The spread-out checkpoints infuriate, particularly since they take over a minute to reload. Despite some provocative multiplayer options and a likable presentation, this Tactical Strike lacks impact.

Downhill Jam could've been so much more than a quickie port with just a few key ingredients, such as more tracks and online play. This downhill run may be fun for a little bit, but the uphill climb that follows is too much to bear.

Hitting numerous switches, pushing blocks and battling easy opponents gets old fast. Arthur's definitely better than most movie licensed video games, but not by much.
    • 46 Metascore
    • 50 Critic Score
Atrocious camera angles lead to cheap deaths, the slippery controls make it difficult to get a handle on the characters and the game has a large problem with pacing. It tries to mix in side missions with general stages, and the disastrous results ruin the game.

Longer levels, more involving gameplay, Game Sharing and more attention to the general presentation would have really sky-rocketed its appeal.

Lethal Alliance feels outdated, thanks to boring missions and a lame two-player Ad Hoc battle mode. Furthermore, the haphazard targeting system and ghosting certainly don't help matters.

Units get stuck on the map, breaking armies apart, and unit responses are downright annoying. The trek from the Stone Age to the future is a painful one, and all players can do is wish for it to stop.

A serviceable shooter that arcade fans should moderately enjoy. But if all you have are a certain amount of points to spend in the XBLA field, I suggest going with "Time Pilot" first. This game's fuel seems to run out quicker than it lets on.

There are a couple of better features including new multiplayer battle games and quicker loading during the battle segments. The graphics are unchanged and problematic, especially when it comes to camera control. Then there's the gameplay, which still relies too heavily on the same old combo systems.

With downright ugly graphics, minimalist music, an underwhelming use of voice acting and some of the sloppiest controls ever, keeping this last-generation version of the game in one's collection can only be justified if they lose the receipt.
    • 44 Metascore
    • 50 Critic Score
Its gameplay consists of bland beat-em-up action and imprecise gun control. The in-game visuals vary between good (up close) and bad (zoomed out) and the co-op options are limited and confusing.
    • 65 Metascore
    • 50 Critic Score
The graphics and sound are bland and lack party atmosphere; the shooting and dancing mini-games are lame; and even the spinner fails to function properly.

The developers failed to take good advantage of the Wii's controllers, as swinging punches becomes boring after half an hour.

While the song list is acceptable, with awesome tunes (including Marvin Gaye and Coldplay) there are definitely some clunkers mixed in (KT Tunstall and Elton John).

There are more than enough brainteasers to keep you unlocking new ones, but it's aesthetically sterile and only fun if you play it for a few mere minutes a day.

Sega delivers inaccurate Wii controls, ridiculous objectives and a bad guy named Erazor. On top of that, it somehow screws up fixed camera angles while attempting to convince the gaming public that a group of rampaging triceratops runs faster than Sonic.

Adventure game fans have come to expect a lot more than this, and fans of the show, while they may enjoy this extra chapter of the story, are not likely to get their money's worth.

Suffers from monotonous gameplay and a terrible presentation. Everything, from poor narration to Jessica Alba's awful looking character model will disappoint fans and gamers alike.

There are some interesting moves to pull off, and co-op play over an ad-hoc connection might be fun if someone else around actually bought this, but it's not enough to save this PSP port from mediocrity.
    • 55 Metascore
    • 50 Critic Score
The game is repetitive and the combat unrewarding. You simply move through each trouble-filled section, slashing away at enemies with little reason – or energy. The game's presentation is mostly acceptable, but fails to captivate.

There simply isn't enough to do, outside of competing with friends (up to four at once) and playing through tournaments for unacceptable rewards.

Stunning visuals, a lush soundtrack and interesting, semi-historical storyline get lost in a lackluster game experience riddled with annoying camera angles, repetitive hack-and-slash action, confusing missions and load times that should never be seen on a next-generation gaming system.

Great Invasions offers a great tribute to retelling history, offers loads of options, but its almost unavoidable complexity leaves it unapproachable to all but the most determined history and strategy fans.

NASCAR 08 feels like a huge step backward. Total Team Control has gone AWOL, with no traces of a career mode, only a half-hearted season mode, a modest set of tutorial challenges and decent online play. Even worse, the graphics and sound fail to bring out the best in the Xbox 360.
    • 65 Metascore
    • 50 Critic Score
Most of the gameplay consists of weak slashing attacks, some of which don't read clearly in the heat of combat. The lack of exploration and a solid storyline hurt as well. These Swords dull way too quickly.

Alone In the Dark controls too stiffly, resulting in an abundance of cheap deaths. In addition, the item interface is clumsy, the third-person camera angles work against you and the driving sequence borderlines on unplayable.

While Raging Blast has a likable presentation and lots of options, the stale fighting and infuriating camera are hard to ignore.
    • 57 Metascore

Most of these mini-games are simplistic, monotonous affairs that require over-demanding skills to earn any kind of real accomplishment. The story is boring too, and impossible to skip past.
    • 38 Metascore
    • 40 Critic Score
The visuals are below average, even for the PlayStation 2's standards; the classic Godzilla theme music never plays, with a stale rock soundtrack in its place; the controls are mere tap-tap combos with little involvement; the game is horribly overpriced; and the fighter selection is paltry, with only a few monstrosities to choose from.
