Almost overwhelmingly varied, That's My Bag is quite the challenge despite its cute and simple concept.

A great experience and puzzle fans looking for something more from a physics game will really enjoy the game. It looks great as well and it is obvious that the developers have taken the time with MixZle to make sure they've created and released a polished product.

The game has just enough Adventure Time references, particularly with Fionna and Finn’s weapons, and cameo appearances from enemies like the butterfly with a laser gun from “The Other Tarts.” There’s even a tease for a “Finn Fights” mode, which may be welcome if only because Fionna’s grunts and yelps get a bit repetitive and grating. Otherwise, her game stands at the top of the class of Adventure Time games for iOS.

AIR Defense is a visually unique twist on a couple of familiar iOS genres. While the game is sometimes rough around the edges, there's some compelling elements here for those who enjoy defense games.

Much like its predecessor Carnivores: Ice Age is all about being different and being intelligent in its portrayal of the genre. If you weren't taken by Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter this isn't for you. If you were though, this is a worthy addition to the collection.

The spot on level designs and clever "frozen" environments make this game a sheer joy to play.

When you add up the sights, sounds, and gameplay of bitFlip, you get a very solid and mesmerizing experience that puzzle fans and hipsters alike should not miss.

With lots of different enemies, various environments around the kingdom to play in, and the ability to pull of crazy combos while fighting off huge swarms of enemies, this game is a lot of fun to play.

Democracy 3 is a fascinating (if a bit brutal and dry) look into the machinations of getting elected in the free world. Just don't anger those fringe groups!

Yesterday offers a mature experience in a genre full of softer, more family friendly affair. It's a little too physically dark at times and its obtuse puzzles may put some people off, despite the hints system counteracting some issues, but it's an interesting tale, nonetheless.

Slitherine and Hunted Cow have created a challenging, yet humorous strategic warfare game, where good vs. evil fight for control of the land.

The Simple Game isn't for serious gamers or anyone wanting something that will impress their friends, but it's a nice relaxing game to play between commercial breaks or in line at the grocery store. It does exactly what it states in the App Store description which is to provide gamers with a really addictive, really simple game.

Wildlings is a nice change of pace. The game can easily suck up copious amounts time, and it becomes addictive to get three stars on every stage. Those that are looking for something a bit whimsical, challenging and pleasing on the eyes and to the ears should definitely give this game a look.

Rushing is the name of the game here, but there's still plenty of time to enjoy this action RPG.

Rock Blocker is a ton of fun. It’s got a great combination of intense action, solid controls, and plenty of replay value to justify coming back to it. Based on this and what I’ve played of 1001 Attempts, this Retro Revival series shows some real promise.

Mixing Match Three puzzling with poker card hands isn't new, but PokerTower turns it into a very enjoyable experience.

Titan HD is one of the better board games I've player on the iPad. Hopefully online multiplayer will be included in the next update.

It's great fun. There's a ranking up system to make each piece stronger the more points you have, just as you'd expect from a Tower Defense title and the array of difficulties and levels ensures that there's plenty to do.

I wanted to love this game from the bottom of my heart, I was ready to love it like I was a kid again, but the insistence on cheap challenges leaves me just short of unequivocally loving this.

It may seem like a dumb complaint, especially for an iOS game, but Open The Doors might be a little too simple for its own good. As far as time-wasters go though, its level of quality is admirably high. Check this one out with tempered expectations.

Paddle Battle has elements from such classics as Asteroids, Pong, and Breakout/Arkanoid, but it manages to stay fresh with hilarious power-ups and solid gameplay.

Some character unlocks and powerup upgrades may take a while, though it's really just a matter of playing the game enough to unlock them. Or buying coins to get them quicker.

Mix Pokemon and Hearthstone, and Card King: Dragon Wars is what you get.

Magnetic Baby is a fun, cute platformer. Admittedly, it lacks originality – borrowing heavily from Super Mario Galaxy, primarily. But despite this truth, it's still an entertaining and challenging platformer. And for 99 cents, it's definitely worth a go.

It's weird, wacky, fun, and glorious. It might even win over a few genre detractors.
