    Excellent game with the right group, rather lonely otherwise. Sea of Thieves has a lot of promise in just the sheer exploration factor. However, even with a group of pirate friends online, the world can feel a bit empty at times.

    Overtime, I imagine Rare will fill this out but until then, yes there is fun to be had exploring and battling fellow pirates.     The game itself is pretty fun and have some nice elements. The Graphics are part of the artistic elements of the game, together with a fun and entertaining environment set o a pirates world. The game purpose is well given and surely has a LOT of space for improvement and new features (which the developer stated it will be eventually released during the coming months.     Sea of thieves is a game that revolves around sailing your ship around a vast open sea of dangerous but sometimes peaceful islands with treasure scattered throughout. During the first 5 hours of playing the game i found that my crew would not work together and would result in various screaming call outs but like the majority of games the more you play the game the better you will get at the game mechanics and in the later hours of my play time i found that i was able to use a diverse range of strategies with my team such as crashing an unmanned ship into an enemy or outmaneuvering them using the islands placed around the ocean.
    The main complaint by people is that it has a lack of content but i think this point is invalid due to it being a sandbox game where you create your own fun unlike other games where it seems like work (Destiny, Eso, Warframe, ect). Often when my friends and I play those games where you just grind we address the activities as "i need to do this" or "I've got to get this later" in sea of thieves its just whatever you want to do.

    But for everything sea of thieves does right there is something tedious and boring right around the corner.    … Expand

    The game throws players off the deep end, giving them ZERO info about how to play. looking back, the only way I would get it would be if it is free. A HUGE stinker for your 60$.

    DO NOT BUY. Play for free with the game pass free 14 day trial. You will be tired of it in 3 days. The community is worse than rust, the controls are clunky, and there is very little real content. You will be attacked without a single word by every person you come across.     Great visuals and art design. The sailing in this game is also really fun and can get immersive. Unfortunately there is nothing groundbreaking about this game other than the water.

    dope game Sea of Thieves is a gorgeous game that is a blast when you enter and explore the game for the first time. However, after a few hours of playing you begin to wonder whether the game was originally a tech demo with content as an after thought. In comparison to all games that have come out by the beginning of 2018,Sea of Thieves doesn't seem to excel over any of them in any area

    Very little content, looks like a polished indie game. If there was content, and it was $9.99, could be a great game. Playing alone this game is abysmal, with friends you might laugh because your friends are funny people. The most regretful game purchase I have ever made.

    No mans sky is more interesting than this even when no mans sky was just released as it was. "Sea of Thieves water" if that the only highlight of this game what does that tell you about it.     If it would have been free or around 15 dollars then I say it worth it. But there's not enough content to make it a full priced game. It's fun for a couple hours but it gets repetitive very quickly. The graphics look pretty good, I have to admit that.     Set sail, explore the beautifull world, fight and steal. If you have the spirit of a pirate, this game is for you!
    An amazing experience, worth every penny!

    The game is not that bad. It's fun to sail with some friends and have a great time for like 50 hours, but it's only good way to get drunk to death and enjoy these beautiful seas. There is no progression, all changes are only cosmetic which may sound like a good thing for a game which focuses on equality, but you'll quickly see that there is no goal which would be worth of your time.

    Es para mi un multijugador espectacular, brillante y a la vez caotico en las muy diversas misiones en las que puedes tener, ademas de estar constantemente actualizandose con nuevos contenidos.Yo gracias al Game Pass e descubierto una nueva manera de echarse a los mares.

    I started playing Sea of Thieves when I all of my friends got the game and said that it was a fun game. I was welcomed by bright colors and a beautiful open world. What caught me off guard was the constant grind to get that new hat or that new coat you really wanted for your character. You had to complete several long, tedious missions just for a small bit of gold. The missions you are tasked with are very difficult and you die often when you play alone. The final thing I will pick on is the very slow, dull sword fighting mechanics.     Eh. It's fun to mess around with friends on it, but by yourself...well let's just say you might want to get it for free on the Game Pass. It's repetitive, boring, and honestly has no point. As a multiplayer game, and a "free" one at that, it's probably an 8/10 game for me. But as a single-player game, it's a 4/10.

    One of the best "exclusives" on the Xbox. The game is not worth a cent, but the price tag is from her like in AAA projects. Do not buy or play this game, monotonous world, fun the first hour of the game. I would give it to -10 points if I had the opportunity, and so my traditional 0 points out of 10 ..

    Quite fun little game. Played the dlc yesterday and think I’m gonna play some more today. Don’t understand all the bad reviews. Yes it needs content, but it’s coming it seems, and the foundation of the game is fun

    If you play it like an adventure game to complete missions and play nice with others, you're in for a disappointment. The missions gets repetitive quick, even with the company of online friends.     However, if you play the game like a pirate, if you go looking to mess with other ships and forget about the stupid missions, try to sink boats and steal boats and steal other crews' loot, you're in for some of the most memorable experiences in gaming.

    Truly epic battles that never get old, hearing naive "friendly pirates" scream over their mics that you betrayed them while their boat sinks and you've got their loot, it NEVER gets old. That's all you need to know, buy this game.    … Expand

    Don't buy this game. It's Microsoft's NMS. Microsoft now only makes crappy games. Dodge the bullet and get a PS4 or switch, consoles that have amazing 1p games

    As wide as an ocean, and as deep as a puddle.

