LittleBigPlanet Vita is in itself a reason to buy a PS Vita - it's that good! The only obstacle on the way to complete success is whether Sony has managed to sell enough systems to make it a super hit among gamers.- Eurogamer Sweden

Sumo Digital has managed to create a cart racer that steps out of the shadow of Mario Kart and proudly stands beside it as an equal. The character gallery might not be as strong and sometimes the difficulty is almost too high, but Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is without a doubt the best cart racer of the year and one of the best additions to the genre of all times.- Eurogamer Sweden

ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are both timeless classics, and to re-experience them in HD resolution is an absolute treat. The 3D enhancements are nice, but more time could have been spent on ICOs controls and the graphical prowess of Shadow of the Colossus. But nevertheless, this collection is a must for anyone who hasn't experienced these two fine games, and for those who already have they're a wonderful reminder of how great gaming can be.- Eurogamer Sweden

If this is Hironobu Sakaguchis last story, it's certainly sad, since it feels like he's finally managed to get back into form. It's a lavish, emotional tale told in a high pace, with strong, unusual characters, moral ambiguity and delivered with the precision we expect from the man. The one major complaint? It should have arrived earlier, while the Wii still had some life in it. Now it risks sinking into obscurity due to the target platform collecting dust in wardrobes.- Eurogamer Sweden

This is probably the first actual 'mature' videogame, dealing with issues such as insecurity, infidelity and marriage anxiety. Atlus manages to cleverly marry a narrative-based story with clever puzzle based platforms levels and delivers a highly enjoyable, but odd, game. Yes, the story turns weirder than a Hunter S. Thompson novel about half way through, but even that turn doesn't diminish the overall package. This is as close to a must-buy as it can get.- Eurogamer Sweden

A beautiful and engaging game that mixes storytelling and gamesmanship with great success. All of the bad parts of Far Cry 2 has been polished away, without losing the parts that made it so addictive. Sadly the story gets a tad bit to exploitative and the plot's sense of urgency gets lost in an open world setting.- Eurogamer Sweden

Lovely graphics and design makes this a standout Vita title, but the real greatness lies in how joyful the simple mechanics of shifting gravity and flying through the air are. We've had five amazing hours climbing the buildings and meeting the inhabitants of the post-apocalyptic Haventon, so we're glad that Ubisoft let the title live. BioWare always said they would have an emphasis on storytelling and on this account they are right on target. Thanks to excellent voiceovers and epic soundtrack even the most mundane quest feels important. Other aspects outside the story may need some work – UI needs a overhaul and the instancing of whole planets needs to go the way of the Dodo bird, when they have the load under control. Server queues, minor bugs and the above mentioned UI aside, the launch – of this easy to access and thrilling MMORPG – has gone relatively smoothly and I'll be following and playing this game a lot in coming months.- Eurogamer Sweden

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is an entertaining and well-made fighting game. The excellent option settings and the great controls make up for the somewhat meager content. Many competitors have more modes, but few manage to maintain the same quality as this game.- Eurogamer Sweden

Bulletstorm is a solid shooter that turns back the dial about 15 years - to a time when ultraviolence, arcadey gameplay and outrageous scenarios were the staples of a shooter. But it still manages to feel fresh and on par with the higher quality shooters we've seen emerge since 1995, and kicks it up with a brilliant scoring system that keeps the gameplay varied.- Eurogamer Sweden

Why fix what's not broken? Darksiders II brings more of the same pick and mix magic that made Darksiders a sleeper hit. The addition of a WoW-based loot-system and more sidequests gives the illusion that it's not just an DLC-upgrade with a new skin. The game is a bit buggy and some puzzles feels a bit lazy, otherwise this is a sequel for everyone who loved the original.- Eurogamer Sweden

Thirteen steps forward, two steps back? Final Fantasy XIII-2 resolves most of the main problems that the first game had, while introducing a number of new ideas, of which a few feel underwhelming or completely out of place. The characters, visuals, story are engaging and the narrative better told. It will be a hard sell for skeptics of the first game, but for fans it's an essential play.- Eurogamer Sweden

The new Mortal Kombat is easy to pick up and play, but will take a lifetime to master. Crushing bones and smashing skulls has never been so easy and beautiful as it is now.- Eurogamer Sweden

The actual boxing is better than ever, but it's in the cinematic champion mode that Fight Night Champion really shines and possibly shows the way forward for other sportsgames as well. More of this, please.- Eurogamer Sweden

Da Vincis disappearance is not only a very good DLC for its prize tag, but also a perfect ending after the original ending, so to speak. The single player story is of greater value than the multiplayer material, but the four characters and the new Protect Mode makes it worthwhile even if you don't care about Ezio's adventuring. They could have thrown in one or two more maps, though.- Eurogamer Sweden

Despite a few bugs the game plays so intense it at times feels like it's playing in your mind and not on your screen. It will make you feel really badass one second, only to disgust you with its over-the-top violence in the next. A few strange design choices interrupt the flow but all in all, Hotline Miami is a special experience not to be missed.- Eurogamer Sweden

By no means is Ni no Kuni a perfect match of Studio Ghibli’s design and character sensibilities and Level 5′s ability to craft deep and meaningful RPG systems, but it’s a close enough match that any flaws to either side are easily ignored. With as much charm, humor and as many quirks as can be packed onto a disc, Ni no Kuni will satisfy even the most disheartened and cynical role-playing fans and, possibly, people not into role-playing games at all.- Eurogamer Sweden

DrinkBox Studios moves away from alien blobs and attempts to reinvigorate the classic MetroidVania concept, but with Luchadores, pop culture references and an immense amount of humor. With a insanely complex melee mechanic, well-crafted platforming and a clear understanding of the concept at hand, Guacamelee! manages to wrestle to the top of the food chain.- Eurogamer Sweden

With a suitably complex and violent story, Sleeping Dogs is a competently told tale of revenge in a sandboxed approximation of Hong Kong. With gameplay mechanics more coherent and well-implemented than most other games in the sandbox crime-simulator genre, it delivers a solid experience. The story, acting and atmosphere really shine through, but even on purely technical terms the game manages to stand out.- Eurogamer Sweden

A unique, refreshing puzzle game that should ideally be consumed in small doses to avoid overdosing, as the game can become a bit tedious if played excessively. The puzzle designs go from easy to fiendish at a good pace, so as to never quite overwhelm and constantly challenge expectations.- Eurogamer Sweden

Sometimes it's very relaxing to just shut off the brain and perform some indecent acts of brutal shooting and hand-to-hand combat. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine delivers this experience in abundance. This is an enjoyable experience that falls a little flat due to pacing and repetitiveness, but for sheer brutal fun, it's hard to beat.- Eurogamer Sweden

The Swapper is an expertly designed puzzle platform game that excels in every area. Although the story is a bit hidden away in log files, it’s well worth going through them to expand the experience. This indie game is rivaling the quality of many of the AAA titles this year so far.- Eurogamer Sweden
