It is a pity that you cannot fight together with others players against the zombie hordes. Because behind the sometimes ugly façade hides an interesting living (or dead) world in which you truly have to fight to survive.

When it comes to artdesign, setting and music this is the best Fighting Fantasy you can get for your tablet. The storytelling is not as good though.

If you ignore the slight framerate problems, this is the first impressive showing of the visual capabilities, an interesting taste of what is to expect in the new generation. Unfortunately the mechanics suffer – up to the point where the game gets plain boring.

This is absolutely no competition for Uncharted. The fights are boring and bugs ruin the remaining fun. Which is a pity, because the vistas and solid puzzles give a glimpse of what this game could have been.

This is exactly what you expect: Loads of super heroes and villains, millions of Lego studs to collect and an all-around entertaining experience without surprises. If Traveller’s Tales knows one thing, it is their Lego formula, to which they stick like glue.

Insomniac does it again. While it is rather short, the latest adventure of this duo is a well executed epilogue to a trilogy that shaped action platforming in this console generation.

This is an interesting interpretation of a virtual reality, but narrative and mechanics remain superficial.

While the solo campaign delivers the bang as well as all the bad AI that you’d expect it is once again the multiplayer that shines.

The design is as old school as the difficulty level. As a homage to Castlevania it serves its purpose but compared to games like Fly’n or Guacamelee it falls short.

The hack&slay formula is simple. But Blood Knights doesn’t deliver. That this game and Venetica come from the same dev team is hard to believe.

It might look like its big brethren, but this is an uninspired light version of everything that made the franchise successful.

It is entertaining as before, but don’t expect any progress of the snowy mascot battle.

On consoles Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 was the best appearance of the beloved ninja so far. And on the PC nothing has changed.

This is more than just an interactive book, this is an experience with loads of meaningful decisions – between the lines there is more suspense and ambiguity than in Mass Effect.

It is content rich and delivers a solid turn based strategy experience with gorgeous battles. Story and presentation are not the strengths of these battle worlds.

At its content core, this a beautiful conversion of a very polarizing game. But with more technical problems than expected for the first time this game also feels very old.

It is a nice stroll down memory lane through 30 years of WrestleMania history. Unfortunately the publisher change didn’t result in a change of direction yet.
