Ys VI: Ark of Napisthim was a great game, in 2003 when it released in japan. Now, especially since Origin and Oath in Felghana, it feels limited and obsolete. Adol has had so many better adventures in a later stage.- Gamer.nl

Destiny seldom blows you away with unexpected narrative gameplay and delivers less content than expected. There’s no point in lingering on those shortcomings though. It’s likely you won’t play a better shooter this year. The action is of such high quality and the cooperative and competitive play is interwoven seamlessly. This is still the game by Bungie we’ve been wanting to play.- Gamer.nl

Dragon Rising has become a very attractive and action packed shooter in a genre that's mostly associated with slow gameplay. This game could even be the missing link between hardcore and casual shooters. If you're looking for a lot of freedom, Dragon Rising isn’t that experience. Still, the game is a worthy successor of the first Operation Flashpoint.- Gamer.nl

What do you get when you mix Dragon Quest and Dynasty Warriors? A boring experience apparently bause Dragon Quest Heroes 2 is way too repetitive and offers a very dull story.- Gamer.nl

Making History makes Kerbal Space Program fun, but they are not a necessary addition to the game. We do really love the mission designer, which is an amazing tool that is worth sharing.- Gamer.nl

Tacoma offers an interesting insight into six crew members that spend a year on a space station together. Gone Home was more engaging, but the special way of telling this story about six deep characters is definitely worth your time.- Gamer.nl

Singularity is a traditional shooter that borrows elements from other games in the genre. However, the game's creepy atmosphere and the ability to influence time and your surroundings make this game worth your time.- Gamer.nl

Black Myth: Wukong does more things right than wrong. It starts off a bit oddly, sometimes plays stiffly, and the constant stream of bosses will eventually get on your nerves. However, it's surprisingly clever and feels especially refreshing, even though you've undoubtedly heard or seen the story of Journey to the West before.- Gamer.nl

If you are stripped far enough, you will eventually be in your shirt. Assassin's Creed Mirage also experiences this. Everything that does not have to do with assassinations is omitted, but nothing new is added either. The result is at times nostalgic and entertaining, but ultimately as fleeting as a mirage.- Gamer.nl

The Director’s Cut makes puzzle game Q.U.B.E. more complete, but also harder. It is too bad the lousy story takes away all the mystery of the original.- Gamer.nl

Spec Ops: The Line tries to take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride to try and distinguish itself from other 'Hollywood-ish' competitors. It makes you doubt your morality and who your enemy is. These moments usually work well, but don't always tug at the right strings. The complete experience can be seen as a very decent one and a nice surprise at that.- Gamer.nl

Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios proved with Forza Horizon that the franchise could successfully be transported from the asphalt to an open world. The Rally Expansion Pack adds a whole new dimension to this, in which racing with juiced up monsters on wheels across dirt roads feels very spectacular. Too bad it isn't as faithful to the real thing as we hoped though.- Gamer.nl

EA Sports FC 25 is especially fun for players who like to tactically control the game thanks to a series of new options. In addition, the game has an enormously wide range with the introduction of a simulation mode and Rush. FC 25 still has some rough edges that prevent us from dealing with a championship-worthy selection.- Gamer.nl

Collisions! Drama! Firework! And in between also some races in which your car rarely steers really well. That summary does indicate that Grid Legends is not for real motorsport enthusiasts, but can be fun for the more casual racing fan.- Gamer.nl

Apotheon has a surprisingly strong style and the levels are interesting. It is such a pity this game is sickened by loads of bugs. Plus, the controls feel a bit too loose, which keeps the fights from getting any depth.- Gamer.nl

This game is a challenging metroidvania. You play in a gorgeous surrounding with an intriguing backstory, which is divided by challenging boss fights. However, the more time you spend, the more boring this game becomes. It is predictable and it lacks having real interesting developments throughout.- Gamer.nl

PGA Tour 2K21 is the best golf game of the moment and is great value for money, with fantastic controls. But due to a huge lack of atmosphere and a number of boring systems, it is not exactly a hole in one.- Gamer.nl

Toki Tori 2 is fully built around the idea of being something simple and grand at the same time. And indeed, it manages to surprise you again and again with interesting puzzles, despite only being able to do two things. Unfortunately it can be completely unclear what you're supposed to be doing at times. This is exacerbated by an unclear map that doesn't encourage backtracking. Toki Tori 2 is therefore sometimes slightly too grand to retain simplicity.- Gamer.nl

Anyone willing to bury their head in the sand for the many technical problems will find Sable a stunning and relaxed open world game. Since the emphasis is purely on exploring a desert, the laid-back vibe is never interrupted by combat, crafting, or other unnecessary pursuits.- Gamer.nl

R-Type has always been a title for the tough guys. But with the new Infinite mode it's now possible for every gamer to view the ending credits. The though guys won't use the new game mode of course and are only interested in breaking the high scores. And if this is the case with you then you'll have no problem in buying R-Type. Even with the somewhat high price tag.- Gamer.nl

Chariot is a platform game that uses its unique physics to reel you over. It is a huge challenge to pull the kings kart, but if you are persistent, this is definitely the game for you. Either the sadistic humor or the local co-op will get you through.- Gamer.nl

Playing Endless Ocean 2 is like taking a nice warm bath. It isn’t really an effective manner to freshen up, but it relaxes intensively. Not everybody will be able to appreciate this game soaked in Japanese gameplay elements, but Endless Ocean 2 offers a beautiful world to explore. Anyone who ever wanted to discover the secrets of the ocean from his couch can buy this game without any hesitation.- Gamer.nl

The all-star cast behind Shadows of the Damned sporadically shows how creative, passionate and talented it is, but doesn't dig deep enough when it comes to game design. The game remains bizarre and stylized, and it works for a literal ride to hell.- Gamer.nl

Saints Row 4 is a full of attempts to entertain you in the most bizarre ways. The game doesn’t always succeed in doing so, but thanks to the over the top action and breaking with genre conventions fun is still guaranteed. Every now and then the gameplay seems to fall victim to the shallowness of it all, but then the game surprises you with a dose of charm and enthusiasm.- Gamer.nl

Band Hero is Guitar Hero 5's casual sister in almost every way. All the elements from her big brother can be found in this game, along with the new Sing Along-mode and Party Play. The new features, the casual style and matching tracklist have made this a game that can compete with SingStar on every party. Add the ability to import the songs from Guitar Hero 5 and World Tour into the game and Band Hero is a game that is truly for everyone.- Gamer.nl
