If you never played Dead Rising before, then Deluxe Remaster is probably the thing you should be looking for. It's a great game and you can always try the original at a later date. But for die-hard fans the situation is quite different. Deluxe Remaster is mostly the same old thing you already know and love. One can only hope that by buying this we can show Capcom that Dead Rising still is such a unique franchise that really needs to come back with a new title.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is a colorful but absolutely passable game that lacks any depth. It will not only disappoint the fans of the previous parts, but also will not give joy to the new ones.

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 turned out to be a very pleasant surprise in 2024. This is the first game of the series in recent years, which was developed thoroughly and expertly. As a result - the output is a really strong shooter.

Neva is not yet a modern classic, but it's one of those games that can be completed in a couple of evenings but is memorable for years to come.

Sunset Hills is a very cute, homey adventure with likable characters. But the game lacks answers to a number of questions that arise in the course of the passage and a really bright ending.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Reckoning of New York turned out to be a passable and technically backward visual novel. It is ruined by boring characters and predictable story.

3 Minutes to Midnight - A Comedy Graphic Adventure is a colorful, non-linear adventure that can get very annoying in places due to the stretched dialogues.

The remake may not have met my own interpretations and feelings of the original Silent Hill 2 in all the right ways. But it would be foolish to deny the amount of effort and love Bloober Team poured into this whole project.

The updated Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is a good game for a few evenings for fans. The recommendation could have sounded a lot more confident if Aspyr had completely dealt with the annoying bugs and old issues.

The Casting of Frank Stone is slightly better received than the disappointing final chapters of The Dark Pictures Anthology. But it's nowhere near as good as the well-crafted The Quarry or Until Dawn.

Shadow of the Ninja: Reborn is sure to please fans of beat 'em ups and platformers from the 90s. However, some drawbacks like limited control scheme, short campaign and certain repetitiveness of battles may scare away other players. Therefore, the project may be of interest primarily to those who are already familiar with the original.

It's really hard to find any compelling reason for anyone to skip on Astro Bot. Sometimes it's easy to forget how fun video games can actually be, and Team ASOBI did a great job reminding us of that, and all the shared joy this industry can bring.

You just have to make peace with some of the game's quirks. And beyond that, Star Wars Outlaws is a good enough game in an established setting that will probably hold your attention up until the end credits.

11 Bit Studios offers a powerful dive into a depressive swamp, very elegantly designed and designed in such a way that you don’t want to put it down until the very end. But remember, it’s better not to start this game in a sad or melancholy mood, because it can get worse.

Dustborn follows the Telltale Games studio's precepts: no-choice elections, minimal variation, and silly plot twists. The second part of the game looks like it was finished by another team of writers.

The First Descendant is still not Destiny at its best or a new revelation in the genre, a very pretty time eater. The game is able to attract the audience with cute graphics and beautiful character models, but it doesn't offer anything radically new. In an era of high competition, this is clearly not enough.

Earth Defense Force 6 is a big and loud culmination of everything that the series had to offer up until now. If the game feels a bit pricey, then just wait for the sale. And if you have an itch to kill some bugs right about now, then just buy one of the previous games, they are pretty good as well.
