Nov 19, 2025Does Little Nightmares III push the series onto another level? Well, in terms of the addition of co-op play and the ability to use combat, it certainly does. However, the journey through these new worlds, while visually distinct, does cover some similar thematic beats, and at times, it can feel like a well-trodden path.

Oct 8, 2025Little Nightmares III is a captivating adventure that honors the series’ roots while introducing fresh characters, a new setting, and a multiplayer mode. Its atmosphere and layered storytelling keep players engaged throughout, though short length, low replay value, and a limited co-op mode hold it back. Despite this, it stands as a worthy successor and a must-play for genre fans.

Oct 17, 2025A third installment that regrets not being produced by Tarsier Studios, but still surprises us with moments of terror. With the addition of co-op, it's better to join a team on this new adventure.

Oct 13, 2025Despite Supermassive Games’ efforts, Little Nightmares III turned out to be a corporate business product, devoid of the very features that made the series beloved by millions of players around the world.
-
Nov 12, 2025While it makes for a fun, relatively short co-op jaunt, Little Nightmares 3 doesn’t live up to its predecessors. Puzzles lack complexity, the story lacks heart and, though it’s still a grim world for our protagonists, the fear factor just doesn’t pack enough punch.

Oct 15, 2025Little Nightmares III follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, without really taking any risks. While the introduction of online co-op brings a new dynamic, it's not enough to compensate a formula that struggles to reinvent itself. The lack of innovation, repetitive mechanics and overly directive AI in solo mode detract from the experience, especially for regular players. The atmosphere remains effective, the puzzles are well crafted and the universe, as disturbing as ever, may captivate newcomers, but veterans of the saga may feel a certain weariness. An honest sequel, certainly, but one that lacks the spark that made players shiver with excitement on day one.
