As many other games developed by Level-5, Yo-Kai Watch is a well-rounded RPG, perfect to address a younger audience. On the long run, though, the battles become somehow boring and the narrative weakens.- Everyeye.it

Star Fox Zero is a surprising game that gets better level after level. The unusual control scheme might be hard to master, but you'll soon discover that is the fulcrum for an original and innovative experience, shaped by the creative talent of Shigeru Miyamoto.- Everyeye.it

At first glance Plaris Sectors looks like many other 4X strategy videogames, but the chance to assemble your own ships and the interesting system for the scientific research are interesting twists that any fan of the genre should try out.- Everyeye.it

Stories looks like a unpolished narrative experiment. The main problem here is an ordinary combat system and a set of situations that never challenge the player. Trying to discover every possible ending, though, you'll discover a light and inspired platformer.- Everyeye.it

Mixing the structure of a MOBA with the gameplay of a Twin-Stick Shooter Armature Studios delivers an unusual and interesting arcade. There are some balancing problems but Dead Star is the best way to approach the Battle Arena scene, especially for console gamers.- Everyeye.it

The Collider 2 is a sci-fi endless runner that tries to stand out thanks to the VR Support, but doesn't have the content of the quality to keep the player engaged for a long time.- Everyeye.it

The Banner Saga 2 surpass the first chapter, thanks to a more enticing narration and some important tweaks to the combat system. Stoic's masterpiece is one of the best strategy games we played in years, with an unique and charming style.- Everyeye.it

The new Ratchet & Clank is half a reboot, half an original adventure. It has the old school gameplay, surprising new weapons and gadgets, and a huge variety of situations to support an interesting adventure. The last part of the story mode, however, becomes too easy and too messy when the weapon upgrade system neutralizes the level of difficulty. Shorter than the original Ratchet & Clank, it's a great comeback for the duo anyway.- Everyeye.it

On Ps4, Joe Dever's Lone Wolf hasn't essentially changed from its PC version: story and style are just as solid as before. The graphics reveal the mobile origins of the game; furthermore, the game becomes less spontaneous by using a pad. However, Joe Dever's Lone Wolf sticks to its essence and still can intrigue many of those who are looking for a peculiar RPG.- Everyeye.it

Heart Machine delivers a masterpiece, an impressive mixture of style and gameplay. Hyper Light Drifter is one of the best action game we have ever played, and showcases a complex and enchanting pixel art. It brings you into a silent and distant world, it tests your ability with a deep an fast paced gameplay; it's the rightful heir of '90s bidimensional adventures.- Everyeye.it

The new expansion for TESO is not as big as the previous DLC, Orsinium. It costs a little less (2000 crowns) and has a light-hearted questline. The interesting thing is that it enhances and upgrades the gameplay, finally giving a relevance to the shadowy, stealthy and furtive activities.- Everyeye.it

Deadbolt is a small action game that can be extremely funny. The gunfight tension is worth more than the gunfight itself: a fundamental rule in cinema that Hopoo Games perfectly applied to its videogame.- Everyeye.it

Epistory is a zelda-like adventure in a universe made of paper and words. It has its own style (even if it can't compete with the fascinating inventions of Tearaway), and elegantly mixes combat and exploration. Is a short and compelling experience, but it would have been nice to see more variety in the structure of the dungeons.- Everyeye.it

Obscuritas is a mediocre horror adventure. The story is weak, and the impressive amount of backtracking is frustrating. Technically speaking, the game doesn't stand a chance against other eminent competitors (like Outlast and SOMA). The game is not a complete failure, however: it has a good variety of puzzles and a perceptible tension.- Everyeye.it

The second episode of this short spin-off is a little better than the debut one. In the first half of Give No Shelter there's some rushed moments and a pinch of groundless fan-service, but after that the story finally thickens. Let's wait for the last chapter and hope for the best.- Everyeye.it

It won't have the most innovative gameplay, but Enter the Gungeon is entertaining and inspired. Mixing the mechanics of Nuclear Throne with some "bullet hell" action, it delivers a solid roguelike experience, with a ton of unconventional weapons to have fun with.- Everyeye.it

The usual Olympic "adventure" of Mario & Sonic is, as the previous one, a collection of minigames. Well: to be honest, is a collection of the same minigames we played 4 years ago. And the input detection problems are still here. Think about it only if you skipped London in 2012 and you are an old fan of Track & Field.- Everyeye.it

Four years after the original release, Resident Evil 6 is pretty much the same game. The HD version shows the usual technical improvements of many other remasters (1080p and 60 frame per second), but nothing more. Disappointing for the fanbase, Resident Evil 6 is a huge title but is somehow inconsistent, able to pursue neither the fast paced action of the fourth chapter, nor the survival horror spirit of the origins.- Everyeye.it

Alekhine’s Gun is named after a sharp and refined move in chess, that requires thinking and weighting. The lack of these skills in a stealth game that carries his name would probably make Alekhine turn in his grave and disappoint every fan of this genre.- Everyeye.it

Grim Dawn has classic gameplay that rewards strategy and penalizes superficiality in order to get a more hardcore dimension of the hack ‘n slash world. This definitely balances the technical, narrative and artistic shortcomings, unnoticeable to the farming devoted ones, but clear to those who want a more immersive ad modern experience.- Everyeye.it

Adr1ft is a short, narrative experience that follows the lead of Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, Dear Esther and other so called "walking simulators". The first part of the game has a more elaborate gameplay (asking the player to manage the oxygen reserves), but in the end all that matters is the compelling atmosphere.- Everyeye.it

The first DLC for Fallout 4 has some good and interesting ideas, but is bad engame content. The main quest is too short and the option to create your own robot army won't be involving for those who already finished the game.- Everyeye.it

Miyazaki has found the best way to close the Dark Souls trilogy. In terms of gameplay, Dark Souls 3 has the same taste of the previous chapters, and is not as original and fresh as Bloodborne has been. A great number of improvements, still, refine the formula and create another impressive action RPG. Dark Souls 3 is infused with a cruel beauty; its world -assembled with pieces from Lordran and Yharnam and Boletaria - represents a place where any fan would love to wander.- Everyeye.it

The best part of Quantum Break is found in its narrative design. It's a unique way to tell a story, and it goes way beyond what videogames usually achieve, showing many different points of view and providing many ways to delve deep into the background. On the other hand, the gameplay suffers from occasional poor animations and scarce precision in the control system. Using time powers is fun most of the time, but the difficulty is set on the low side, the gunplay feels repetitive after a while, and the overall duration is below expectations. It will, despite this, please those who are looking for an intense narrative experience.- Everyeye.it

An impressive driving experience. Leaving aside the "glam" tone of Dirt 3 and Showdown, Codemasters synthesize in a game the true feeling of the discipline and the thrill of off-road racing. The console version is technically impressive, smooth as the PC counterpart.- Everyeye.it
