Had the multiplayer been deeper, it would have easily been an editor's choice.

Although the game does not include online play it has enough modes in it to really keep most of us satisfied for quite a long time.

The computer AI is frustrating and the shooting mechanics are not the best of the bunch.

The gameplay just seemed so bland and boring that I really don't think I ever enjoyed this game.

The game just never really gets moving and therefore most of us will end up turning it off after a good twenty minutes.

The camera angle makes it a bit tough to judge the visual aspects of the game.

The frame rate and over simplistic gameplay really makes this game not fun to play. Although Gretzky does have some nice features on paper, the overall play out of the game is just disappointing.

The game lacks depth, and is just too short to be enjoyed.

The career mode is a great addition to the series and the gameplay is definitely picking up some steam.

A pretty simplistic game and many people might look at this as a bad thing but I see this as actually what makes the game so fun.

What makes this game even more impressive is the Xbox Live support, which is honestly the best online squad-based experience out there today.

Although I will admit Fight Night Round 2 leaves plenty of room improvement, it still is an amazing game on its own merits.

Strategy buffs out there will not find much to Kessen III as the strategy in the game is quite limited.

I must say that I am very impressed with how smooth the game runs, and how smooth the gameplay is.

You get the sense that the developers are simply going through the motions and don't didn't bother to offer a refreshing take on the genre.

Undone by the clunky and unpolished on-foot missions. Star Fox: Assault is a missed opportunity for the developers to resurrect the series, which means you probably should give this a miss too.

The game only makes a good purchase if you are a diehard Gladiator fan; otherwise the game is a perfect rental title.

One thing really neat about this mode is the props in which you can place on the court to add to the difficulty and style of your dunk. It's a simple getaway from the main draw but it's [definitely] a worthwhile one.

A pretty mediocre game. Unless you're a huge fan of the TV series, you can probably just either shy away from this one or keep as a back up choice for a rental.

The game doesn't do anything to go above and beyond what is already out on the market today. If you are a fan of the comic book then this is going to be a great game for you, if not this is a perfect rental.

A very mediocre Japanese RPG's, which unfortunately in this day and age that's just not good enough.

This is one of those games that of course tried to put the "open ended" gameplay into play, but failed to do that, and threw in some clunky controls with it.

I am a huge fan of open-ended action games, and this one just really did the business for me. There is still just so much action in the game and the storyline is so interesting that it's hard not to just sit back and say wow, this is a fun game.

MechAssault 2 struggles with its single player mode and strives with its multiplayer support to still bring you another great Mech experience.

The one and only thing in the game that hasn't changed is the fun factor, which thankfully is still alive and well.

It's hard to hide the fact that the game has great replay value, excellent gameplay mechanics, and a very intuitive storyline.

Rogue Agent just isn't that fun of a game because of the somewhat sluggish gameplay, the lack of a real good story, and pretty average multiplayer.

It's fast paced, has beautiful visuals, and just a whole lot of fun.

For those of you who never got the privilege of playing the original, or want to relive those fond memories, the game is a good purchase for you!

The game just doesn't come through like it had the potential to do. Spider-Man 2 just didn't take advantage of the new hardware and left us with a very average side scrolling action game.

The one thing that does however drag the game down is the poor computer AI, which at first can be funny but after a while just becomes a big annoyance.

Although some of the sequences can be pretty over the top, for the most part the game doesn't really pick up any steam.

The one part of Blinx I disliked the most is how repetitive and downright boring the game got.

What I like about the game is that it's simple but it's not overly simple, in that the game has a lot of different things going on in the background that you may not even notice.

So the game has great graphics, but it doesn't have the modes to back it up. The story mode is ridiculous and the gallery mode just had no reason to be in this game.

Although this game may also be the most difficult game in the series it also still retains all of the fun and enjoyment that has been with this series since the very beginning.

What's really interesting about this game is that for all that it's doing differently, it still just does not feel all that much different from the typical Sims formula.

Although the technology may not all be there in this package, it does provide us with a solid experience that many will have quite a bit of fun with.

A great game but is definitely more of an expansion then anything.

Gretzky 2005 has some really good ideas but the game just doesn't have enough fine-tuning to really make a great game.

This game goes where no Xbox Live enabled game has gone before.

I am just really disappointed that the game didn't include more in the single player portions of the game, but luckily make up most of its ground in the multiplayer side of the game.

