It's well paced, coherent and a visual treat. Character development is prioritized and cheesy one liners have been avoided which would have otherwise taken away from what the characters were trying to portray.

Visually stunning and narratively satisfying from start to finish, it is not just best DCEU film of all time but also one of the best superhero film of all time...Joss whedon should be burned alive for butchering this masterpiece and ruining Snyder's vision in 2017..But true fans loves Snyder's epic vision for DCEU that's why they called out for this film in after whedon's disaster..Zack snyder delivered a perfect superhero film here,filled with some of the best visuals ever seen in a movie, eye popping effects, stunning cinematography, eargasmic soundtrack by junkie XL and breathtaking action scenes ZSJL is everything you ever hoped for and even more then it looks initially..This film proved again that Ben affleck and Henry cavill are best Batman and Superman of all time..Jared Leto as joker steals the show, steppenwolf is monster looking warrior from other world who just wants to invade earth for his own personal reasons, darkseid is an evil tyrant lurking in shadows of different side of universe..This film also works as an origin story for cyborg, he is struggling to find his place in the world torn apart between his human and mechanical identity... Zack Snyder's Justice League is amazing, epic and full of heart. Every character has a profound story arc, nothing is too much or just because, the dialogue is rich (not as much as BvS), but understandable and connected. Every character has a profound story arc, nothing is too much or just because, the dialogue is rich (not as much as BvS), but understandable and connected. Great job by Snyder and Terrio. When I saw the Amazons, I wanted to be one of them, fighting to protect the mother box, they are such a badasses, so strong and beautiful. Zack Snyder knows how to portray strong intelligent women and connect them with the audience. Goosebumps the entire time! The same happened with every Wonder Woman scene. She's more used to this world, but always ready for a fight, without losing her warrior nature and her kindness. My daughter loves her even more, she felt the goosebumps too!! Batman is everything and more, Ben Affleck is FANTASTIC. His journey from BvS to ZSJL is well done, the impact of Superman in his life and how that changed his view of the Kryptonian and the humanity at the same time put him back to be the hero/vigilante that we love so much. The World's Finest should be the next movie with them together, after The Batfleck movie of course. Batfleck's chemistry with Jared Leto's Joker was palpable, it really felt like those two have been at each other's throats for years. I'd tasted the blood and only left me wanting more. Knightmare is what I was expecting more from ZSJL and UGH, Can I have another 4 hours with just Knightmare, please?
Aquaman from here and from there, the mistery, the legend that surrounded him in his town was engaging, beautiful and majestic. Ray Fisher was fantastic as Victor Stone and Cyborg he has a great future as an actor. The heart of the movie indeed. His story arc is painful, but full of love, understanding and acceptance. I wish Warner Brothers would stop being afraid of making Dramas with comic book characters. I think that genre is great for CBM. It attracts adults and kids. Zack Snyder's Justice League is for every age. Perfectly balanced. CBM doesn't need to be Comedy-Actions all the time. I love when the artists (Directors, writers) take the characters seriously and not as a joke. To me, too many jokes kills the characters journey and the realism. So Snyder's movies doesn't suffer of that. One negative thing I have to say about The Snyder Cut is that I was expecting to see the political and social themes, how the League impacted the world and the reaction of the governments, but I think that is too much for the general audience, because all these themes plus the psychological and philosophical were included in Batman v Superman and that was too much for the general audience. So, I see why Zack and Chris made the decision of not including them, but still disappointed because I was really looking forward to that. But that didn't take away how amazingly well done this movie is. One of the best Comic Book Movies for sure.… Expand

