Don't Touch this Button! is a minimalistic puzzle game with a first-person point of view. All you have to do to win is to go through a series of rooms pressing a certain button in each of them. But with each successive room it will become more and more difficult, and the danger you face will become more and more serious.

Don’t Touch This Button! is a game of two halves. The first is a delight, a test-chamber game with a sense of humour to rival Portal’s, as it hangs on the cute and contrary hook of doing the opposite of what the game tells you to do. It might not look attractive in the slightest, but it shouldn’t put you off. But the second half falls off a cliff. It abandons its lovely premise for first-person platforming sections that could have been ripped from any other game.

There are already plenty of excellent first person puzzle titles on Xbox, and so Don’t Touch This Button! struggles to stand shoulder to shoulder them. If you’re after something in that genre that’s short to get through this might pique your interest, but those looking to settle in for a night or two of puzzling would do best to look elsewhere.

    Just Touch It!

What a fantastic puzzle game! Don't Touch This Button! is set in a First Person world inside rooms that evolve pressing a button to escape it. Yes, you need to press the button to escape each level and move onto the next. There are 65 levels in total with each ranging from easy to some not so.

You will need to figure out how to press each levels button either by working out a puzzle or just finding the hidden button. Most of the time, if not all of the time you do the opposite to what each rooms hint is. For example, if the hint is "Don's stay still" then you are going to stay still.

The game looks great and has a nice charming soundtrack to back up the gameplay. The controls are easy to use and very basic which makes this game very enjoyable overall. To me, when playing this game it reminded me over the Cube movies, which on its own is fantastic!

If your in the mood for some puzzling fun, then I would highly recommend this game.

But remember, touching the button is the only option!
