It may offer some fun as a party game, but there is nothing extraordinary here. The controls remind us why motion gaming has been considered by many as a "gimmick" and the design is fairly unremarkable.

Dragon Takers boasts a charming retro aesthetic, but sadly, that’s where the appeal ends. If the atrocious UI doesn’t drive you away, the relentless grinding likely will.

A hack 'n slash/ action RPG Silent Hill? Yes, it's a major deviation from the survival horror genre and not a good one.

Α lazy port of an already poorly envisioned Diablo contender even back in 2006. Titan Quest 2018 does a poor job in the fields of level design, interesting gameplay and overall challenge. The controller response on this console version is a total mystery and the sinuous U.I. leaves little hope for a smooth experience.

Somerville is a quite troubled game. Its biggest flaw though is how often we spent more time trying to figure what the developer had in mind for the riddles, and less time with trying to solve the actual riddle.

Poor in substance, soft in impact, slow in pacing, annoying in characters, lacking in gameplay / choices, The New Tales from the Borderlands is just a distant foggy echo of the first, vastly superior game.

After the release of War for Cybertron, expectations from High Moon Studios were high. But this is not a game like War for Cybertron, but a movie tie-in with all the flaws and weaknesses this particular genre is plagued by.

Space Adventure Cobra is an uninspired, linear platformer whose greatest contribution is simply providing an excellent excuse to discover the classic and highly enjoyable anime it’s based on.

All games have disadvantages, even the greatest ones, and Warlocks 2 isn’t an exception. The actual problem here though, is that even the good aspects of the game never move far for being mediocre. And that is the general picture of the game. Never doing anything more than the basics.

When you take away the Wii U Gamepad gimmicks and the multiplayer mode, all you have in this version is a rather bland game that hasn't aged that well.

RymdResa tries a lyrical approach of space exploration but unfortunately falls short of its endeavor due to its oversimplified gameplay and objectives as well as the almost total absence of the exploration sense.

A mediocre arena fighter that makes sense only when you go online and fight with your friends. Recommended only for die-hard One Piece fans.

This is more of a "Sacred Citadel 2" rather than a game based on the well-received Action/RPG series. Keep that in mind if you're looking for the sequel of Sacred 2.

It may provide fast gameplay and charming visuals, but unfortunately the lack of depth and some notable frame rate issues make it difficult to recommend CounterSpy.

Once upon a time there was a platformer that aspired to be something good. It was called Potata: Fairy Flower, and tried to blend different things, in order to be unique. Its creators thought the world of it, but did not do their best to make it worthwhile. And it never did. In the end, Potata started her journey in a very simplistic and minimalistic manner, that does not comply with modern standards.

This new co-op offering from Bethesda may be quite flawless from a technical standpoint but, unfortunately, its characters are too shallow to care for and the action is extremely repetitious and uninspired to retain our interest for more than a few hours, even when playing with a friend.

LKA.it tackles a very serious matter with professionalism. Its story shows the atrocities that happened in many asylums in all its awful “glory”. It’s too bad that bad acting and pacing problems drags the experience down, not to mention the high asking price.

Change isn't always for the best and this transition of Pendulo from the realm of comedy to darker planes seems like a hasty move. Marred by bad design decisions, awfully short playtime and frustratingly easy puzzles, Yesterday is a game that starts really strong, has a great story idea, but utterly fails to hook the player.

It would have been better for Samurai Warriors Spirit of Sanada if it was released as an additional content for a recent Warriors games than as a stand alone title. As it is, it does not deliver anything new and it looks more of a rehash of elements from previous games.

The Witch and The Hundred Knight Revival Edition offers a good cast of characters and a beautiful artwork, but it has a shallow combat system and lots of other issues that won't allow it to offer something more than a few hours of mediocre dungeon crawling.

The video game monster of Dr. Frankenstein, Valkyria Revolution is a huge pile of dozens of mismatched, poorly designed systems, bland presentation and poor design choices all over the board. It bears no similarities to its wonderful predecessors apart from an interesting plot, which is unfortunately torn apart by the thousands of cutscenes and loading screens.

Star Souls is a 2D sci-fi strategy game that has a mediocre story, problematic dialogues with content not suitable for all ages, and gameplay issues that make it more difficult than it should be. All in all, it is hard to recommend it for fans of the genre in its current state.

Paradise Lost should be described as a hardcore walking simulator, meaning that we can only walk (not run) and the most complex thing we can do is press buttons. This could potentially work if it had an engrossing story but alas the personal story of Szymon is predictable and devoid of creating an emotional connection. Be that as it may it should be pointed out that the gigantic bunker depicts some scenes of beauty.

Perception fails in two very crucial areas, story and gameplay. It was supposed to put us in the unique role of a blind person, yet it fails to convince us at that. For one the use of echolocation more or less works so much better than a flashlight. As far as the story goes, Cassie here and there shouts “What am I doing here?” and we couldn’t agree more with this sentiment.

Dead Island 2 is definitely showing lots of signs of the development hell that it went through. It’s a game that’s stuck in the past with overtly simplistic gameplay, a plot that is completely derivative and a gore system that may be fun for a couple of hours, but it outstays its welcome too soon.
