    It's polished boredom. It's a massive game that A LOT of work went into it. This cannot be denied as it is a pretty setting with not a lot to do. Just because a lot of work went into, it doesn't mean that it is a great game automatically. Unfortunately, there are flaws that are not hidden, which really takes away from the score. Load screens happen every other room, place or space you enter. Fast travel is a complete joke. Why even have a spaceship if you're just going to have us fly towards a low res cutout of a planet.jpg. Let's not even get started on the woke propaganda throw in. They/them seriously? Keep your American political nonsense to your own home.

    Then the strange overtly positive reviews and comments about this game plastered all over forums. All saying the same one liners with no substance. "Amazing!" "Had a blast!" "I've put (insert amount of hours here) and love it!"

    Bit obvious that these are either AI bot accounts or people who've been paid to spread such absolute nonsense.

    Nowhere near as good as Fallout or Skyrim on any level. Starefield is just a rushed overhyped clown world joke. Don't bother.    … Expand

    After playing for 62 hours so far, I can say that Starfield is a breath of fresh air. It’s an all-out Bethesda RPG and exceeds in just about every aspect. It has fantastic dialogue, endless exploration and you can truly do what you want. It’s everything I have dreamed of and more.

    Absolutely love this game. Anyone that rates this under 7 are most likely ps fanboys that are but hurt. Overall the game play is great on my XSX. Haven’t had any issues with lag, graphics, or glitches. Spent about 13 hours of gameplay and there’s still so much more to do in this game. Overall I would recommend this game to anyone.

    El juego es aburrido es muy lento en empezar, la dificultad es súper fácil te lo pasas con el hacha estilo turok, las batallas espaciales fue copy de ST: Battlefront, la infumable IA es absurda ese juego está incompleto lo sacaron apresuradamente, Todd H. Ya debería jubilarse ojalá pudiera reembolsar mi dinero que pague por GP perdida de tiempo

    Incredibly boring game. There are a LOT of loadongs here that breaks the rhythm of the game. The are some good ideas here but the execution is lousy and all there os left is a really slow experience full of loadinga and disappintments.

    No hay duda que este juego te va horas y horas de diversión, más que satisfecho con el nuevo juego de Bethesda, el clásico come horas. Si eres de los que disfrutó con Skyrim y Fallout, debes jugar a este juego sin duda.

    Like 99% of the folks that rated the game with 0 to 5, I have not played the game yet... I expecting to start playing it in a few weeks, but I wanted to scored it with 10 just to compensate the score of the fan boys that gave a 0... I promise to update the score as soon as I play and FINISH the game.

    Viciante, vc saíra pelo espaço batalhando com sua nave, estará na terra enfrentando humanos ou criaturas alienígenas. Quests sensacionais e um criador de naves muito divertido.

    Es un juego enorme y sorprendentemente bueno. Para ser mi primer juego de rol (ya que no juego estos porque me aburren) este me encantó demasiado y lo que más me gusta es que después de tanto tiempo vuelve un juego que me hace perder la noción del tiempo por todo lo que puedo hacer en starfield. Sin duda es un juegazo aunque es de saber que no es una nominación a goty pero sí es un juegoEs un juego enorme y sorprendentemente bueno. For a game that features so much procedural generation, the graphics are honestly good. It's not gonna blow anyone away,but is much better looking then many claim. Simply put,do not listen to all of the negative reviews, while some are legitimate, many more aren't. After 24+ hours in the game,I simply ask you give it a try. As many already know, there has been an extensive review bombing campaign going on for weeks before this game even released. Some people are fanboys for PlayStation and hate cause it’s Xbox, some are Bethesda haters that just want anything Bethesda does to be hated, and some are just trolls.

    However in case anyone who sees this didn’t already know, check the steam reviews for more reliable reviews. At the time of writing, starfield has an 82 on steam. Considering that steam reviews are verified, this is a much better metric to go by.

