Absolutely amazing. I'm stunned that anyone could dislike this movie and saddened that critics in particular seem to have some sort of agenda against it. While this is a good movie showing what Zack Snyder can do well, it also shows what he is not very good at.

The actors all do a great job, and here they have good lines to work with.
All the characters get to shine and show they are there for a reason.
The soundtrack is great.

And the bad.
That he needed around 4h for this movie to make sense is proof that he is terrible at phasing, smashing multiple movies into one and the result is something that with less time would make zero sense and honestly be a bad movie. A clear example of this was Man of Steel.
This movie would also had been much better if all the characters had been given their own movies before making this one, and honestly this movie would have been better as 2 or even 3 movie. Fleshing out the characters in the universe before bringing them together. Sadly this will most likelt not happen due to WB finding it better to restart it all over and over rather then plotting a course and sticking to it, and in this case this is insane seeing as they actually in this movie have some great actors who fits the roles... but starting from strach with the same misstakes and new actors and directors without a clear direction is way better, ya.… Expand

It's satisfying to see the movie get a proper treatment. It's definitely better than the theatrical version. And, I believe, that's the biggest plus point it needed. I won't say it's a astonishing masterpiece of a movie, it clearly ain't by aIt's satisfying to see the movie get a proper treatment. It's definitely better than the theatrical version. It happens to be my most favorite Zack Snyder film to date. What it does is that it gives every single character an arc so that we're invested in them. And that's the main thing that made the theatrical version so stupid (not the whacky scenes). .
.
Whedon tried to make "DC Avengers" without realizing that Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg have never been introduced. Avengers worked because it was backed up by five different movies for the lead characters. This had to give a proper introduction to those three characters and it did. And THAT is what saves the movie.
.
There are also scenes that were genuinely funny and also scenes which made certain characters shine. And I almost forgot to mention, every good scene from the theatrical version was by Snyder. And just like in BvS and MoS, there were scenes which felt like a comic book page that feels absolutely stupid in a movie, and some illogically blant sequences. The only difference is that, here, they were entertaining enough for not holding the experience down. .
.
The basic plot is still the same. The villain is still generic. And even though I liked it on the whole, I definitely feel it would've been better if it was done AFTER introducing all the necessary characters in their separate movies. It is just too long for a movie where stakes don't feel so high. Honestly, I am more interested in the sequels they teased in this movie. Darkseid doesn't have any role in the movie. He was equivalent to Thanos in GotG. And to be honest, I want to see the sequels it teased (which I don't think will ever be made) more than watching this again. Those little scenes felt bigger than the whole movie. And you cannot compare this with Infinity War or Endgame because it doesn't have higher stakes and it's just a first team up movie; it's just long. The sequels it teased, however, look like they'll be worthy for the said comparison. .
.
On the whole, if you have time and if you have ever loved a superhero film, you can watch it. It won't be a waste of time. If you expect this to be an absolutely perfect masterpiece, it's not. .

В общем я думаю с ихним мнением уже давно никто не считается. и Я считаю что на лицевую страницу главную строку оценок нужно выводить не оценки критиков а оценки пользователей потому что критиков можно купить а пользователи нет.
Всем кто ещё не смотрел советую обязательно посмотреть! фильм уровня мстители война бесконечности снять в шикарной энергетике и стилистике DC. Они всегда были на фоне Marvel более мрачноваты.… Expand

А сейчас об изменениях
Во-первых изменилась цветовая палитра фильма, он перестал искрить всеми цветами радуги, что, несомненно, идет в плюс атмосфере фильма, которая стала более мрачная.
Во-вторых рейтинг фильма повысился до 18+, что заметно, ведь добавили больше жестоких сцен, что сделало фильм гораздо круче.
В-третьих изменился дизайн некоторых персонажей, например, Степпенвулф, который получил отличный дизайн, нежели тот, который был в Лиге Уидона.
В-четвертых убрали разные "смешные" шутки(за это отдельное спасибо)
Также фильм получил кучу новыйх сцен, которые дополняют общий сюжет, но чтобы не спойлерить, я не буду о ни говорить.
Ну и в заключение хочу сказать спасибо фанатам, которые писали петиции и всячески поддерживали выход этого фильма, и спасибо Снайдеру за то, что смог пронести свое видение в массы.… Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After four years, Zack Snyder's original vision for the Justice League finally arrives and it does not disappoint. Despite its overly long runtime, the Snyder cut feels like a more cohesive film compared to the original cut. It takes the time to provide the much-needed back story on characters we are unfamiliar with. It completely overhauled the original plot all while utilizing a majority of the scenes from the original cut and raising the stakes by introducing an even stronger villain. The original plot for Steppenwolf to find the Mother Boxes still exists but a second subplot was created to entice Darkseid to make an appearance and put Earth on his radar, and this was the discovery of the anti-life equation. This new information helped to deepen the plot and add another layer to the simple race around the world to find the three Mother Boxes. Steppenwolf seemed to have the most drastic changes in the film in both appearance and motivation. This version of Steppenwolf is not only more menacing but has an added level of conviction because he is now portrayed as damaged and seeking redemption for his past failures.

After already being introduced to Batman & Wonder Woman, The original cut had a lot of ground to cover as it introduced us to three new heroes, Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash. Cyborg's story is integral to the overall plot as he and his father are directly connected to the human Mother Box, but the original cut just did not have the time to focus on his character growth, the same could be said about Aquaman and The Flash. A ton of new scenes are added to examine the backstory and shine a light on the development of both Cyborg and The Flash and allow us to connect with them on a deeper level. The Aquaman movie coming out in 2018, one year after the original Justice League cut, allows the Snyder cut to cheat a bit because we learned a lot about Aquaman in his two-hour movie, which I felt helped a great deal to the character development, much like all of the solo character movies before the Avengers.

