If you haven’t played Okami before on PS2 or Wii, you’re in for a unique journey unlike anything you experienced in front of your console. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.67]

I remembered Zone of the Enders on PS2 for two reasons – because it looked great and was so much fun to play. Both these qualities were carried over to the HD version. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.66]

Not impressed by Wonderbook. I gave it to a group of 9-year-olds. It turned out that the lack of Harry Potter (the game was developed in cooperation with J.K. Rowling) was not an issue and they did not complain that they had to do practically same things over and over again. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.64]

Paired with PS Vita’s gyroscope it would have been a cool thing but as a conventional game on a PC it’s just average and boring. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.63]

Karateka is just a series of painfully repetitive QTE. The idea of combining a brawler with a rhythm game is cool but in my opinion it’s not enough for anything more than a minigame in some bigger title.[CD-Action 02/2013, p.63]

It’s possible that this game can be saved – the announced patches seem reasonable. But right now it’s better to stay away from Ace of Spades.[CD-Action 02/2013, p.61]

At first I was a little disappointed by small number of new weapons introduced in Aftermath. However it turned out that one of them – the crossbow – is a very versatile piece of equipment and can replace a whole bunch of other toys. I might have pictured this DLC differently but after all I got hooked for long hours. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.60]

Even The Three-Headed Monkey would not be unable to distract you from The Critter Chronicles’ shortcomings but this prequel to The Book of Unwritten Tales is still likeable. It’s just smaller in every aspect.[CD-Action 02/2013, p.56]

Do stealth games have to be so slow? Stealth Bastard Deluxe has an answer – no, they don’t! Well, you can argue whether it’s a real stealth game or rather a platformer but the important part is that it’s very addictive and well-balanced. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.49]

Not only the first real MOBA game for consoles, but also one of the better ones in this sub-genre. There’s not many flaws I can point out in GoMe. If anything, I doubt its longevity – there are only 22 guardians to choose from and capabilities of building a community are much smaller than on PC. [CD-Action 02/2013, p.42]

What a great start to the year! First big premiere already brought us a thrilling game that raised the bar for other contenders for the action game of 2013 title.
