The story of this anime-style rogue-like is quirky and the characters and locations are positively freaky – but the visuals are completely outdated.- 4P.de

Not all the ideas that Neocore infused into a well-known hack&slay formula, seem to work and need fine-tuning still. But having said that, the surprisingly simple, yet effective cover mechanics, the multi layered character development and especially the beautiful art design could be enough to drag you into the brutal world of the 40K-Inquisition.- 4P.de

While the emotional storytelling, the control concept and the on-the-spot soundtrack shine, the gameplay itself is rather bland. The puzzles are not worth mentioning and even the boss fights are rather dull and predictable.- 4P.de

Yes, even with all the visual improvements the original age is evident. But in an age, where every racing game wants to show off its realism, this arcade racer from a past rich with competition, where it was nothing but an insiders’ tip, is a welcome addition to your library, not least because of the four player splitscreen.- 4P.de

It is a small game, but it is so beautifully crazy that you find yourself goating more often than you want to admit.- 4P.de

Yes, the fights could be more challenging and mechanically more diverse. But in the end the mixture of tabletop, trading cards and real-time action works surprisingly well.- 4P.de

Not a Hero is the pixelart counterpart to a lot of Jason Statham movies: The two-dimensional action is brutal, over-the-top and redundant – but tremendous fun.- 4P.de

While the tag fighting gets an interesting layer by adding the effects of the infinity stones and the rock solid mechanics are spot on, the inconsistent artdesign and especially the surprisingly bad script in the story mode with its cheesy one-liners make you think that Capcom somehow bit off more than they could chew.- 4P.de

It has its fair share of shortcomings, but nonetheless this twinstick action with its free weapon configs and the surprisingly motivating campaign is quite entertaining.- 4P.de

Steel Division delivers with long, dynamic and challenging battles as well as loads of troop micro management. Mission design and AI need improvement, though.- 4P.de

It was and still is the pixelart-counterpart to a Jason Statham movie: brutal, excessive and slightly redundant – but fun nonetheless.- 4P.de

A conservative Jump'n'Run in a positive sense: playfully appealing hopping adventure - technically spotless and with a lot of additional content.- 4P.de

Lunacy, anarchy, drastic violence and stealth tactics wrapped in absurd amounts of pixelblood and psychedelic electro. You can love this game. You can damn it into the deepest hell. But you can't ignore it.- 4P.de

Once you get the hang of the core concept (which Bohemia lacks to explain for most of the time), you’ll start to enjoy this space sim that wants you to explore the red planet.- 4P.de

A stronger showing than the first episode. The pacing is better and more varied, the story seems to gain momentum as well. Some problems like the random item distribution stay the same, though.- 4P.de

Even with the weaknesses more exposed than originally, this still is a good remake. Kamurocho never looked better and Kiwami tells one of the best stories of the franchise to date. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the Yakuza series.- 4P.de

The plastic heroes deliver a solid experience as you have come to expect from the Lego games. And while the locations are among the most memorable ones as of late in the building block series, the signature humor got lost somewhere in space.- 4P.de

Even though Dennaton adds a few interesting elements and delivers a strangely weird and fascinating story, Hotline Miami 2 has problems to step out of the shadow of its predecessor. In the end it is more of the same with a raised difficulty level – which isn’t exactly the worst thing in the world.- 4P.de

Of course the Skylanders paved the way. But Disney Infinity is more than a copycat. With the addition of the Toy Box as a powerful editor and the starpower of Pixar and Disney movies this collection of action adventures can stand its ground.- 4P.de
