    Cruis’n Blast is arcade racing in its absolute best form imaginable, and if you want a racing game that leaves you grinning like an idiot the entire time you’re playing it, I couldn’t recommend it any more highly.

    If you’ve played previous Cruis’n games before, you know what you’re getting into. I had an absolute blast playing Cruis’n Blast and highly recommend it for any speed junkies that need a quick, fun fix on their Switch.

    The racing in Cruis’n Blast truly reflects the game’s arcade roots, focusing on fun over-the-top thrills over any sort of realism. As long as you are okay with that, you’ll likely have as a good of a time with this Switch version as I did. I do wish there was support for online multiplayer as not everyone is going to have willing players in their vicinity, but I guess if a casual player was going to join in on any racing game without Mario in it, it might be this one. It’s colorful, silly, fast, and stylish. Raw Thrills did just about everything it could to make this home version the ultimate way to go Cruis’n, and it certainly does a good job of scratching an itch.

    There’s no doubt that Cruis’n Blast is going to serve a relatively niche audience, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The sheer spectacle on display combined with vast opportunity for technical skill makes for an incredibly engaging arcade racing game that focuses on letting the player have pure, unfiltered fun. It’s a shame that there isn’t any form of online functionality to provide a little extra meaning to the experience, since that little extra motivation could’ve elevated Cruis’n Blast from a good game to a great game.

    Cruis’n Blast shoves players kicking and screaming to the time when the Dreamcast was king, racing was purely about things blowing up for no reason, and unicorns had great engine noises. And I love it for that.

    Cruis'n Blast presents an arcade racing formula that's exciting at first but quickly wears thin due to its lack of challenge or need for skill. That being said, it can still be enjoyable for a few rounds of old-school racing entertainment with friends.

Unlock new cars, do crazy stunts. It’s a must buy if you love arcade racers. It’s beautifully done, graphics look great, especially for the underpowered Switch. Great game to blow off steam or play with family and friends.

    We don’t have enough games like this anymore, and I’m glad to own Cruis’n Blast. It’s a fantastic port!    … Expand

It is a throw back to the days when games were simply made to be pure joy to play and watch. The tracks are crazy and over the top, the action is frantic and the music is catchy.

    Gameplay wise it is straight out of the arcade racer play book. Simple to get into but hard to master, with plenty of shortcuts and collectables on each stage. It is a pure adrenaline rush.

    There are a good number of tracks to enjoy and loads of unlockable cars and upgrades. It is not after your cash like many of these games so often are these days. Everything is unlocked via gameplay.

    Screenshots of the graphics do not do the game justice. It looks amazing when running and there is so much going on in the background that even watching someone play is a joy.

    Finally a great arcade classic racer on my Switch. It's a pity it doesn't have online but still a lot of fun.

    I was so happy that there is another Cruisn game after so many years. It looks great and the first races are awesome, until I realized thatI was so happy that there is another Cruisn game after so many years. It looks great and the first races are awesome, until I realized that are always only the last 2 second of the race decides who will be first. After a while it's very shallow.