Растянутось, с одной стороны хорошо то что Снайдер расширил данный фильм, добавил новые сюжетные линии, новых героев, прописал их лучше, но всё таки можно было же урезать фильм ненужными скучными, и так растянутыми сценами которые были ещё в версии 2017, а скоро ещё должна выйти режиссёрская версия, сколкьо она интересно будет идти? 5 часов? Но при этом Снайдеру респект за то что он для удобства разделил фильм на главы, можно посмотреть одну главу, пойти отдохнуть от просмотра, ну там, поесть, попить чай, пойти погулять и растянуть просмотр да хоть на целую неделю!!! 3. I love this movie. Is it the best superhero movie of all time? No, but it maybe be one of my personal favorites. This is the definitive Justice League movie that I have always wanted since I was a kid. Every frame in this movie is beautiful,I love this movie. Is it the best superhero movie of all time? No, but it maybe be one of my personal favorites. This is the definitive Justice League movie that I have always wanted since I was a kid. Every frame in this movie is beautiful, the new color grading by Snyder is far superior than Whedon’s over-saturated mess in the originally released film from 2017. The visuals combined with the cinematography make for one breathtaking cinematic experience. All the characters are given the depth that was missing in 2017, especially Miller's Flash and Fischers Cyborg, Each character has a part to play in the story and no time is wasted with them saying dumb, unnecessary jokes. The action is a lot more engaging in this film too. My problem with most superhero films is that the action is always cut up in multiple shots and it can be difficult to see what’s going on. Here we get wide and long camera shots with a new musical score by Tom Holkenborg added on top. Although, Wonder Woman's new Amazonian theme is overused and plays a total of 14 different times throughout the film. It's good to hear, but it gets annoying after awhile. Trust me, you start to notice the same hymn after the third time. There are still many scenes that feel unnecessary and they can go on longer than needed, especially with so much slow motion, which Snyder is famous for. Though, Steppenwolf gets more depth, he still remains a big cgi villain that is hard to care about. Flash’s comic relief goes a bit overboard in some areas, and the final 20 minutes of the film, though interesting, really drag the movie out. For a nearly four hour movie, The Snyder Cut flows very well. If you don't have the time to watch it in it's entirety, it is split into 6 parts and an epilogue. Overall, Zack Snyder's Justice League is what many fans and I have hoped for and more.… Expand

Much better than the "original" version, but still marred by excessive slow-mo, on-the-nose music choices, melodrama, sentimentality, and long-windedness. That said, a fun way to spend four hours. Too bad there won't be a sequel.

Second, although this movie is 4 hours long, I felt like the movie is fast-paced especially during the last hour and a half which is not very far from the 2017's version also the way it showed at the beginning that Steppenwolf was so overpowered then when superman stepped in he became very week, in other words, superman alone could have beaten Steppenwolf so easily. It is better than the Wheadon cut. But overlong. WB should have kept it cut it down to 3h and it would have been perfect. This way I was deeply annoyed till End of Chapter 4. After re-watching both the theatrical and Snyder cut I realized this was far worse than I initially believed. I fell for the claims that it was improved over the original, when in fact many of the scenes that were highlighted are exactly theAfter re-watching both the theatrical and Snyder cut I realized this was far worse than I initially believed. I fell for the claims that it was improved over the original, when in fact many of the scenes that were highlighted are exactly the same. Just in the non-IMAX 4:3 so that Cyborg could be cut out of a few scenes and the CGI budget could be stretched out (less CGI on screen at any one time).

This was massively bloated, with many plot holes added from the unnecessary scenes. When I started to factor in all the character assassinations such as WW brutally killing people that she did not need to, including possibly crushing a lot of cops as she used her nuke against a single person instead of her super-speed while he was reloading, then turning to a little girl and claiming that she can grow up to be just like WW. I was not aware that you can get an education as the offspring of a ancient god with all inherent powers, or the ability to not be held accountable for killing without probable cause (or property damage). I would like to sign up for that course immediately! Then we have Cyborg stealing $100k and transferring it to a working mom who probably does deserve it. This seems great until the IRS shows up and wants to know where it came from, eventually siezing it as proceeds from crime (someone hacked the bank) since there is no such thing as the ATM lottery. Finally we have Superman's apparent default attitude which is to kill everyone if he gets the least bit upset. I am not talking about the Spoiler event at the end, but the laughable plot device where Cyborg's arm 'accidentally' attacks him. Superman kills at least one of the soliders (far side of the Humvee), and nearly kills Flash. It was just super convienent that Martian Martha did not convince Lois to return to work right away, or the entire movie would have ended with Superman wiping them all out. Add in the super-scream that would have killed half the world, or the Flash being able to use his newfound abilities to have saved everything all on his own, and this whole script breaks down. The Whedon changes all make sense now. Factor in that he only had two or three months, and Execs telling him what to do, and I am amazed that the original managed a 5 from me.

A lot of this is easy to miss on the first viewing, giving the 4 hour bloat, especially that slo-mo for no reason (burger with a CGI seasame seed is the worst offender), or the fact they screw up a lot by slowing the people but not the CGI effects (rubble, vehicles, explosions, etc). On first viewing I really did think this was better than the original, but a re-watch really helped me notice all the plot holes, plot armor, plot convienence, and some horrible character dialogue that were not in the original.

