The Tom Clancy games virtually invented the realistic shooter, and Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter moves that genre forward. If you're a fanatic for modern military action or you just like some brains behind your gunfire, you must pick up GRAW.

A fantastic shooter. The levels seem to be just right in length, have lots of enemies to gun down or evade, and the scripted events make the missions seem logical and important.

It’s a rare game that gives you the feeling of being a small cog in a giant war machine. An important cog, for sure, but the world doesn’t end just because you’re not in it anymore. Somehow, that says a lot about how realistic and immersive this game is.

Despite its essential linearity, Eternal Darkness leaves the player feeling like he/she has lived through a vast and sweeping tale, and is a milestone GameCube title any way you look at it.

Super Mario Bros. Advance 2's awesome looking graphics are highly detailed and stay true to the game's source material, right down to the last pixel. Yes, down to the last pixel.

While the environments in "Jet Grind Radio" were dazzling, especially since it was one of the very first games to make use of the animation-style cel-shading technique, the levels in JSRF are nothing short of mind-boggling.

It may be a little too daunting for anyone other than hardcore gamers and/or boarders, otherwise, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater might very well be the perfect video game.

A pleasing solo affair mixed with remarkable multiplayer support once again more than cements id Software's status as the premiere name in first-person shooters.

Halo has the best control of any console shooter I've ever played.

It has the obsessive quality. This one goes beyond simple addiction. If you get into it, you will probably REALLY get into it, and want to want to redo the game until you’ve completely dominated it.

You hardcore adventurers already love it, and you newbies out there are in for a real treat, and you are to be envied.

If you love the Looney Tune cartoons, you will love each level of this game.

If there is any down side to it at all it’s that there won’t be a "Baldur’s Gate III" and I will sorely miss my player character with whom I have shared such a wonderful adventure over the last three years.

A thoroughly enjoyable simulation that is refreshingly different compared to the cavalcade of action, strategy and RPGs cluttering the marketplace today.

The game adds enough new missions, locations, structures, weapons and units to justify the purchase and will likely keep you clicking away feverishly until the wee hours of the morn.

Though an exceedingly fun and rewarding game, NBA Street isn't very original or particularly noteworthy.

But in the end, this fantastic engine and solid concept is hobbled by routine shooter gameplay.

Earth not only plays great, it respects the feel of history and advancement, and by its very nature makes the player respect it too.

Its pulp-novel story, gunfights straight out of John Woo's head, the incredibly cool Bullet Time gimmick, graphics that will stun the most jaded gamer.

Despite a high level of difficulty, the game is proof positive that the original PlayStation still has plenty of life left within.

The on-screen skaters control well, but not quite as tightly as the PS2 version of the game. There is a bit more play in this version, with the end result being a control scheme that is slightly looser than one might expect.

Aside from these minor graphical niggles, the game does look mightily beautiful and plays smooth as glass, even in splitscreen multiplayer mode.

It rocks, despite some small flaws. Good replay value can make a game go a long way.

It's weird, wonderful, addictive and groovin'.

It is one of the “must have” launch titles. You won’t be disappointed.

The fluid animations and in-depth gameplay will allow experienced and first time players to pick up the game and have fun.

You may have a couple of cartoon explore n' race cartridges in your collection already but I guarantee you'll find this game worth your time and every penny you pay for it.
