    I love all the tracklist it's very meaningful and empowering. Katy always make good music. She's the real queen of pop and this album deserves to be on Top. Another ICONIC album for Katy perry! Congrats Katy Perry :)

    Katy in this album shows some very fresh sounds with very beautiful lyrics where she tries to leave a message, her tracklist was very well thought out since it tells a story from the beginning to the end. Congratulations Katy Perry

    the fact that all of the critics reviews are not about the songs, but of the personal life of katy, as well as her old albums, means a lot. this is pop perfection. it's sad that they keep hating on her, because she really doesn't deserve all this hate. I LOVE THIS WOMAN WITH MY WHOLE HEART OMG ❤

    she did it again! katy has perfected the formula on releasing top-tier bangers, and this one is gold. i hope the public normalizes the fact that katy is an icon in pop music and no one comes close to her when it comes to pop bangers.

    Smile has a great production, lyrics and bops. Overall it was worth the wait, best album of the year, I love the message and I love seeing her so happy.

    The old pop Katy, but much grown. The whole album is dancing with teary eyes, smile through the pain, sad lyrics with happy sound. All the songs get well together with each other. Katy Perry has her smile back.

    Everything about this album makes it Katys best. From the top #15 hit Never Really Over as the opener to the laid back country-esque closing track. Not to mention all the dancy empowering tracks in between. With the current events going on in the world, Katy gives us 37 minutes of relief and dancing with Smile.

    It’s definitely one of the best albums released this year and is one of her best, if not the best in her discography. People who hate on this are usually edge lonely teens with no lives, you can’t taking their criticism seriously. This is a phenomenal attempt from a phenomenal artist, well done Katy Perry!

    Definitely this is the best Katy's album ever. It's incredible she could overcome her past albums. Smile is all cheerfull, dancing, amazing. A really pop album, which lacks in pop industry now, except for Kpop.

    love this album, but why stans from other fandoms suddenly start to come to give negative rating, it was doing ok for user rating, your favourite already got her no 1 this year, and the sales also high, but still stans feel jealous to katy even critics is bias, why even ctitics exist if it just from the personal oppinion of a lerson whose emotion take over

    It was brilliant to watch his personal and musical evolution since "Witness". "Cry About It Later", "Tucked" and "Champagne Poblems" are totally the highlights of the album.
    Katy goes back in time, but in a totally mature and beautiful way.
    One of the little mistakes on this album is the fact that it is so short, and with each song that ends we want more and more. Congratulations Perry.    … Expand

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
