The menu in this dive is rather plain, but much like food, some prefer their gaming to be predictable, too.- 148Apps

A Cloudy Adventure may require too deft a touch for some, but I think most players will get a kick out of its high difficulty, quirky personality, and retro atmosphere. The significance of the monocle and top hat mustn't be underestimated either.- 148Apps

For those not sick of the running genre yet, Demolition Dash in both HD form for iPad and iPhone/iPod touch variations (the only difference between the two versions is price) is not a must-have by any means, but is interesting use of time. It doesn't stand with the best of the genre at all, though.- 148Apps

As compelling as it premise may be, this card-based rpg is a bit too messy to recommend unless you have a big screen and a lot of patience.- 148Apps

Nerf Hoops is essentially Paper Toss with commercial branding. It's not bad, but it's not remarkable either.- 148Apps

Watch Out Danger Ahead's approach to the platforming genre is simple and its concept is even kind of original. While this is no Mario, it's a decent, unique twist on platforming.- 148Apps

For a lo-fi indie production of examining Legend of Zelda, Mazes & Monsters goes quite far. It tweaks the formula, adds a few new weapons (so that the default does not have to be sword), and yet keeps true to many of the mini-games and general sense of progression.- 148Apps

With some more effort and inventiveness, Xenome Episode 1 could have been a great game. I hope that future chapters bear out the promise of its premise and its technical charms. For now, I can only give it a tepid recommendation, as its impressive graphics and expansive environment are dampened by a dull, plodding play experience.- 148Apps

Early Birds and Friends will definitely appeal to kids with its simple controls and cartoonish looks. The controls can definitely be improved, but considering it is free, anyone who has been waiting for the follow-up to Early Bird should download and give it a try.- 148Apps
