Not only is Evolution Snowboarding a lame snowboarding game but it's a lame fighter as well, so you know what that makes the whole game don't you?

It's a shell of what might be a new Christmas classic which is, in one way, sad but the fact that the movie may be around for along time may tempt a developer to do this game justice in the future.

There's nothing here that would warrant this game being on the Xbox. It doesn't look good, the sounds are average, the tunes are forgettable and the gameplay is unimaginative.

Few kids possess the capacity required to make sense of this scrambled, onscreen action in real time. It will just frustrate all those that play it except the odd MENSA member.

The game's biggest problem is the programming of the AI. When you assemble your team, little do you realize what idiots they all turn out to be. It's like they're all on crack or something.

Here's a game that almost accomplishes the impossible - it virtually embarrasses bowlers. And that's not an easy task given the mullet-loving, trailer-dwelling life forms that festoon the substratum of the high-glossed lanes.

The AI follows a scripted battle plan that remains virtually unchanged regardless of what strategies you implement against them. To that end the game doesn't have much of a real-time feel.

A collecting RPG in the tradition of Pokemon - shamefully so. But instead of expanding on this style of gameplay that's already been done to death, The Shaman King sees fit to simplify it so that it offers a challenge akin to turning a water faucet on and off.

While "The Sims" can get deep, The Urbz: Sims in the City is a very light version of the original. This game is designed for girls that haven't yet grown out of the Barbie phase. The Urbz is the shallowest version of The Sims yet.

Don't even bother going online. The game is virtually unplayable.

Everything about it is low quality, from the music to the terrible cutscenes.

A really uninspired racing game. It seems to be aimed at kids as young as a fetus with the exception of the sudden increase in difficulty that even gave me a headache. And not because it was challenging but because it's annoyingly difficult due to the lack of control.

Nothing is more embarrassing, or fun to watch, than something that someone thinks is cool, which falls flat while they really try to sell it with clueless enthusiasm. Just about every aspect of this game falls flat, from the gameplay to the soundtrack.

It may have a sophisticated graphics engine and a good assortment of aircraft but for a game that should be presented in 3D, it falls flat.

Once you get past the graphics you will be confronted with a cold and sterile fighting engine. The game is barren in the area of options, menu and unlockables.

FlatOut has all the makings of a great budget games, except that it's not great and that it's not budget priced.

It is quite unfortunate that the company that essentially invented the music genre has produced such a poor title, but Rock Revolution just doesn’t have any redeeming qualities. From the poor music selection to the bad visuals, this game doesn’t stand well on its own, and can’t even be considered good as a supplement to current music titles.

From the graphics to the gameplay this is a game that would be more at home on the PSX than either the Xbox or the PS2. About the only good thing about this game is that it's a budget title. I wouldn't expect any serious gamer to get more than an hour's worth of entertainment from this.

The story mode is pointless and the two-player mode is bare-bones. There is almost nothing worthwhile to do in this game.

One of the worst party games ever invented.

If you're anything like me, you won't be able to play it for any length of time unless you've got something on your mind that you're concentrating on that is far removed from the game. It's perfect for zoning out.

Sharing the misery with another player via the split screen can be a delightfully sadistic pleasure. Why should you be the only one to have a crappy time?

It has the gimmick of Daredevil's heightened senses and special abilities but it's not enough to carry the lame gameplay.

About the only thing the developers got right are the graphics. Considering how low-res they are, it's not much of an accomplishment.

There's not enough content in this package, and the progression aspects are woefully lacking. For the most part you're expected to keep playing to rank up stats, rather than a compelling campaign.
