Alienation is a beautiful and deadly spectacle. Gameplay is immensely fun, making it hard to stop exterminating more and more aliens. It is a pity that the developers could not achieve 60 frames per second or add a local co-op option, but the game is great nonetheless.

It's very hard to stop playing Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, even if there's just a few units, skirmishes are small, and the locations are not very diversified. It's simply a great RTS, with and interesting story, nice graphics and engaging gameplay.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a game that was developed in just six months, but it absolutely does not feel like it. The title, which was intended to make players' wait for the release of the next full instalment in the series more pleasant, is a surprisingly sizable product, although definitely aimed at fans who are familiar with the previous instalments.

Capcom has delivered on its promises. Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster polishes up the original game, but leaves some annoying elements intact. There was potential for more, perhaps a full-fledged remake - it's a shame the developers didn't have more courage.

Civilization 7 is trying to reinvent the wheel, and it's not quite succeeding in doing so. The gameplay has been greatly simplified, and while some of these changes add momentum to the game, others strip it of the depth to which fans of the series - or strategy genre in general - have become accustomed. I had plenty of fun, but I expected something more from the new Civilization. Something that would draw me in not for a few dozen, but a few hundred hours. And that something was missing.

Great gameplay, wonderful audio and video, but the single player modes are not well-thought-out.

Shadow Warrior 2 is a great sequel. Even irritating dialogues and jokes can't hide the fact, that the combat is simply great and enjoyable. Every fan of dynamic shooting -- and slashing -- should definitely spend some time with the game.

Yoshi's Woolly World is not a revolutionary or especially fresh proposition, bet offers captivating, addictive and simply enjoyable gameplay. In combination with excellent graphics, it makes the game worth recommending to every fan of platformers.

Stellaris brings a lot of fresh elements to the space strategy genre, but - after a promising start - the gameplay changes into more tedious management. At some point you can't help but feel it would be more interesting to start again with a fresh save and abandon our civilization: special events disappear, errors make it impossible to finish missions and the enemy AI is never very smart in combat.

Despite few shortcomings, new System Shock is an exemplary remake. Nightdive managed to get rid of almost everything that made the original inaccessible, while preserving its unique identity. Still, it is not a game for everyone - one has to forget almost everything that games have taught us over the past decade.

Enjoyable combat and puzzles, memorable bosses, and a hard-to-replicate sense of mystery make Metroid Prime 4: Beyond a real treat - not just for fans of Samus Aran’s first-person adventures, but for all Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 owners.

Return to Star Wars universe (in LEGO form) offers great fun and plenty of adventures. Thanks to the movie - and some innovation from Traveller's Tales - LEGO series is back on track, with a breath of fresh air.

Unravel is certainly one of the most charming games in recent years, one filled with intimate details from the author's life - perhaps a bit too often. It does not change the fact that - if we accept such concept - we're in for a treat.

Inkulinati will be a very good choice for people looking for light and casual gameplay mixed with a little bit of thinking. It's an original, fun and approachable strategy game, with a fair amount of untapped potential that may yet be realised in the future. A must-play for fans of medieval art and butt jokes.

UFC 5 is a step in the right direction in comparison with the previous installment. Graphics can present some disappointment, but developers further polished the solid foundations of the series, getting one step closer to achieving a diamond-like quality. A must-play for MMA fans.

Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion is one hell of a remaster. It's so effective at masking the age of the game and refreshing the visuals that at times it's hard not to be in awe. You don't have to wait any longer to check out this PSP classic - Reunion is the best possible way to experience Zack's adventures.

Worms W.M.D remains faithful to the classics. This is key evidence that this series does not require 3D graphics or changes to the core concepts. Minor fixes and well-integrated innovations are enough to once again drag you in for countless hours.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A is a game that will please fans of collecting battle creatures, yet deeply disappoint with how much potential this massive franchise leaves untapped. A series of this stature deserves far more than what it gets here.

Dragon Quest Heroes is a positive adventure with great battles against hordes of monsters as a main pillar of gameplay. This element is just too repetitive and the character development system insufficiently developed to keep the players interested for a long time.

I wouldn't call Synapse a must-have for PlayStation VR2, but it's certainly a unique experience. Basic gameplay and character development are brilliantly executed, so if you decide to pick up this game, you'll be throwing enemies to the ground and bludgeoning them with virtual bullets with a smile on your face. It's just a shame that the small amount of content makes it feel a bit like a proof of concept rather than a full-fledged game.

Telling a story inside and outside the game was a risk that ultimately paid off. The result is certainly satisfying. Quantum Break is something special: the best TV show you can play and the best game you can ever watch like a TV show. Remedy delivers once again.

World of Final Fantasy seems to be a little forced and it's hard to shake the feeling it's been made as a distraction fueled by nostalgia, part of a marketing plan before Final Fantasy 15. Combat and exploration quickly becomes boring, and there's not much in terms of story and character development.

Orwell is a fascinating game. Osmotic's title allows you to feel the impact of the stuff we leave behind in the Internet every day. It's a story about a balancing act between freedom and privacy. Orwell's engaging story will drag you in and inspire a cold shudder when you realize the consequences of our actions.
