The main character (Micheal Morbius) is in a place of distress, he has been struck down time and time again, he is in pain, his love has been taken away from him, and in this moment of desperation, he says, “it’s morbin’ time” the line signifies a release of emotion, Michael Morbius no longer feels required to hide his true emotions, he is letting them out regardless of the consequences, the pain, suffering, and trauma carried by his character is released, leaving him with only hope.

I don't see why people could possibly dislike this movie. This is on par with Venom I'd say. Jared Leto did a fantastic job portraying an anti hero with vampire-vibes, even before the transformation.

I am absolutely grateful for this movie! After graduating Nursing school in early May, I partied too hard and fell asleep after a few drinks. I woke up and realized it was June 24, 9pm. I panicked, it was the day before my scheduled NCLEXI am absolutely grateful for this movie! After graduating Nursing school in early May, I partied too hard and fell asleep after a few drinks. I woke up and realized it was June 24, 9pm. I panicked, it was the day before my scheduled NCLEX exam. How could I have slept so long? I started to hyperventilate, I had not studied and my test was about 10 hours away. My mom saw me literally disintegrate before her eyes, she knew what to do. She bought Morbius on Apple TV, ordered some pizza and played it for me in the living room. I relived my favorite movie scenes that night. When he said “it’s morbin time!” I instantly remembered the whole Brunner & Suddarth's Textbook of Medical-Surgical Nursing book. I finished the movie and went straight to sleep. The following day, I took and finished my NCLEX in 50 questions. I was confident I would pass, and within minutes I received my RN license with a perfect NCLEX score.… Expand

The writing was bad specifically when it came to dialogue; it was awkward, cheesy, and especially when it came to the jokes they just fell very flat also the story and character development were just boring and had no layers. The visual effects were good just the slow-mo scenes, the smokey wind when Michael and Milo fly and move fast, and farther away and action scenes with Michael and Milo's vampire faces were a bit weird looking at times but the closer up scenes of their vampire faces and Michael's transformations were pretty great. Matt Smith gave a superb performance. The post-credits scene was odd and just didn't seem to fit or make sense. Overall Morbius was a fairly entertaining if somewhat disappointing movie.… Expand

When my child is born, I hope to teach him/her of the ways of Morbius, and make sure she/he watches it on a daily basis. You don't need school when you have Morbius. When a sequel releases, I will be the first one in the cinema, learning the ways of Morbius before anyone else. It's a life changing experience. 10/10. I recommend it to anyone reading this. Take your kids, take your parents, take your wife, take your grandparents, take all of your family. Best movie in the world. Its morbin' time. My dreams were abstract, surreal, like a prized Picasso. But then, one day, one fateful day, the nurse assigned to me was discussing Morbius with my dear family, and how she hoped to be able to see it quickly since it might be out of theaters soon. It was as if my brain was rebooted and all the lights came back on, I sat up straight and looked her in the eye. ‘Morbius, Dr. Michael Morbius has a movie?’ I whispered. ‘Yes’ she said. Dear friends that was enough for me, I leapt out of the bed and half walked half glided to my nearest theater. As I sat watching this picture I remembered how sweet life was and how I was like Morbius, who I think is a vampire. When he delivered his legendary ‘It’s Morbin time!’ I morbed into tears and started morbing all over everybody. Morbius is not a movie, it is a morbxpierence and one that everyone should have the chance, nay, the privilege, to watch as many times as they like. Since that day I have experienced Morbius at least 69 times a day and in time left over have gotten my life back. I crashed my girlfriends wedding and just morbed all over everyone. Obviously she took me back in a second and her ex-fiancé gave us both his blessing and encouragement. I’ve reclaimed my old job and have gotten promoted thanks to Morbius Team Morbing activities. After a few more watches I truly believe I will discover the mysteries of the universe. Get morbing my friends. 11/10… Expand

I would not recommend watching this unless if you’re looking for torture methods, but it’s the kind of film you really need to see for yourself to recognize how truly awful it is. Performances are flat and lifeless, the action is messy and muddled, and the writing is the worst I’ve seen in a long time. Events happen out of nowhere, with little to no context. It feels like chunks of this movie are missing. This could be due to a shorter than usual runtime, sloppy editing, or a combination of the two. Sony, stop with these villain/anti-hero movies. I suppose a terrible box office performance could signal the beginning of the end, but we already know of 3 more villain/anti-hero movies in the works and one can only hope they are better than this. The cinematic atrocity, also known as Morbius. Is worse than Suicide Squad(2016). I suppose the only positive takeaway was the meme culture inspired by this film.… Expand

Not a great movie, but was enjoyable because the main character was likable?

And take Jared Leto, an untalented actor(kind of a jerk too, with the method acting), as well as a bunch more mediocre actors. Then, stir with muddy special effects, poor writing, and finally sprinkle with Michael Morbius not being likable at all. You get this movie.

What I want to say about graphics is pretty good. 1:30 is too little for the film, I didn't have time to understand much, I couldn't feel the main conflict properly. The scenes after the credits are what the director and studio bosses, I think, will report to the fans for a long time. What, how, why did Keaton move into Sony's universe??? One thing I can say for sure - we are waiting for Garfield.… Expand
