Hey! Pikmin is a small and pretty simple game, but it is a beautiful experience that every fan of this series should enjoy.

Lara Croft Go is a good step forward for Square Enix Montreal. It takes all the good things that we saw on Hitman Go and introduces new mechanics and variants on the puzzles. It’s a game that really shines among other games that we can find on iOS App Store.

Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake surpasses Tecmo’s classic original in many aspects, but precisely because of that desire to be better than the game it is based on, it runs into issues we would have loved not to see—particularly the changes at the combat system level and the somewhat unstable performance it shows on consoles. Do we recommend it? Yes, absolutely. Despite the flaws mentioned in this review, it is undoubtedly a game we enjoyed and one we believe you should give a chance. It is currently the most accessible way to experience this horror classic, especially considering the very high price of an original PS2 copy.

We can say that the first exclusive of the year in consoles does not disappoint anyone and it is a pleasant adventure that any public can enjoy without any problem. Full of unforgettable designs and a lot of tenderness the levels are a visual enjoyment from start to finish. But not everything is perfect and the errors of balance and abuse of some mechanics do not allow you to go further, however; We believe that the successor of Yoshi's Island has arrived and we could not be happier.

Twelve Minutes is one of the best indie experiences of the year. History and freedom for the player are its strengths. Still, there are a number of decisions that affect the bottom line.

Super Meat Boy is still fresh, fun and challenging five years after its original launch. Even the port that comes to PlayStation hasn't the original soundtrack, it still has some interesting new tunes and a very good adaptation to the Sony’s handheld console.

This remaster version of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is a great way to revive the Nintendo DS classic, but the lack of real extras are a pretty important downside.

As a soft reboot, this new entry of Sakura Wars works perfectly as it offers some fresh ideas and changes to its gameplay mechanics while retaining the essence of the series, as well as most of the key aspects that turned it in one of the most beloved franchises in Japan. However, it is not suited for everyone as its combat controls feels clunky and basic and the combination of genres is unbalanced, so much that it will mostly appeal to those that love dating sims and visual novels.

Like all Lego Games we have not a challenging experience on Lego City Undercover, but undoubtedly this is one of the most complete games in the franchise with an original story based on the famous toys. With all the classic humor of Lego Games, a varied city to explore and the new split-screen coop game, Lego City Undercover is still fun four years later than its original release.

Just as with Shovel Knight, the other game published by Yacht Club Games, Cyber Shadow is a true homage to classic NES games, in particular to the Ninja Gaiden trilogy. It has all the elements that we remember fondly from those years, such as a retro sound and looks, but it complements them with modern gameplay mechanics. If we take off some of its visual effects and its resolution, I do see myself playing it in a classic 8-bit console. You only need the directional pad and two buttons to play it.

While Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment isn't quite as visually stunning, it's still an entertaining experience, and it's likely the last time we see the world we first encountered in Breath of the Wild. I hope the Hyrule Warriors series continues in the future. There's a lot of potential here, and if Omega Force takes over the franchise, or if AAA Games Studio improves, I'm sure we'll find a quality experience that all fans of The Legend of Zelda and Warriors will appreciate.

While mobile games have clearly demonstrated their ability to deliver top-tier experiences, not all titles will translate well to consoles. In the case of Octopath Traveler 0, the game's gacha DNA is so deeply ingrained. This results in a execution that falls short of the phenomenal Octopath Traveler II, and it's likely that not all fans will be happy with the final product.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii isn't a perfect game, and I'd even say it falls short of Gaiden as a spin-off. Still, this is an experience that will delight all fans, especially those who have been waiting for a Majima-led adventure for a long time. However, if you're hoping for the next big chapter in the series, and a resolution to Kiryu and Ichiban's problems with the yakuza in Japan, you won't find that here. Instead, you'll find an adventure that reminds us that dreaming is the greatest treasure in this treasure chest we call life.

It goes without saying how much we recommend Super Mario Party Jamboree, as you could check out in our original coverage. This is a wonderful installment of this beloved series, one that refreshes it with truly brilliant and innovative ideas, yet is also very aware of what has always made this franchise so special. Is Jamboree TV worth paying for? If you have someone to play with, the answer would be a resounding yes. Returning to this title that has given us so many laughs will be a true delight. If, on the other hand, you're not sure who you could take advantage of all the new features with, it's best to think twice, because its price, as we already told you, is not low. Of course, if you didn't give it a try on the original Switch, now's an unbeatable time to continue developing your Switch 2.

While some of the improvements and changes that Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army introduces to its gameplay make combat simpler than it should be, leaving aside some of the characteristic elements of the original installment and the Megami Tensei series, it is also true that many of its changes are positive, since they make the experience more accessible to today's audiences.

Who is this new version of Death Stranding for? The answer is extremely simple: for those who enjoyed and appreciated the work of the father of Metal Gear. Of course, it is also a product designed for those who, at the time, overlooked it for whatever reason. If you are in this situation and you are already the proud owner of a PS5, I would tell you that this is the best opportunity to try one of the best titles of the past generation of consoles and find out for yourself why we say it is. so special. I repeat, as someone who spent several dozen hours two years ago with the game, I would have loved to have an expansion the size of Iki Island that would allow me to know more about the lives of all these characters who made me go through such good times, even so. , it was a delight to return to travel these desolate landscapes with Sam Porter Bridges.

Contra: Operation Galuga is a nice return to the traditional formula of the series, which fulfills the wishes of the fans. Although at the moment we do not know what will happen, I hope that WayForward manages to take the reins of the series in the future, and then give us a similar work, but focused on The Alien Wars and Hard Corps, and regardless of whether they expand the concepts that we see here present, or choose to continue on a safe path, I'm sure I won't miss the Contra unit's next big mission.