Although we would have liked to see some more additions to the single player, the developers made up for it with an extremely fun multiplayer experience.

The storyline in my eyes really helps the game progress quite a bit, and fans of Japanese style stories will really enjoy this one.

It's just really disappointing if you ask me. You have a movie in which has a concept that you would think could be golden, but the execution just seems rushed.

With a solid storyline and pretty good gameplay mechanics, we are given a game that really does help strengthen the PS2's RPG market.

I can't express in words to do the game justice how large and well drawn out these cities are.

When I look at Outrun2 I see a game that may not be as spectacular as some games on the market, but it really does an amazing job of creating an impressive arcade style flair that really does wonders for the game.

Another disappointment in the turtle's world. I can still see all the potential the series could have but unfortunately this year Konami took a step in the wrong direction.

Had a lot of potential but didn't do enough with it. They focused a little too much on Rayne's abilities and not enough on trying to make the game more difficult, and more challenging.

Putting the poor Live experience aside, the game is really quite good combining a heavy dose of both action and strategy into one game, makes for an extremely enjoyable experience.

What's nice about FIFA is that it does a very nice mix of simulation and arcade gameplay that works wonderfully with the game.

Although it may not be as complex or well rounded as many other platforming titles already on the market today, the game does a solid job.

I still feel that the game could have included some more classics, but with what they gave you most of us will be quite satisfied.

Graphically it is the best Xbox game to appear this year (along with Panzer Dragoon). In terms of gameplay its story line will have you laughing and its explosive set pieces will have you yearning for more. Its balanced combination of all out blasting and adventure objectives will keep you entertained from start until finish.

The major downside to Battlecry was the repetitive nature of the game, which thankfully is not present anymore in the game.

A much more detailed game that improves upon last year's graphical system with much better character models.

If you have been looking forward to this game you may be a little disappointed with the Konquest mode, but the other modes help make the game a solid choice.

The one addition that has really made Colin McRae Rally 2005 a whole lot more fun then before is the Xbox Live support. I have found that all of my games have been lag free and all have been quite competitive.

Shadow Hearts is not a short game by any means, as it will take normal gamers anywhere from thirty to forty hours to complete.

As time wore on so did the fun of the game, and it ended up being just another movie made into a game.

When has exercising ever been fun? With that being said the developers did an amazing job of making an experience that was different and enjoyable.

I just think the execution of the game is nowhere near as good as it could have been. The potential for this game is endless and I think Nintendo only brought us with an average gaming experience.

The game now has a total of 50 songs, plenty of different modes to choose from in the same old DDR Style. Any fan of the series couldn't go wrong with this one.

Unless you are craving another telekinesis type action game this one will be best as just a rental.

The combat in the game is very entertaining and combine that with a very solid storyline and you have a game that will make any X-Men fan very happy.

But for those of you avid Star War fans who were expecting something spectacular this one just doesn't have all the right ingredients.

But by far the most exciting portion of NHL 2005 has to be the dynasty mode which is something EA Sports is getting very good at creating. There are just so many different customization options that you can choose from that any hockey enthusiast who is bored to tears with the lack of hockey this season could really spend hours in this mode.

The Legends Mode isn't as deep as it could be, but for as long as it lasts its quite fun to play. Along with a slue of other modes, you are looking at a game that really is a whole lot of fun.

Very challenging and incredibly addictive. The game does a great job of doing what it set out to do and this is a solid side scrolling shooter.

Combines a great storyline with superb gameplay, and slick graphics, to give you an experience that is just non-stop fun.

Demon Stone could have been a great game given a little more depth and better computer AI.

I really thought the developers did a great job of making a very easy yet complex combat system that allowed gamers to really let it loose and have fun.

This is a perfect example of a fighting game that was done right. The only thing that was really lacking in the game was more depth in the offline modes.

There are better shooters out on the market.

The ideas behind Conflict: Vietnam are there, the execution of the game just is not.

But what it is good at doing is staying interesting and scary throughout the game.

What is so amazing about Burnout 3 is not so much its excellent modes but instead its amazing gameplay.

The driving in Test Drive: Eve of Destruction is one that I think had the potential to be great but with the lack of fine tuning ended up just being average.

Fans of the movie will enjoy the very detailed storyline invested into the game, and others will find the game to be quite challenging. It would make for a great rental for anyone looking for a nice difficult third person action game.
