Without real innovation in gameplay mechanics, the first story DLC for the great Deus Ex: Mankind Divided makes an outstanding job in terms of narrative and story telling. Besides, this expansion has an awesome new area to explore. If you enjoyed the main game, you should check System Rift.

Dragon Quest Builders is a game that isn’t scared to show the game from which it took inspiration. Moreover, it is a title that, although it uses some familiar mechanics from games like Terraria or Minecraft, shines on its own because of all those elements that come from the Dragon Quest franchise. It’s fun, charming and feels quite familiar but it also looks different. And because of that, you will enjoy it.

Yo-Kai Watch 2 has a charming world full of details and colorful characters but just a few innovations compared with its predecessor. Maybe all the new elements in the series like online medal swap and competitive battles should have been from the start on the first game. At the end of the day, is good to see the localization of this sequel for the big fans of the series.

Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity is a game made by and for fans. However this doesn’t guarantee the fact that many of them will enjoy them. Yes it has a really entertaining gameplay and enjoyable boss fights, but its lackluster presentation and kind of repetitive controls, make this game one that will be a delight by some, a mess by others, and a completely strange and forgettable experience by most gamers.

The narrative on Mafia III is great and exciting, maybe one of the best of the year, same with the attention to little details recreating New Bordeaux and general adjustments to the gameplay of the franchise. We cannot say the same of the general open world structure that gives us repetitive activities to unlock the premium content, in the same way, we're sad to see the final game with a myriad technical issues.

The last Lara Croft adventure comes with basic adjustments to its gameplay that make it an enjoyable and memorable experience. We loved the tombs, we loved the puzzles, we loved the exploration, we loved the world, we loved the combat. Even though not everything is completely perfect in Rise of The Tomb Raider, it’s a step in the right direction for the franchise. The new PS4 edition is a package full of contents, a lot of fan service to the franchise and many things to do after completing the campaign.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is a good evolution to the classic formula that give us hours of endless score attack fun. Even all its changes are modest compared with Championship Edition DX, is good to have again the frantic and fast gameplay that we love of the series in a well presented arcade style game.

Gears of War 4 is a great product. An epic Campaign, robust multiplayer mode with competitive elements and the new Horde Mode, makes it one of the best and more complete games of this year. Great addition to the Xbox One catalog.

God Eater 2: Rage Burst feels like a wasted opportunity. Although it offers more of that frenetic and savage gameplay from its predecessor, its poor presentation and lack of innovations turns this game in one without any sense of surprise. Unless you are willing to play more from God Eater, we suggest you to stick with playing the remake of God Eater Resurrections.

XCOM 2 expands all the great gameplay mechanics that we enjoyed in past games of the series. All kinds of emotions await you in this great tactical game about making hard decisions. No major problems with the console version, a few framerate issues and maybe longer loading times but nothing that really hurts the core experience.

Rise of Iron is a modest expansion of the rich universe created by Bungie, even it doesn't improve the general experience like The Taken King with all its changes, at least offers us challenging activities, wonderful places, mysterious quests and tons of fun for the hardcore Destiny fan.

With subtle adjustments to basic elements like its controls and an enormous attention to details on its presentation, NBA 2K17 remains as one of the best sports video games out there today.

FIFA 17 is a step forward in the series thanks to its new gameplay innovations but specially for the new game mode called The Journey. This new FIFA game feels and plays differently. It's something the fans need.

The new mode called Battle Station is a great addition to the game. Death Star also comes with 5 new maps and weapons. It's great to finally have dogfights in space.

A great continuation for a great start. Batman: The Telltale Series – Episode 2: Children of Arkham makes great work of putting you in tight decision making situations.

Terrific gameplay, sublime level design and a beautiful open world set in Australia are some of the elements that makes Forza Horizon 3 one of the greatest racing games of recent years. A must-have.

The general concept is good and the exploration could be gratifying and addictive, but in general terms The Tomorrow Children is far to offer fun gameplay to engage the players and make them return for more.

A game that feels natural and has good control, but has even fewer licenses than previous iterations.

Legion is the best expansion ever made for World of Warcraft. It's story, characters, new game mechanics and new class, makes it a fresh, different and dynamic game. Must have.

ReCore is a good platformer and shooting game from the director of Metroid Prime. Its biggest problem is that its great ideas never find a good execution. Also, its technical difficulties affect the whole experience in some pretty bad ways.

Spirit of Justice is a new entry for the Ace Attorney series, one that lacks any innovations but that offers more of that fabulous formula that has distinguished the franchise. Although there are no surprises in its gameplay, what the title gives you is another chapter where you can find the fun of being a lawyer.

One Night In Karazhan is the third solo adventure from Hearthstone. Its special personality, epic encounters and well designed levels, makes it a must have to every fan of this game.

Worms W.M.D. is a real return to the classic formula of the series with subtle and effective changes that keep the experience fresh and completely fun.

It's really nice to see that, finally, SEGA decided to localize one of the fighting games from Blade Arcus from Shining; that's something that hardcore fans from the series will thank. However, that doesn't help the fact that the game seems a little lackluster when compared with other great fighting franchises. It is a really good fighting title, but one that will be enjoyed, mostly, by the followers from the original RPG series.

Federation Force is a very fun cooperative shooter, it has solid design on its levels, a lot of strategy with the mod system and plenty of content if you don't have problems with the controls. The game is not well-balanced when you play solo, but at the end of the day it's better than we expected.

Finally a good game that does justice to all the lore of Attack of Titan. This Koei Tecmo game is a fast-paced action game that really transmits the essence of the series and does it with a wonderful and attractive presentation. However, and although it looks good, it has some technical problems in its controls that from one time to another difficult the actions the player does. Also, it lacks really interesting game modes that could convince the players to return to it after finishing the main campaign. If you are a fan of the series then you should play this game.

A game with great mechanics, poor story, cool characters, flawed graphics and with the flavor of the old school.
