While Two Worlds II was a step forward for Reality Pump's RPG franchise, this "castle defense" spin-off is many steps back. It's quite easy to find many longer, better and cheaper games in the market.

The Last Oricru, to its credit, doesn't want to sow discord in the gaming family. It stands under the acrobat's rope, confused, with a look full of wonder. Equally bewildered were we who watched its endeavor, hoping at the end that the farce taking place would one day end and the true character of the title would emerge, saving all as a true hero.

An obscure music/ rhythm game that works with the Move controller, but will not keep you interested for more than a couple of hours.

Unfortunately Bodycount is not the "spiritual successor" of Black that we were waiting for. It's completely unoriginal in both its campaign and multiplayer, extremely short and with nothing memorable to offer.

It is more than obvious that Monochroma's inspiration is derived -mainly- from the excellent Limbo, presenting a rather interesting dystopian world. Unfortunately the large number of bugs, the unimaginative riddles and the inability to create any interest for the fate of the two brothers make this game utterly forgettable.

The troubled development of the original game did not gave space for a commercial success back in 2012 and it surely is not helping this remaster. It is a decent RPG with lots of stuff to do and an interesting battle system, but time was not kind on Kingdoms of Amalur.

All in all, Lost Soul Aside is a thoroughly mediocre experience with little to redeem it. The combat lacks impact, boss fights devolve into button mashing, and the story comes off as a poor man’s Final Fantasy.

It is almost impossible to recommend this edition of The Impossible Game. And this comes from judging the fivefold increase of its price, which is not justified either by the newly added -albeit overly simple- editor nor by the complete absence of new levels.

LA Cops takes its inspiration from Hotline Miami and as such it could be described as a light version of that indie gem. Unfortunately this description corresponds to every component of the game, because LA Cops is light on violence, story, gameplay, graphics and replayability.

Unfortunately Oblitus only has somewhat good controls to offer. Other than that its utterly small length and the lack of the “procedurally- generated realm” that its description promises do little to justify its steep price tag.

Black Clover makes its debut in the industry of video games with Quartet Knights a game that, ultimately, fails to deliver the expectations of fans and newcomers alike. It is a game that sticks to the lore and nature of the animanga series, yet makes huge leaps backwards in terms of gameplay, level design, control system and A.I interference. It’s a quartet, but only for the select few.

The first DLC of Donkey Kong Bananza never comes close to the highs of the main game. Its new roguelike elements are underdeveloped, resulting in a tiring and repetitive experience.

The Sims 4 is a step backwards for the franchise, leaving behind many beloved features of previous installments and following a more casual approach.

The update of the original Bladestorm simply does not work. With poor A.I., lots of problems with the in-game camera and shallow strategy options, Bladestom: Nightmare can truly become a bad dream.

Wildlands offers a vast and beautiful open world but not much other than that. The map is filled with endlessly repeatable missions and objectives, the especially problematic cover-system creates frustrating stealth situations and the socio-political infused scenario could very well be considered as blatant propaganda. Coop may make the game just a bit more enjoyable, but it doesn’t alleviate the critical issues in the slightest.

Trüberbrook is a gorgeous looking game that will certainly catch the eye of a prospective player. But inside this beautiful packaging, the main course is a strange mixture of confused direction, poor pacing, uneven story and very low challenge rating. It just feels like this is more of an impressive tech demo from an Artist Collective rather than a cohesive, full gaming experience.

A typical roguelite, 2D sidescrolling action-platformer with an unnecessary combination of poorly made roleplaying elements. It has a few moments of fun in its procedurally generated levels, but otherwise it is nothing more than another grind fest.

Beyond the cracks of mediocrity someone might be able to spot a glimpse of the developer's vision in No Son of Mine. Alas, this only exaggerates the fact that this indie horror ends up being really mediocre and derivative.

An enjoyable, nicely crafted and beautiful game that does justice to the unique characteristics of the 3DS. However, we cannot recommend a full priced game that lasts only a couple of hours.

Even though Arc Savior has enjoyable ship handling and overall good gameplay its potential is crippled by dated graphics, awful A.I. and intense repetition in the mission structure.

Warcrast 3 Reforged is a testament to laziness and greedy corporation mentality. Reforged implements just new animations and character models thus classifying the game as a simple remaster rather than a “reforge”. The new EULA, the mandatory usage of the new client (deleting features that existed for over 15 years) and the hefty 30 euros price tag showcase the gloomy practices behind this project.

Even though it contains an interesting and well designed area with new enemies and a few collectibles, The Kraken Expansion for the Surge 2 is super short and feels more like a deleted mission from the original game than an expansion.

Tesla Force is a twin-stick shooter with fast action and procedural generated levels that after a little while look the same. There is fun to be had, especially playing local co-op, but the missions lack variety and are so repetitive that it hurts the replayability.

Besides the nostalgia that can bring up to the ones that have played the original version, and a decent story, the remake/ remaster of Outcast is full of technical issues and a design that hasn’t aged well at all.

My friend Peppa Pig is an excellent chance for the very young kids to enjoy the world of their favorite show, but after the initial excitement, the troubled, lazy and absurd design leads to a repeatable and a little annoying game, even for that age.
