Rainbow Skies is a vibrant and cartoony-style isometric RPG that feels like it is trying to be the next Final Fantasy Tactics but doesn’t pull it off with repetitive gameplay and a story that you don’t feel a part of.- GameGrin

Altheia: The Wrath of Aferi is a good game in spite of its issues. If you’re interested, give it some time. You’ll find a fun adventure at the end. If you don’t, be ready for some jank.- GameGrin

A middle of the road performance for New Pokémon Snap. It will certainly find its niche, and anyone who considers themselves a big Pokémon fan will come away from this game grinning about some really beautiful moments. The biggest issue with New Pokémon Snap is that there is no reason to stick around after the first couple of hours.- GameGrin

Not detailed enough for a simulator and not fast paced enough for an action adventure. Coast Guard is a game that needs to decide what it wants to be.- GameGrin

If you're a fan of the previous titles, go ahead and buy Iron Rain, you're not going to be disappointed by this one. If you're not a rabid fan of giant bugs, give it a miss or pick it up in a sale. It's a giggle after all if a little frustrating.- GameGrin

Toads on the Bayou is a challenging game with a fun voodoo-inspired story, great look, and fun characters. I was only able to play a small part on PC, so I hope it gets fixed!- GameGrin

Wanted: Dead isn’t as bad as the worst games to come out recently but sloppy game design and story-telling has let down what could have been a decent game to play.- GameGrin

Fishing Break is a super cute-looking game that still feels like a mobile title as you are using primarily the touch screen on the Switch.- GameGrin

A game that should have released 20 years ago, Captain Blood is a generic hack-and-slash that does little to innovate. That said, it certainly has its charms, and there is some fun to be had.- GameGrin

The platforming is dull, the puzzles are insultingly simple or totally unexplained and the game lacks enough character to be memorable or stand on its own. Unless you're really desperate, I would suggest you look elsewhere.- GameGrin

Deceit is a game of deception and co-operation. A concept excellent on paper. In practice though, it does fall flat on itself. It has a problematic community which can be tough on new players. If Deceit allowed friends to play together it could make for a great party game. Unfortunately, this is not the vision of the developers. They'd rather see strangers forced to work together in dire situations.- GameGrin

There are good ideas here, but I wouldn’t say the game is worth playing. Even if you are a survival game nut or seriously invested in long, drawn out stories, I’d probably recommend against grabbing this one.- GameGrin

PO'ed: Definitive Edition is a great remaster for a not-so-great game. Nightdive Studios has done a wonderful job and fans of the original will definitely enjoy it… but for newcomers, PO’ed is kind of obscure for a reason.- GameGrin

For those with a passion for intensely difficult games We Are The Dwarves could perhaps be your greatest challenge yet. Frustrating it may be, yet Whale Rock Games have created a title with an admirable amount of effort put into creating a universe and lore that draws the player into its innermost secrets.- GameGrin

Despite hitting a lot of the same notes, Milanoir is not the Hotline Miami successor many were expecting. The game has a lot of style, enough for its 6-8 hour campaign to keep you engaged, but it is hidden underneath a layer of extreme frustration brought to light by its technical issues and extreme difficulty curve.- GameGrin

The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout Anthology is a clear love letter to the Redwall series. Unfortunately, tedious gameplay and a bland story means it doesn’t quite live up to the novels.- GameGrin

The game encapsulates the frustration and confusion that I have often heard Kafka’s work draws upon. Unfortunately, these things work about as well in a videogame as a dollop of jam does in a classic novel. I’d avoid unless you really like the author.- GameGrin

A great driving game, a poor racing game. Has some technical issues involving controller support and their idea of multiplayer is somewhat unusual for this genre. A game I would happily spend more time with, but can’t recommend highly in its current state.- GameGrin

Homestead Arcana is a surface level farm-life sim/adventure game that can be best described as a vegetable that is too misshapen to be sold in the grocery store on its own. Rather bound up with the other ‘rejects’ for a cheaper price.- GameGrin

This one's easy. Do you like shooting robots? Could you play a game where you continuously shoot robots with no other clear goal? If the answer is yes, then this may be for you. If you require something deeper then you may want to pass on this one.- GameGrin

Hunting Simulator 2 combines arcade and simulator elements to form a game that lacks much of an identity. Hardcore hunting enthusiasts will find things too simplistic; players after an animal shoot ‘em up will be frustrated by the more realistic elements. While not completely devoid of fun, it’s just too dull to fully recommend.- GameGrin

Vampyr is a game that's mainly focused on telling a good story and developing its characters, which it does respectably. That being said, things such as combat, mission variety, and even hardware, end up getting put to the wayside. All in all, it's a rather bleak experience.- GameGrin
