Bethesda's mega-RPG already has so much to offer that an extra storyline doesn't feel like a real expansion. For those who've seen everything in Skyrim, Dawnguard might be nice, boasting a few new and pretty areas. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like a complete expansion like Shivering Isles was for Oblivion, which is why it's also a bit expensive.- Gamer.nl

Shapist takes a classic form of puzzles and gives it a modern spin. The puzzles are challenging and the distraction minimal, making this one of the purest puzzles games on iOS. This also makes it incredibly hard; it could’ve used some hints and tips.- Gamer.nl

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is a melancholic and compelling shooter made in the most extraordinary circumstances. The beautiful and filled to the brim game world is accompanied by frustrating AI and graphical errors. In addition, the experience is not much different from the previous parts. Despite that, Stalker 2 is a game that you can spend hours in. The more effort you put into exploring the Zone, the more it will yield.- Gamer.nl

This free-to-play 'build-your-own-game'-game is pretty straight forward. The public beta is almost identical to the end product. There are already some amazing home build games to play, but if you want to build your own levels, you will probably be spending some money.- Gamer.nl

The first big dlc for Assassin’s Creed Origins is more of the same. It is okay, but simply not very surprising.- Gamer.nl

LEGO: Pirates of the Caribbean is full of beautiful environments and funny situations. But every time you try to enjoy them, your fun is spoiled by hindering mistakes made while polishing the game. Especially the unclear puzzles and the lacking platforming-sections make the game unnecessarily frustrating.- Gamer.nl

Race On is one of the best simulation racers, but Simbin should take a good look at their series and perhaps breathe some new life in it. There’s little change here and the game could use the option to damage your cars.- Gamer.nl

Pudding Monsters is a fun puzzle game with a cheerful appearance and an appealing concept. It never uses those elements to turn it into a classic though. Unless the developers can create a lot of extra levels to make it way more challenging, that status is lost. We'll just have to wait and see.- Gamer.nl

It would have been so easy to make Punch Club a freemium game, but the developer didn't and that is good. Punch Club is a simulation game that sometimes reaches the level of Theme Hospital, which is very admirable.- Gamer.nl

Kunai is again a good metroidvania as we have seen many times before in the last couple of years. The grappling hooks are fun to use, but the environment in the game is a tad boring.- Gamer.nl

Life is Strange: Double Exposure won't make any friends with its decision to leave Chloe behind. The ten year older Max is portrayed extremely well, and the supernatural story is delightful. Still, the writing varies in quality a lot due to an inconsistent tone and characters that make illogical decisions.- Gamer.nl

Secretly we would have liked a more conventional Kirby platformer, although this one definitely is entertaining. The controls are not precise enough to draw good lines for Kirby, but the game makes us feel upbeat and there is lots to explore (single-player and co-op).- Gamer.nl

Titan Souls is a train of bossfights, in which the opponent and you both only need one hit to win. Every enemy has an awesome design and offers a puzzle experience. But, there is not really something to lose in this game, which makes it a bit less enticing as we would have liked Titan Souls to be.- Gamer.nl

Midnight Carnival brings the series closer to adulthood. The difficulty has been raised quite a bit and the game offers much more of a challenge. The Boing!-move is also a very handy addition in the open levels. There’s not much new here, but it’s worth every penny for every fan of platformers.- Gamer.nl

This game is ideal for 3DS. The two games in this bundle are different enough to make them both fun to play. The gameplay is just as strong as it was on mobile phones, so we can forgive the game for being so awfully difficult at some moments.- Gamer.nl

This wonderfully crafted psychological drama does not only offer a story on a level rarely seen in videogames, it also boasts an excellent audiovisual presentation and an eye for detail. The few minor flaws in the core gameplay don't hurt the experience at all.- Gamer.nl

Don’t let yourself be fooled by the easy controls of Fantasy Life, as this new Level-5 world is a lovely one to discover. Backtracking is not great, but with that many content we cannot really complain.- Gamer.nl

HarmoKnight is a colorful rhythm platformer, available through the Nintendo 3DS eShop and made by the developers of Pokémon, that will keep you busy for about six hours. Thanks to the 50 levels and solid gameplay it’s worth the pretty high price of fifteen Euros. The characters and the story are very generic though. The standard levels are the most fun as well: the game sometimes experiments with different takes, which they shouldn’t have done in our opinion.- Gamer.nl

Freedom Wars feels like the result of an ambitious team that gave up halfway. The missions where you fight against giant robots are much fun, especially because they distract from the many problems that occur in this game.- Gamer.nl

Although X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a game based on a film, it's made with the right intentions. The unfinished look, a total lack of any challenge whatsoever and tedious gameplay make Wolverine a little harder to digest. Perfect for filling in the gaps between busy hours. Not so perfect if you want to play all night long.- Gamer.nl

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 makes you feel almighty when you and your team are together, and the fusion powers make it a blast to experiment with different teams. It's a shame that the lacking RPG-elements and tricky camera bring the experience down. Fans of Marvel and beat 'em up games won't be disappointed though.- Gamer.nl

Hack ’n Slash offers a way out for anyone who’s ever been stuck in games like The Legend of Zelda. Double Fine puts you in the seat of a hacker, which turns out to be a unique and pleasant take on the genre. Hacking may feel like a gimmick at first, but intelligent and refreshing puzzles quickly kill that sentiment.- Gamer.nl

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl does little new, but therefore also little wrong. The atmospheric remakes offer a faithful Pokémon experience with some subtle (and less subtle) changes to the formula. You should not expect more from it.- Gamer.nl

Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City can be judged in two ways. For gamers that are new to the series and for the experienced Animal Crossing gamer. For the first group Animal Crossing is a must buy if you own a Wii. For the second group the game will be one big déjà-vu. The game offers very few new and innovative elements in comparison to it's predecessor, but comes with a very strong game concept. Having this said, gamers that never played an Animal Crossing game can easily add one point to its grade.- Gamer.nl