    Through about 40hrs, bugs I've encountered have been very minimal. There's a small freeze when restarting the game through Quick Resume but it's only about a second long. Think I've only completed 3 story missions to this point, been getting lost in all the side quests

Now keep in mind Shenmue is a game that came out in 1998/1999 on a console with 16mb of ram!!!! While starfield is supposed to be nextgen in 2023 … Shenmue offered a full dynamic ai , real life replica of Japan and reall weather of the exact dates in Japan in the 80s , ai thatHow is it that shenmue 1 and 2 which came out on the dreamcast offers a better experience than starfield !     Starfield is the epitome of Bethesda games. All the familiar mechanics are there, but much more refined than in the Fallout or TES franchises. However, it is still a standard Bethesda game and those who like it will love it, but those who do not will not like it this time. I highlight the graphics, which even in XSS are very beautiful, the gunplay is very agile and fun and the story is fantastic.

    This game is an utter disgrace. Pixelated nightmare , terrible frame rate, last gen graphics, lifeless npcs, terrible writing. I think the ambition was there but they bit off more than they can chew. Phil Spencer and team should be ashamed that this was the final product of a game 25 years in the making. Bethesda’s best days are behind them, they are a shell of their former selves.

The ability to not have to stick to a linear quest line is second to none, I love being able to go off and adventure on my own without being constraint to where I go and how I get there.     Let's move on to the gameplay
    Bad gunplay, where there is no hit feedback. Unpresentable stealth and melee. The enemy AI is the ugliest ever seen in a videogame
    Cities are never alive but they have NPCs that are dummies. They don't run away when you aim a weapon, or when you shoot. And so did a game like Cyberpunk that had a disastrous exit. This thing does not lead you to immerse yourself in the game world
    The animations and faces you can't turn a blind eye to
    How does the many loads it has not lead you to immerse yourself in the game. Another sore point. Everything is a load that accumulated brings problems to the player.
    Anyone who says it's a bug-free game is lying to you shamelessly. There are and they are many.

But since you can't navigate through space like in No man's Sky so to speak with docking and take-off etc. What's the point of making a spacecraft if in the end you can only use it for cargo or for those sections where there is space combat?     The game is totally unplayable on consoles.
    It is only running at 30 fps.
    This is the first game with 30 fps that causes me dizziness and nausea.
    I have never seen so bad 30 fps performance.
    For example I had no problem playing Gotham Knights, which is also running on 30 fps.
    Do yourself a favor and don’t bother install it, unless they fix that!

    Give him an opportunity. You may not love it at first, but it's a gorgeous Bethesda-style RPG. The bad things about Bethesda, the same as always, but the good things more than make up for it. It could have been a game that marked an era if it weren't for its graphics engine, but it ended up being an excellent game. Highly recommended for the price of Game Pass.

    Starfield is a game you can create your own story, you can be a mercenary, pírate, hero, Explorer, Police. Anything you want is posible. This is the game of the game of the generation not for the score but for the amount of hours and days People will be ejoying it. 10/10 for me

    The review bombing on here is so horrid I just had to write a review. There seems to be a lot of people saying that they lied “lies! Lies! Lies!” But no one can actually say what they lied about! The ship customization is easily some of the most in-depth ship customization I’ve seen in a video game so that wasn’t a lie? Because if it’s that then I guess I understand going to a map and fast traveling is annoying, but there is no way that that turns a 10 out of 10 into a 1,4 or even a six out of 10. They said it was gonna be like Skyrim in space and they have delivered on that promise you’re telling me that you walked to every single thing in Skyrim? Because last time I played Skyrim, I was fast traveling just as much as Starfield.     This game has quickly became my fay game of all time. I went through the main story in about 40 hours and it is fantastic. Now on new game plus and just playing around in the massive galaxy playground. Also I have not had any technical problems playing on my Xbox Series X.

    20 hrs in and this one of the best experiences I've had gaming. Starfield is massive, so much do and explore. Well written main mission(s), and the side quests are even better! My only gripe is with how ammo and health are retrieved, but that's a minor issue. Starfield has overtaken Hogwarts Legacy as my GOTY!!! Happy Exploring

    It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
