But at the same time it tries to be accessible, which seems to disturb the balance.

This free-to-play 'build-your-own-game'-game is pretty straight forward. The public beta is almost identical to the end product. There are already some amazing home build games to play, but if you want to build your own levels, you will probably be spending some money.

Sunset Overdrive is fresh air through the open world genre. Skating, bouncing, wall-running; it does not just look awesome, it feels awesome. Most of the missions are a one-trick pony, but changing the guns you use makes that repetitiveness fade away.

The figurines of Skylanders are not as recognizable as the Disney or Nintendo ones, plus they are pretty expensive. That being said, Skylanders: Trap Team is the best one in the Skylanders franchise, with great variations in gameplay and tons of fun.

We would not call Bayonetta 2 revolutionary, but it is just as satisfying as the first one. The presentation is still a 'love it or hate it'-thing, but the refined gameplay is something not to miss, especially when you are a fan of the genre.
