While some may pass this off as a quick and dirty cash-in on the part of Sega, the Wii is natural fit for Samba. Fans of the original game will dig the new content, while newcomers will enjoy the far more casual approach to rhythm gaming. If you can muscle your way past some of the control issues on the higher levels, you’ll find a great family title that’s enjoyable for both the kids and adults, which is rare.

Essentially, this game is simply Koei offering a great deal of fan service to it’s loyal followers, and for those people, this game will certainly deliver what they expect. For everyone else, however, there’s nothing here but a boring hack ’n’ slash with some horrible voice acting and a horse racing minigame.

Even though Buzz! Quiz TV has some minor flaws; the game remains fun, addictive and definitely sets the table for a much improved sequel that will put the competition behind even more. If you enjoy story-based adventure games, you will really enjoy Time Hollow. There are plenty of twists and surprises along the way that you will want to see how it ends. The game is relatively easy but the hand-holding will disappoint the older crowd who will look for a challenge.

While far from the best entry in the Buzz series, Master Quiz is an easy game to recommend. It’s fast, fun, full of excellent questions (and lots of ’em) and has a great all around feel. Lots of game modes keep the basic "answer a question for points" formula fresh throughout, and with medals, trophies and actual progression it actually feels like more than a shallow game show.

For the majority of people, this game is just not that pleasurable and can be quite tedious or difficult. I will give the developers some credit for attempting to add a story to a collection of mini-games, but unfortunately, this continues the trend of Wii games that is rushed out the door and not given the attention it could have used.

Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2009 is a weak game from start to finish, with very few redeeming qualities. The poor gameplay even has the ability to leave you frustrated and tempted to turn your console off. If you’re a big hunter, or enjoyed the past offerings from Cabela’s and Activision, then you might consider trying it. CDH 2009 is a rental at best.

de Blob has style, it’s got simple but great gameplay, and it offers enough challenge to keep even hardcore platforming enthusiasts happy, while not alienating the casual gaming market. This sequel is fun but gets quickly old when played by adults or experienced gamers.
