Jul 5, 2022Arcadegeddon is a rogue-lite that invites us to go through a solo or cooperative challenge, getting closer to an audience that is looking for a more accessible and simple rogue-like, but losing some of that typical essence of the genre.
-
Jul 15, 2022Arcadegeddon's unique glitched-out virtual world and slick movement controls make it stand out in a familiar genre and it's a ton of fun.
-
Jul 5, 2022Arcadegeddon might just secretly become my go-to co-op shooter for some time.
-
Sep 9, 2022Despite legitimate questions around longevity, Arcadegeddon is an absolute blast that takes place across a lush, digital battleground. With the right support, the future should be bright for this one.
-
Jul 18, 2022Arcadegeddon is a cooperative roguelite, which unfortunately, does not take full advantage of its potential, although it is fun to play with friends.
-
Jul 8, 2022For a few in-game hours, Arcadegeddon may seem like a loud and gaudy co-op shooter worth a slot in your weekend rotation, but the combination of been-there-done-that objectives, a shallow loot pool, and a grating cast of characters soon unravels what could've been the next standout co-op game from a team otherwise doing well in that space. But this end result merely looks like better games in certain lights. It has aspirations to be many things at once, but Arcadegeddon struggles to formulate its own identity and suffers death by a thousand market research data points.
