Much like the games of old that inspired it, Gunslugs can be unforgiving yet so satisfied when it's conquered – and the procedurally-generated levels means that players don't always know what to expect. Fans of the run 'n gun genre need to check this out.- 148Apps

Be sure to watch their promo videos for the game if you are on the fence. If they don't get you to buy the game, nothing will.- 148Apps

It is rare to be pleasantly surprised in a game released on iOS. Draw and Roll has proven to be a rare exception to this rule.- 148Apps

I enjoy the moment-to-moment action of Turmoil quite a bit. The logistics that you need to figure out on the oil field to maximize profits are like a puzzle game that requires a bit of precise timing and luck. That said, the game's controls might keep you from being as precise as you might want to be, and–after drilling dozens and dozens of times–you might get a little burnt out on the game formula before you even reach the end of the campaign.- 148Apps

Ruzzle is without a doubt one of my favourite word games currently available – and why wouldn't it be; with it's super tense game play, fun social elements and unique take on the word game genre, it's definitely worth a try in my book.- 148Apps

Afterplace isn’t the easiest game to make your way through, but a lot of its friction and weirdness is also what makes it a special experience.- 148Apps

GridBlock is definitely worth the free taste for anyone who likes puzzle games to see if the concept and controls will stick. While the latter aspect is frustrating, GridBlock does a great job at executing its premise.- 148Apps

Bit-1 is a great game, and so much fun to play. It is challenging in the way a platformer should be, but not just because of lame controls. Players will enjoy making their way through the lush bit-filled environments, laying waste to tons of well designed enemies. This is simply one of the finest platformers to be found on the iPhone.- 148Apps
