Scars Above is a solid first effort by Mad Head Games, albeit flawed. The game has soulslike gameplay elements, yet with three difficulty levels it is still accessible to the mainstream crowd. The story doesn’t bring anything new to the sci-fi genre, but it doesn't disappoint either. If you are looking for a game to kill time between big releases, Scars Above is a good candidate.

Inversion is condemned to eternal oblivion due to the defiant lack of marketing and advertising. However it is a solid game, with satisfactory gameplay mechanics, some consistently implemented fresh ideas and interesting storyline which ends with a cliffhanger that will remain unresolved. Worshipers of the Gears of War religion, give Inversion a chance.

The eccentric aesthetic of Tokyo 42 is its biggest selling point. It’s a joy to run around the skyscrapers and having some fun shootouts. It’s a pity that the camera proves to be our biggest enemy alongside the issue of repetition.

OVRDARK delivers a functional horror experience that can scare players, while also adequately drawing inspiration from Resident Evil 7. However, its weak voice acting, subpar sound design, and short length detract from the overall experience.

It seems that Milestone was not quite sure where to go with this one. MXGP3 can be a very difficult sim racer totally unsuitable for casual gamers, or a bland arcade racer when you turn on the driving assists. And none of these two faces of the game really works.

It's always nice to return to the dark and foreboding world of Doom 3, and the chance to relive it in a Virtual Reality environment is truly welcomed, but in this version Doom 3 really shows its age.

Cave Digger 2: Dig Harder is a co-op roguelike cave exploration game based on a repetitive cycle of exploring caves-mines and collecting. The gameplay loop, while simple, is effective and the game's four-player co-op mode makes runs much more entertaining. However, the movement system and some technical issues detract from the gameplay experience.

QForce is quite enjoyable and with the budget price it comes with can certainly be recommended to fans of the franchise. But it's not a "proper" R&C game and certainly not the ideal way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Insomniac's beloved duo.

PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night is the ideal choice for very small ages and kids that play for their first time. Despite the simplicity that helps this ages though, you can’t ignore that it is extremely repeatable from start to finish.
