Laden with clunky controls, messy visuals, and shallow combat, Thor: The Dark World is not the marvel we expected.- 148Apps

Saying that Robot 99 is too complicated feels weird considering how relatively simple the game is. Honestly though, removing just one extraneous mechanic would do the game a world of good.- 148Apps

I'm disappointed to see Avengers Initiative just take the easy way out, by doing what amounts to low-grade cloning instead of making a creative action title with the Hulk.- 148Apps

SiliBili HD also has a generally confusing interface, with few buttons with an obvious purpose. This is a game that had me intrigued as a 3D platformer was completely up my alley at the time, but its shortcomings, emblematic of a game that feels like it hasn't gotten that last 10% (or more) of tweaking and refinement that separates good idea from good games.- 148Apps

Speaking of weapons, they also do barely any damage to incoming asteroids/ships. Yes, they can be upgraded but the game is so stingy when it comes to giving out credits that the player will struggle to progress past a certain point.- 148Apps

The Simpsons Arcade is a decent side-scrolling brawler, but there's no getting around the fact that it is sorely limited by having only one playable character and no multiplayer options to speak of.- 148Apps

The downside to The Moron Test 2 is that it is a pretty short experience. Mastering each stage takes more time, especially for those determined to 3 star each level, but the whole thing really doesn't take long at all. There's limited replayability too. Given the nature of the puzzles, it's too easy to see through them after the first playthrough.- 148Apps

Zuko Monsters is a mostly innocuous knock-off that’s still too exploitative to be considered great. However, it’s not bad and for any iOS owners looking for a Pokémon fix there really aren’t too many legal alternatives.- 148Apps

I get the whole in-app purchase thing, I really do. But I think that the game feels like it just uses baseball as an excuse to make money – the production values are barely improved from the 2011 version released in 2010 – and there's a market for a good baseball game on iOS that isn't just about profitability.- 148Apps

The graphical quality is of a high standard, and while the artstyle would be very befitting in a Kairosoft universe, Campaign does carve its own niche. However, there's no real hook to the game, and once the initial layers get peeled bac, players will find there's a lot of hot air, and not much substance.- 148Apps
