South of the Circle might be a bit shorter than you'd expect, but its extremely story driven and engaging, and if you are into that type of game you'll definitely have a good time playing it.

Cloudpunk can be considered a good adventure game, but there is nothing special about it. There are a lot of missions to play but the game does not offer enough gameplay mechanisms and variations to keep the action going and as a result, the final package feels repetitive.

The best way to describe Pathologic 2 is to imagine a parallel world where Tarkovsky is a video game maker. Pathologic 2 shows a world on the verge of annihilation, and a hero who is looking for redemption on a dark path.

Arcade Paradise is a very unique game built for a very unique audience, and the fact that it can't keep a steady gameplay rhythm throughout makes it even more unlikely to please just any body. But for those who grew up when Arcade machines were dominating the entertainment industry, it will be a great experience to run and develop an Arcade store.

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is an exciting roguelite action game filled with flashy spells, sword combos, and diverse characters brought to life with strong voice acting. Its colorful maps and fast-paced battles are enjoyable, but the game clearly isn’t built for two players; most mechanics fall on one person, leaving the other with little to do. Heavy reliance on luck and random card draws, along with a confusing upgrade system, hold it back. In the end, it’s a fast and stylish single-player roguelite that struggles to leave a lasting impression.

Switching from 2D perspective to 3D doesn't affect Disgaea 6 that much, as it pretty much feels the same and it can be both good and bad. Good for the original fans of the series but bad as it shows lack of development throughout the years.

Atomic Heart is not your next best, revolutionary shooter. Instead it's a combination of fulfilled and wasted potentials that could have done much better, but still is damn fun and satisfying to play.

Dead Island 2 may not be the next great thing you were waiting for, but it has enough on offer to convince you and a group of friends to spend over 20 hours blowing zombies apart.

The Surge takes the Dark Souls series formula and throws it into a sci-fi setting. And while it suffers from poor narration, a huge and interesting world combined with a fresh and innovative combat system prove to be more than enough to consider it a success. If you are up for a Souls-like challenge in a sci-fi world, The Surge is a great choice.

Steel Division 2 suffers from tons of issues, but if you somehow manage to get past them, you'll realize the potential behind it and how Eugan can make it a lot better if they are committed enough.

eFootball PES 2021 share the same core components as its predecessor, the 2020 version, and other than some minor improvements in gameplay, there is no point in upgrading to the new version. If you really care about new kits, faces and updated line-ups, this seasonal update might make sense, but if you don't care about all this then you wouldn't miss much if you stick with the 2020 version.

Who Needs You? Is definitely the worst episode in the Guardians of the Galaxy series. There is no progress in the story and most of the time, you’ll experience repetitive and predictable events happening in the same locations. The only positive to look forward to is the ending that can affect the future episodes for good.

The 6th installment in the Far Cry series has nothing very new to say, as it continues to build on a successful formula that keeps the fans happy and willing to come back for more. Exciting gunplay, just enough content spread across a huge map and a standard Far Cry core gameplay seem enough to overtake most of the shortcomings and keep the fans busy for yet another year.

In Pathfinder: Kingmaker, you can see the footprints of many great names in the video games industry, but it seems that the main development team was neither able nor experienced enough to execute the game’s ideas and potentials in a right way, and even if you don’t take its many technical issues into consideration, Pathfinder: Kingmaker is still far from a proper CRPG.

A spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie, Yooka-Laylee is exactly what it is trying to be. It suffers from few flaws like poor camera and very unstable frame-rate, and it doesn’t add anything new to the platformer genre. But a lot of gameplay mechanics, good graphics, and amazing sound make it enjoyable.

Years after the release of the first Ninja Gaiden game, it's core gameplay mechanisms and level design still seem fresh and satisfying. The Master Collection puts together Sigma, Sigma 2 and Razor's Edge games in a thrilling Hack and Slash package that the fans of the genre just can't miss. Ryu Hayabusa is back; fast as a lightning bolt and sharp as a dagger.

In today’s gaming landscape, dominated by sprawling open worlds, branching choices, microtransactions, and monetization strategies, a tightly crafted, linear, story-driven experience has become a rare treasure. Mafia: The Old Country may just be one of the finest examples left. While it’s not without flaws, and its scope reflects the publisher’s reluctance to invest the time and resources of a traditional production, it still delivers where it counts. For players who value strong storytelling, focused level design, and the immersive pull of a well-paced single-player campaign, this is an experience worth owning.

Siege of Paris is an overall better package compared to Wrath of Druids, but it's not flawless. It's much closer to the original game in terms of structure, and the level design takes the players back to the classic Assassin's Creed games, although the choices the player makes throughout the gameplay seem entirely pointless eventually.