Darkseid's ships do not have navigational computers? Really Zach? They just 'forgot' the location of the most important thing (Anti-Life equation) in the entire Mutiverse? Also if WW can kick Ares, whom can kick Darkseid, whom in turn can make Steppenwolf grovel, why did WW even break a sweat? If lightening cannot break apart the Unity, how did Zeus's thunderbolt do it in the flashback? Or was that 'special' lightening? If Martian Manhunter cares about the world, why did he sit the majority of this movie out, and how much is Lois going to freak out when she figures out that was not Martha? Finally, what was with all the false advertising in the promo material, including trailers, that were never intended to make your cut? You may not call it cheating, but the people that live in a society do. We call it a lie, just like your claims that Whedon was responsible for all the bad, even though we have the material you originally shot, and it is exactly what he used in the cinematic release. So you just denounced your own scenes, while trying to blame him? Pretty low Zack. Perhaps this is why Ann just axed the Snyderverse.… Expand

Yes, there is new information in this film vs the original. Yes, there are more things to look at. Yes, we're now able to know more about some of the characters than we did in the first version. That's just grand. Even so, this extra stuff doesn't make it a good movie - it just makes it extra. Even with this director's better understanding of action, the movie is just as boring as the original. With all that action, it's still a slog. Snyder's Justice League feels like nothing more than fan service. It most certainly doesn't feel like a single cohesive movie. It's bloated and slow, with cringeworthy dialogue at times, and simply doesn't satisfy as a film. This could've been a better movie. It feels like a better movie is in there somewhere.… Expand

I am now finished Zack Snyder‘s Justice League. Positives: Wonder Woman is way more Bad Ass. There are a couple of cool reveals. There’s a nice hero shot. The Final Battle makes a little more sense. This is exactly what the fans have been waiting for: amazing character moments and development, great action scenes and a finale that will leave you begging for more. Although 4 hours is a bit too long, it is still worth the watch. 9/10

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The teaser, trailer, the teasers for every individual characters - all of them were already giving it the look of something legendary. And the final product was exactly that. Every single scene is so visually satisfying to watch, the characters are all given a proper background, the scenes have enough breathing space which ended up padding the runtime, and the best part - it's better than the 2017 version. It's a good thing that it was released in a 4:3 ratio, as it helps to see the parts of the frame that are normally removed in theatrical cuts.

People normally say they have a problem with this movie being 4 hours long. I actually like it this way. If I have paid for a movie I should get the entertainment for the movie. I don't want my entertainment to finish in just 2 hours. The only time I'd not prefer it is if the movie feels like a drag to look at, which this one definitely isn't. It's so visually satisfying and has so many pleasant scenes that I didn't even remember blinking for 4 hours. It looks like a painting being brought to life. This is what happens when a professional photographer and painter becomes a director. Each scene could be turned into a comic book panel. This is not something we normally get to see in superhero movies.

Previously I never cared about Cyborg. For me he was just one of those three random characters thrown at the face, the other two being Aquaman and Flash. I knew Flash because of Justice League and Cyborg because of Teen Titans, but it was finally in this movie that all three characters have been given a proper arc. They were given a reason as to why they behave the way they do. Now Cyborg is my favourite character from the entire movie. His character development is the most impactful and his superpowers make him look far more superior.

The only problem I had was with the ending. The Knightmare and Martian Manhunter cameo scenes were not needed. Martian Manhunter had been established in the Martha and Lois scene, while the Knightmare scene didn't add much except the fact that there will be a sequel, something that the other scenes were also already mentioning so it seemed pointless.

I like this movie a lot. And I mean literally a lot. Ever since I have watched this movie I often watch videos on how different it was from the 2017 one, and the changes are immense. This has now become my favourite superhero movie. I hope WB gets over its ego and continues this story. It looks like a masterpiece compared to what we have been fed all our lives in the name of superhero movies (there are exceptions of course, like The Dark Knight and Sam Raimi trilogy).… Expand

The visuals in this film are incredible. the soundtrack is powerful. They turned cyborg and flash, two of the worst characters in comic book movie history. and they actually made them have a purpose in this. I thought cyborg was the worst superhero in any blockbuster I had ever seen 4 years ago. but they just cut out all of his good scenes and tried to make him funny, This movie fixes that. The flash went from the most disappointing character in the entire DCEU and turned him into my favorite in the franchise.
The Awful humor and jokes made for a 10 year old are gone, they made batman feel like batman should. Without spoilers, the ending scene with the flash is one of my favorite comic book film moments ever. One of the biggest things people should note from this film is Joss Whedon is an awful director and what he released 4 years ago is a sin. My only true grievance with this movie is the aspect ratio. I wish I could experience this film on an Imax with a crowd of people but that isn't Snyder's fault. There was one cameo that really wouldn't make much sense to a non comic book fan. and I think they could have been written a little better. This movie will be remembered. I have made a promise to myself to never watch the 2017 JL again because this is better in every aspect. DC needs to stop trying to be like marvel. their worst movies are the ones more family friendly. This movie is a love note to DC fans.… Expand
