Sonic Colors: Ultimate is an exceptional port for modern day consoles. It’s one of the few great 3D Sonic games that gives hope that Sega will give the iconic Blue Blur a proper return to form.- Attack of the Fanboy

The terror and isolation you feel here is a devious construct you must outsmart to escape to the surface and makes this feel like a true horror game in the best of ways.- Attack of the Fanboy

We've already seen that Machine Games can craft a great playing shooter, but with Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus they've also got a more interesting and varied story to tell this time around.- Attack of the Fanboy

Yoshi's Woolly World is a beatiful, handcrafted creation that will delight Nintendo fans, and those looking for another great 2D platformer. If only there was more here to enjoy, the game would be another masterpiece for the Wii U.- Attack of the Fanboy

With engaging combat, an immersive atmosphere, and a compelling story, Diablo IV rekindles the flame of one of Blizzard's most beloved franchises. Though the current live service content plan somewhat hinders its potential, Diablo IV will satisfy the hunger of series veterans and any new player seeking a quality action RPG.- Attack of the Fanboy

While the new console release of This War of Mine: The Little Ones does not really bring anything new to the table from the most updated PC version, the surprisingly emotional situations and impressive scavenging and survival system is worth checking out for anybody that missed out on the original release.- Attack of the Fanboy

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 had a lot to live up to for fans of the franchise after the success of its predecessor, and while the game may not be for everyone, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 offers yet another satisfying experience for Dragon Ball fans that is not one to be missed.- Attack of the Fanboy

Following the journey of two neon colored dolphins, Jupiter & Mars is a well made underwater experience that also comes with a good message about protecting the future of the oceans in some interesting ways as well.- Attack of the Fanboy

LEGO City Undercover was already a great game when it released on Wii U four years ago and this new release takes that and tweaks it just a bit. The overall experience is a little smoother and the addition of co-op is a nice touch, and even though there’s nothing substantially new here, those that missed out before will want to check out LEGO City Undercover this time around.- Attack of the Fanboy

Spellbreak is a good battle-royale with great combat. It's graphics and world-design won't "wow" anyone, but the ability to dish out devastating magical destruction in chaotic duals is unlike anything else currently on the market.- Attack of the Fanboy

Monster Energy Supercross 6 feels like a victory lap for the series. It's a podium finish without a doubt, but they're going to need to raise the bar for the next race to ensure they take home the championship instead of a second-place trophy.- Attack of the Fanboy

2K is about as bad as it gets when it comes to quality of life for players in its online modes that are clearly designed to syphon extra money beyond the price of admission. However, they do make one hell of a basketball game that will allow you to tolerate these scheme-based game modes if you can actually get on to play them.- Attack of the Fanboy

Rise of the Tomb Raider has had no shortage of enjoyable DLC up to this point, but the Blood Ties season pass update is the bow on top that sends it all out with a bang. Featuring solid new modes with various types of gameplay, it's a fitting end to what has been a great ride from Crystal Dynamics.- Attack of the Fanboy

Overall, Scarlet Nexus is a simple, yet great and enjoyable experience for any fan of the genre out there. You hunt monsters, make yourself and your allies stronger, gather resources for making new cosmetics and gear, constantly unlock new features for inside and outside of combat, all that while you watch an interesting story materialize in front of your eyes. It really is a modernized, old-school adventure which will satisfy anyone, even with the few drawbacks it has and the rather slow beginning.- Attack of the Fanboy

Rad is about what you expect from the modern rogue-like game in terms of features and structure. If you dig the 80's aesthetic, or rogue-likes in general, there's a game that you can sink many hours into here.- Attack of the Fanboy

Cruis’n Blast is as arcade-y as an arcade racer can be. It has the high thrills and high stakes that are so over the top, but that’s the charm of the Cruis’n series. It doesn’t require so much setup to just get a few races in. If you are itching for wild thrills and quick rides, this is the perfect pickup.- Attack of the Fanboy

GT Sport's shift away from the normal structure of racing titles was a risky bet. It pays off for racing purists, but those who judge a game solely by the number of tracks, cars, and modes it has may be a little disappointed.- Attack of the Fanboy

Gears 5 once again feels like a safe bet by The Coalition. You can start to see the developer thinking about new ideas and potential directions that the series can go, but Gears 5 feels largely familiar. The additions of some new features and a new mode added to the fan-favorites that return make for a robust package though.- Attack of the Fanboy

Concrete Genie has a great score and impressive art direction which leave you absolutely jaw-dropped at times. It’s a short game though, and that feels even more so when the game goes away from its core strengths and barrels towards the finish line with lackluster combat sequences.- Attack of the Fanboy
