Biomutant is a nice ARPG, with a nice universe, despite a not very good combat aspect.- Gameblog.fr

Sludge Life is a strange but kind of hypnotic experience, between graffitis and social strikes, using its free exploration to deliver an in-between subtext. If the low-poly visual approach do not repulse you, this like-no-other ride sure offers a few hours of raw discoveries and disturbing encounters.- Gameblog.fr

Sadly, Wonder Boy Asha in Monster World is just a 3D version of a game that hasn't aged well. It would have been great if Asha and Pepelogoo had more of remake than a colourful remaster that only shows that the original game was not as good as The Dragon's Trap or Wonder Boy in Monster World.- Gameblog.fr

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is the the best way to play the Mass Effect trilogy in 2021, but with an expensive launch price, some work on the graphics but none on the animations.- Gameblog.fr

Beyond the improved visuals and supplementary customization options, the additional member of the team played by the horse proves the main evolution of Grezzo's port, which makes the adventure even more pleasant for young audience, while RPG veterans may surely appreciate such irony, too reminiscent of the 3DS version though.- Gameblog.fr

Days Gone on PC offers a visually pleasing experience and solid in its entirety, thus erasing the few technical mistakes of the PS4 version. It is pleasant to follow the tribulations of Deacon St John for several hours, despite some black spots like the AI, the repetitiveness of the missions and the bestiary which is sorely lacking in variety. However, this does not prevent Bend Studio from offering a technically successful title.- Gameblog.fr

Playing the boss, in other words the villain, proves a comical, enjoyably cruel, mind crushing experience. The management tasks may become deadly repetitive, since Goblinz Studio's business plan is deliberately lacking some deeper perspective, but Legend of Keepers should deserve the title of the lightest dungeon game, as simple - and good - as that.- Gameblog.fr

Despite the prospect of discovering the verdant lands of Ireland, it's hard to really get excited after a dozen hours spent on Wrath of the Druids: this first expansion of Assassin's Creed Valhalla is content despite a handful of novelties to recycle the formula of the main adventure, which may quickly tire those who have already completed it. While waiting for The Siege of Paris, which we hope will be much more inspired, we will advise the conquerors to go about their business quietly, while waiting for better and less cloudy days.- Gameblog.fr

Resident Evil Village is both a beautiful and worthy successor to Resident Evil 7 biohazard. And it is more than just a sequel that rehashes ideas seen in the previous game. Capcom's game tries things that have never been seen before in the series and keeps things moving at the right pace with a few good twists along the way. It also must be said that Capcom's developers masterfully used both light and sound to put the player in Ethan's shoes. The only problem with the game is that it may be a bit too action-oriented near the end. That being said, Resident Evil Village is undoubtedly a great Resident Evil game.- Gameblog.fr

Many flaws of toR Studio's work can be seen as an ironic tribute to the Soviet Union's old-time style, so the deliberately assumed repetitiveness of the concept - brutal and efficient - may oddly help Boris the Rocket to reach the right target.- Gameblog.fr

Returnal is the first big original PS5 exclusive, a fantastic game and a quite intense adventure. It looks great, plays wonderfully, tells a captivating story and is definitely an amazing AAA Rogue-like that PS5 owners will be delighted to play again and again.- Gameblog.fr

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is one of, if not the, most touching games in the long running series. It offers a fitting end to Kazuma Kiryu's story and gives the series a change of pace (Onomichi and its people are great). It's just too bad that SEGA didn't go the remaster route (on Xbox Series X|S) as the game feels a bit weird running at 30 fps in 2021.- Gameblog.fr

There is No Game Wrong Dimension is a delightful and very funny point'n click, which offers various parodies of different genres, takes to a well played narrator, and very clever and meta puzzles. If you like to laugh, play this (non-) game.- Gameblog.fr

Addressed to both new players and longtime fans, NieR Replicant succeeds in transcending the NieR experience, thanks to its enhanced (yet imperfect) visuals, its full re-recorded soundtrack and voice-acting and its new gameplay mechanics to make it feel more like NieR Automata. For sure, the addition of new scenes, such as the Mermaid episode and an all-new ending, represent a powerful argument to those who are already familiar with the original game.- Gameblog.fr

Maskmaker is the new virtual reality game from French studio Innerspace after the very successful A Fisherman's Tale. It tells the story of an apprentice creator of magic masks and his master, while the player infiltrates their secret workshop. Maskmaker is above all an artistic work of quality, both visually and in terms of the soundtrack, with full dubbing in French. However, we regret that the puzzles are not more complex, everything is rather too easy and agreed, even when it comes to making the keepers interact with each other to progress.- Gameblog.fr

Say No! More is as fun as it is short. In few hours of verbal abuse, Fizbin's arcade shooter delivers a legitimate criticism of the business world, with many good puns. Unfortunately, it's shortness and lack of replay value makes it fun for only a few hours. But good ones, for sure.- Gameblog.fr

With its touching story about this aspiring little writer girl struggling to process her feelings, Lost Words reveals to be a mostly narrative-driven experience. The concept of magical words is quite interesting but in the end, there isn't one obstacle in the player's path able to bring some tension in the game. Yet, the adventure of Izzy and its paper alter ego might well soften the most hardened hearts.- Gameblog.fr

Outriders is an OK RPG shooter that can be thrilling in it gunfights, but it never takes off. Its weak narrative and numerous bugs and crashes and lack of memorable moments prevent it from sitting next to the most successful online TPS.- Gameblog.fr

Oddworld Soulstorm is a strong follow-up to New'n'Tasty!. It's bigger, very clever, offers some some great new mechanics and its world is still incredibly charming and relevant. But, sadly, it lacks some polish and can be very frustrating because of its bugs or A.I. issues. Only the bravest will succeed in saving all the Mudokons, But in the end, it will be worth it.- Gameblog.fr

Destruction AllStars is a game that should be offered to all PS5 buyers. If it justifies its place in a basic bundle, it certainly does not have the qualities for a purchase. Too repetitive to be fun in the long run, it could perhaps become more interesting evolving. But its reputation is unfortunately already known.- Gameblog.fr

Balan Wonderworld is sadly an old-school platformer with all of the 90's worst flaws. Yet colorful, Yuji Naka's first game with Square Enix lacks almost everything, and everyone who likes even a tiny bit the genres should look somewhere else to find some fun.- Gameblog.fr

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a charming game, with fantastic pixel art but a too simplisitc and weak Metroidvania, as it doesn't have much to offer to adventurers and feels too much of a very linear rip-off of Castlevania Symphony of the Night that lacks depth and true epic feel.- Gameblog.fr

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is a must-play for both Yakuza and J-RPG fans. The PS5 version is a step-up from the original release and the story is as gripping as ever. We just wish that the PS5 version had made use of the DualSense's features and the Activity cards.- Gameblog.fr