The Snyder cut will go down as the biggest director's cut in history. Examining both films, side by side is truly beautiful and it shows how important editing is to a film. The third act produces a more engaging and emotionally impactful film compared to the original, even though it is made up of a majority of the same scenes, and this highlights the importance that editing has on the film.

Although I understand and appreciate the need to focus and develop characters, the lengthy runtime makes it a difficult film to watch often. The film would have benefitted greatly from a longer thought-out development process, which the MCU seemed to master. The only other negative takeaway I have is towards Zack Snyders's overuse of slow-mo sequences. Normally this wouldn't be an issue if used effectively, but there was an overabundance of it in the film, and after the halfway point, I became very aware of these sequences, and they became increasingly annoying. This is just nitpicking because the film is exceptionally well made and has an ending that is worth the 4 hour run time… Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This movie was a huge surprise for me and I'm not even a Snyder fan. Despite it being four hours, there wasn't a single moment where I got bored. Aside from the visual effect, the cinematography and action sequences, which are Zack Snyder's specialty, the characters, especially Cyborg, were greatly improved. They've been given arcs and have a purpose. Even the main villain was improved. Not only has a cooler look but even has a more character motives, and a backstory and a sympathetic goal that actually make me feel sorry for him. Aside from the main villain, seeing Darkseid was an absolute joy.
However, some of the issues I have so far are that this movie has too many slo-mo sequences, some unnecessary scenes like the singing in the beginning and hearing Wonder Woman's theme repeatedly and Martian Manhunter didn't really need to be in this film. Overall, this movie is not without its flaws but it's nonetheless a masterpiece, it's even better than Avengers Endgame in my opinion. The critics giving this movie a low review are just being petty. Honestly, I’m speechless in how I love the film. It isn’t perfect, there’s still things I wish they did, but it still gives me hope for what other film makers can do. This was a significantly more enjoyable film then the theatrical release. The first 1-2 hours is very drawn out, and almost too slow, but it is filled with character moments and plot that the theatrical release cut out. This original content makes several scenes in the movie have more context that the theatrical just ignored.
Cyborg having a real storyline was a pleasant surprise. I liked a lot of what they did with him, even if I seriously disliked his weird cgi skinny robot body.
The flash is a freaking BADASS in Synders version, and a joke in the theatrical. There are 2 scenes in the Snyder cut that Flash uses the speed force in such an amazing cgi wonder; that I honestly think the Flash scenes single handedly make the movie worth watching for.
There are still several plot/continuity problems with the series as a whole, but I can honestly say I liked this movie and want more.
After Man of Steel, I hated Snyder and what he did to Superman's backstory. After Batman V Superman, I thought he was a joke for ruining Batman, Lex Luther, AND Doomsday all in one film. This movie redeems him and his overall vision for me. I just hope if he continues anything in the DC universe, that it stays on par with this film and not it's predecessors.… Expand

This is basically the Infinite War for DC. I can't believe how the DC executives don't want this version to be released. 3 of my friends who have never watched any DC movies think this movie alone is already good enough to convince them toThis is basically the Infinite War for DC. It is a 10/10 for me. But even if this isn't a 10 for you, it is still a must-watch and definitely the best DC movies have to offer.

You get to appreciate its art more if you understood WHY it was released (it has a special reason). It would've been even more grandiose if it was allowed release at its planned date. A masterpiece by a genius and authentic director.

Much better than the 2017, it has some failures like any other superheros movie, but there are wonderful scenes, the story has more coherence. It has funny dialogues at the correct time, a big difference against other movies.

Way, way better than the first Justice League, but still got some problems. The villain, despite been very generic, has an amazing design and an interesting motivation, which unfortunately wasn't explored at all, making him a shallowWay, way better than the first Justice League, but still got some problems. The CGI improved a lot, i don't know how some persons are telling that it is bad. Flash's lines are terrible, specially his super cringe jokes. Superman also wasn't good in this movie, the way he recovered his memory was still very bad, making absolutelly no sense neither having any explanation why it worked, but at least they fixed the part that he only remembered Batman, and the scenes with Superman, Lois Lane and his mother were so long and too much boring. However, the other characters were pretty decent, especially Wonder Woman and Cyborg. The final battle was very good, i only disliked one scene, were they were gonna lose and Superman saves them, pretty cliché. Still, a good movie and, despite having 4 hours, it is fun and enjoyable.… Expand

This is not the one perfect movie. It has it's flaws and shortcomings, no questions asked. Don't get me wrong, it is vastly superior to the 2017 version. The villains and characters now have character arcs and are relatable, Steppenwolf's CGIThis is not the one perfect movie. It has it's flaws and shortcomings, no questions asked. Don't get me wrong, it is vastly superior to the 2017 version. The villains and characters now have character arcs and are relatable, Steppenwolf's CGI ins't from a playstation 2 game and it isnt littered will half baked forced jokes.
Maybe it was made under circumstaces that will never align again since it's free of identity politics and not constrained by a studio's restrictions that does neither understand the source material nor the people watching these movies and buying the merch.

But the sheer will power and persistence that were necessary on Skyder's behalf to make and produce this movie deserve all the praise possible. I enjoyed every minute of it's four hour runtime and I'm going to watch it again as soon as I can make time for it.
To me, it is by far the best DCEU Movie, period. Thank you Mr. Snyder. Very well done.… Expand

Epic. Exhilarating. Mythological. This has made everything that was wrong with the 2017 version right.
Beautifully shot, it felt as each scene was a piece of art. The action was second to none. Such a visual feast!
