On paper this was material for a blockbuster but good ideas were buried under incompetence and lack of experience. [May 2012, p.64]- CD-Action

A fighting game that you just can't miss! Controls are friendly and satisfying and the level of thrill Street Fighter X Tekken delivers is over the top. It's a pity that game modes seem half-baked and Blanka is available in DLC only. [May 2012, p.62]- CD-Action

Wargame will appeal to those few who enjoyed playing early Combat Mission games more than World in Conflict. [May 2012, p.58]- CD-Action

Letting players quit online matches without any repercussions is an unforgivable and incomprehensible decision by EA Sports and completely kills the multiplayer mode. Apart from that it's a fun game. [May 2012, p.56]- CD-Action

The game that I didn't really look forward to turned out to be an extremely absorbing and satisfying experience. The longer I played, the closer I was sitting to the TV and the tighter I was clutching my gamepad. [May 2012, p.48]- CD-Action

It has a taste of an ambitious Easter European game – the budget was tight but the developer had some good ideas and managed to create an interesting, disturbing atmosphere. On the other hand I Am Alive is really ugly, unbalanced and repetitive. [April 2012, p.83]- CD-Action

It has a certain old school charm and a couple of really good ideas, but it's also rather ugly, repetitive and tiring. [April 2012, p.82]- CD-Action

An interactive story enriched with puzzle elements or an arcade/puzzle game with an exceptionally mature and expanded plot – depends on how you look at Catherine. Either way it's both frustrating and fascinating. [April 2012, p.80]- CD-Action

Thechineseroom studio managed to create something surprising and original, but Dear Esther is something you experience rather than play. [April 2012, p.79]- CD-Action

The undisputed champion of the genre. This time it's more accessible to beginners and offers an improved career mode, some tweaks to the combat system, as well as the famed PRIDE organization. [April 2012, p.76]- CD-Action

Binary Domain is a good alternative for those who are looking for a new, original shooter other than Gears of War or Call of Duty. It's a pity that the satisfying, high quality gameplay was not backed by a better plot. The game's story has a good starting point but does not live up to its full potential. Steps back were taken in some aspects but the most important element – the gameplay – was fine-tuned so all in all Shank 2 is a great beat 'em up dripping with fun. [April 2012, p.71]- CD-Action

I can't decide whether Legacies is still a game or just a quiz enriched with poor audio-visual materials. It would be a pity if Telltale continued to spiral down. [April 2012, p.70]- CD-Action

Before I wrote this review, I spent 30 hours with Back in Action and I don't even know when this time flew by. I regret that the remake is not as complex and deep as the original game by Sir-Tech but some things are just gone and will never return. [April 2012, p.64]- CD-Action

Contrary to appearances this is not a game for everyone. Its difficulty level is really old school and the necessity to learn the tracks and retry (and retry, and then retry) will put off everyone who thought SSX to be a relaxing little arcade game. [April 2012, p.60]- CD-Action

Thanks to its unique setting (mythology of the East meets Däniken) and off-the-scale panache Asura's Wrath is a very interesting experience, but there's just not enough... game in it. Gameplay is very shallow, repetitive and easy. [April 2012, p.59]- CD-Action

The story is very shallow but even more disappointing is the fact that the Arcade Action mode is single player only while it seems perfect for co-op. [April 2012, p.58]- CD-Action

The potential of both Syndicate as a franchise and Starbreeze as the developer was not fully used. The co-op mode and the video post-processing are great but the game as a whole is a disappointment. [April 2012, p.52]- CD-Action

An example of a perfect console-to-PC port – we got a complete game with two DLC's that looks better than the original X360 version. The loading times are very short, mouse and keyboard controls are perfect and even an old PC is enough to enjoy Alan Wake. [April 2012, p.56]- CD-Action

Mass Effect 3 will force you to make tough decisions on a galactic scale. You have to think them through and you feel bad about yourself afterwards. It really kicked me in the emotional equivalent of testicles. What a spectacular finale to the trilogy! [April 2012, p.44]- CD-Action
