    What a fun and beautiful album! Most of the songs are jams that really can bring a smile back, a sense of gratitude and moving on with a happy life. I'm obsessed with "Tucked", "Teary Eyes", "Champagne Problems", "Harley's in Hawaii" and "What Makes a Women" (the ending of this song is just... Feels!). Gonna keep it on repeat

    This is probably one of the most cohesive that Katy Perry have done ever. The album has a lot of bangers, bops and happy moments but it also has reflexive and personal tracks, such as Daisies and Only Love. My favourites songs are Cry about It Later and Not The End of the World!

    Já que os críticos deram sua opinião pessoal em vez da profissional eu como fã tenho total direto de opinar também, vamos lá, esse álbum estar perfeito a Katy é uma versão melhorada com visão de si mesma, as músicas ouvidas juntas contam uma história linda de superação, mas se preferir ouvir separadamente elas contam a própria história é como se eu estivesse assistindo a série "ModernJá que os críticos deram sua opinião pessoal em vez da profissional eu como fã tenho total direto de opinar também, vamos lá, esse álbum estar perfeito a Katy é uma versão melhorada com visão de si mesma, as músicas ouvidas juntas contam uma história linda de superação, mas se preferir ouvir separadamente elas contam a própria história é como se eu estivesse assistindo a série "Modern love", enfim o álbum Smile superou todas as expectativas.     This is one of her best albums, without a doubt.

    She started the KP5 era with amazing droplets (365, Never Really Over, Harleys In Hawaii, Small Talk, Never Worn White). Daisies and Smile were excellent single choises as they show the cute and sweet side of Katy. What Makes A Woman and Cry About It Later are one of the best tracks.

    I can't believe how critics are comparing her to other female artists even though she is different than others.
    It is probably her Best Album. Teary Eyes is such an amazing song as well.

    This album is just too good, if it’s not her BEST album, I truly can’t believe it. Anyways, Katy Perry doesn’t deserve this world, and I wish her the best with her newborn baby.

    Album of the year. Fresh and fun, but at the same time, honest and fragile, so raw and honest but also very colorful and happy. An album about smiling even when you're crying. An album about staying strong.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    While Perry finds the occasional moment of quality here (Smile and Tucked both feel like the best possible music we could get from Katy Perry in 2020), Smile is an album searching for an identity—and when it fails, it falls back on lazy writing.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