    Sea of Thieves has extremely basic combat, very few weapons, no upgrades to your gear or your ship, very little content, extremely little choice in playstyles and generally nothing to do in it. Very disappointing, people are so bored that griefing others is the only way to entertain yourself.

Пиратской романтикой, как того и добивались разработчики, пропитан каждый пиксель, а звуки насвистывающей шарманки, да треск гармошки прямо-таки заставляют кричать "Аррррррррррррррр" и рьяно прыгать в омут с акулами к очередному кладу или дубасить по черепушке, оживающих на островах мертвецов. Это костяк продукта, но если на релизе дело ограничится только им, а лор и нарратив не будут раскрыты, то быть этой "форме воды" на дне ММОокеана!    … Expand

    I don’t know what to say about this game. I feel like I am at a loss having to describe my feelings about this game. I have a hard time calling this a game. There is nothing to do, I felt nothing playing this game.

    It was interesting at first trying to figure out how to sail my ship but after I figured it out. It was pretty easy to replicate it. To simplify this game, it’s a game that    I don’t know what to say about this game. I feel like I am at a loss having to describe my feelings about this game. I have a hard time calling this a game. The first time you do something its fun, the second time. It’s not even where its less fun, its just not fun.

    It's beautiful. It can be fun, but unless you're playing with your friends it doesn't have very much charm. Even so, after a few hours the charm it does have wears off very quickly. I want to like it more, but its the kind of game I'd rather watch on youtube. I'm sure if it were at least half of it's price tag more people would be on board. Rating - 66%

Take The Witcher 3 - A game with 100+ hours of content, with great voice acting and i could go one. Then there is Sea of Thieves. With not much to do at all. Sure, you will have fun during the first 10 hours. Then you see the cracks. The same missions over and over. Fetch this. KillThe game is buggy at best.     Sea of thieves é um bom jogo seus gráficos são lindos e mar ... simplesmente ESPETACULAR, As opções de customização para seu pirata vendidas a parte na sua maioria são interessantes e as de barco são tão legais quanto, Sea of thieves tem possibilidades infinitas é simplesmente sensacional estar indo para um outpost entregar um bau e ser interceptado pelo Megalodon, Kraken ou até mesmoSea of thieves é um bom jogo seus gráficos são lindos e mar ... simplesmente ESPETACULAR, As opções de customização para seu pirata vendidas a parte na sua maioria são interessantes e as de barco são tão legais quanto, Sea of thieves tem possibilidades infinitas é simplesmente sensacional estar indo para um outpost entregar um bau e ser interceptado pelo Megalodon, Kraken ou até mesmo outros jogadores e além de tudo isso você pode fazer diversas brincadeiras com seus amigos no barco mas todos esses pontos positivos não o deixam livre de problemas já que mesmo que várias coisas possam acontecer no caminho para uma missão de Sea of thieves a missão em sí não é nada divertida e sempre mais do mesmo você tem apenas três diferentes tipos de missão, mas isso é o menor dos problemas de Sea of thieves já que a rare está cada vez adicionando mais conteúdo ao jogo e então mesmo que as missões sejam repetitivas o caminho até seu objetivo vai se tornar desafiador e divertido. Outro problema que Sea of thieves enfrenta é a falta de passa tempos no navio (isso se aplica mais para jogadores solo já que que quem joga acompanhado pode sempre zoar com seus amigos) por isso um Sistema de pesca e pets seria muito bem vindo já que em uma viajem que não aprecem inimigos um jogador poderia simplesmente pescar enquanto o navio está em movimento ou brincar com seus pets na viajem. Mas agora indo para o problema mais grave de Sea of thieves temos a falta de itens não cosméticos, em Sea of thieves temos apenas itens cosméticos disponíveis para serem comprados que mesmo sendo interessantes não substitui uma boa espada e uma nova arma essa é o erro mais grava já que a Rare não aparenta ter nenhuma vontade de adicionar um item que não seja apenas uma skin diferente para as armas já existentes no jogo.

    No geral Sea of thieves é um bom jogo que sofre um pouco com o problema da repetição mas que te recompensa com uma jornada muito divertida em co op

    Nota como jogo mundo aberto: 9.5/10 Sea of thieves para mim é a definição de mundo aberto, você cria sua história e deixa seu legado no jogo e isso é incrível, a unica vez que vi algo assim em um jogo foi no incrível Minecraft

    Sea of Thieves is everything you would want from a pirate game. For the first few hours it is amazing! the cooperative play with my buddies was amazing! how ever it all ends after that first 3 hours of fun, Sea of Thieves fails to hit that 3 hours of fun again. It's as wide as an ocean, but has the depth of a puddle. There's no reason to turn my Xbox on and play this game, I feel like iSea of Thieves is everything you would want from a pirate game.     We have nothing but respect for Rare's vision with Sea of Thieves, but it is a game as likely to chew you up and spit you out, as it is to embrace you. If the wind is in your favour then it can be a delight, but a storm is never far off if you lose momentum. The real test of the quality and efficacy of Rare's plan will be in how it manages to evolve and grow in the weeks and months to come. [Issue#199, p.67]
