    Halo 5 Guardians es un juegos con gráficos excelentes, multijugador muy bueno y las habilidades de spartan hace a halo más rápido y eso puede ser muy positivo, pero la campaña es algo malita y las microtransacciones también son malas pero un juego muy recomendado

You need to unlock REQ packs(loot boxes) to get access to armor, assassinations, poses, and most importantly warzone requisitions such as weapons and vehicles that you can use in a game of Warzone. Despite the microtransactions the new forge and custom games system is mostly decent, with the only exception being the removal of map voting which takes away the player's ability to choose what maps they can play on. I would suggest this despite it's flaws as it is still a solid game and 343 has clearly learned from their blunders.… Expand

    This game's multiplayer is fun, but the campaign could be better. It might just be me, but I enjoy the micro transactions. I know people will hate me but I like customizing my character.

    Not sure why there is so much hate for the singleplayer. I played all the Halo's, from the very beginning to every remake. Last month I finished MCC again (except for ODST, a bit slow when you're used to being a Spartan) and after that jumped straight into Halo 5. Loved every bit of 5, characters were vastly improved, the world and battles felt more realistic, cutscenes were crazy wellNot sure why there is so much hate for the singleplayer.     There is some lacks in solo mode like stupid friend AI's, secluded master chief and a little story telling. But there are some good points witch covers disadvantages of the game, like game play, addicting multiplayer great physical graphics and historical sound tracks.

For me I found the story really fun to play through and the new mechanics in the gameplay were a bit refreshing. It gave me kind of a Star Wars Republic Commando feel with how you can control your fireteam. Although I was a little disappointed that there was no split screen co-op as that was why I bought it (so I could play with my brother). Overall a good and fun game!… Expand

    the first halo game that I have been able to finish (I have not finished the master collection collection) to say that I liked the gun play the graphics but the story is not up to date or in narrative is also an enjoyable game and a great shooter

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Halo 5 is an alright game. While it does have its problems (especially with its story) it manages to still tell a tale that keeps the player invested while providing excellent gameplay and multiplayer, along with an outstanding forge.

    (cliffhanger sucks by the way, just going to mention that)
    Halo 5's campaign struggles mainly in its pacing and idea execution. While not being as weak as Halo 4 or to some degree Reach (still a good game), Halo 5 forces you away from the Chief and tries to make you like Locke. While yes Locke is a badass, it takes until the end of the story for you to give a **** a major flaw in its story. Cortana as a villan however more so the gameplay were stellar. The times you play as chief in his 3 very long missions which actually almost add up to the time played as Locke, have very crucial story and character moments, focused on 4s ending and team chemistry.
    The gameplay and level design kept me and my partners not only engaged but excited. Ferocious landscapes and occasional cinematics while opening up new worlds was extremely exciting. Everything felt smooth and the art style blended too well with enemies sometimes, but that's ok. It was a fun experience for my party and holds much replay value.

    While the multiplayer certainly isn't the original trilogy, it is a much better version of 4 that includes both casual and competitive game modes, along with some new ones such as the infamous Warzone. Its **** fun as hell and ill definitely come back to it. For forge, just **** great man, just play it yourself.
    But microtransactions? Really? Pitiful **** thing to have in your game cosmetic or not. I will be taking a point off for that.

    Halo 5 was an amazing experience, all be it with flaws that fans new and old would be able to recognize. A mostly compelling story with mostly charming characters but an annoying cliffhanger similar to Halo 2 but arguably not AS bad. Overall should you play this game, hell yes! While it may fall mid-tier and divided the fanbase like Reach, in my opinion its a great game!

    I give the campaign a 6/10. The music is amazing and the gameplay itself is actually quite fun, but the story just isn’t there, some of the new characters are pretty cool, but you don’t get to learn anything about them throughout the story, they’re just kind of there.

The best playlist is still the halo three throwback one, which is basically taking all the goofy stuff from halo five, and it makes a game that lives up to the bungie games multiplayer. Also arbor customization is it horrible, Halo reach is better though. You have to play games earn points and buy packs to get a chance of unlocking a permanent weapon skin or armor unlock. Overall this game had a rough start along with MCC, but both games have redeemed them selves over the years. Now they are to the best first person shooters on this generation of consoles.    … Expand

    obs: teve muito boss repetitivo e a inteligencia dos seus companheiros são horríveis e morrem muito fácil e tive em situações em que eu reiniciava a fase para que ninguém morre-se

    It is a complete and solid game with some changes like the campaign that you dont play only with Master Chief, and the game has a fantastic multiplayer. In conclusion, it is a Halo game, so is a must have.

    Let me get this out the way I love the Halo series and have since I was 6-7 years old so my hype for Halo 5 was huge even after the let down of Halo 4s multiplayer (but fun story campaign) I still had faith in 343... The Campaign was average at best...     Solid mechanics but its not a halo game, lacks details on the water on vegetation on the story and so on. Is by far a spit on the face of people that loves the campaign of the previous entries. Like the Multiplayer but if not because of the multiplayer that i buy Halo games. If is just multiplayer that 343 cares about make a free to play multiplayer Halo and make your easy money.

    Lo jugué en cooperativo con un amigo, y la verdad es que es divertido, pero no pasa de ser un fps más del montón, creo que Halo ha perdido un poco la esencia que tenía antaño. Se ha vuelto bastante repetitivo y sin mucho fundamento, aun así para pasar un buen rato no está mal.

    The actual combat is an improvement from 4, although it still feels boring to fight Prometheans all game and your ammo is still super limited, forcing you to use Promethean weapons. The good news is that these weapons feel way better than in 4, but you don't get to spend much time using the classic UNSC weapons. Either way, you'll miss fighting the more interesting Covenant, who were just a more varied enemy. You also only get to play as Master Chief for about an hour out of the 5 hour campaign.

    Multiplayer: This is where the game shines. There's something for everyone. Warzone Firefight for PVE is a bit light, but still pretty fun. Warzone PvP is the most fun I've had in Halo multiplayer since 2004, but it takes forever to find matches, as it's unranked.

    The other arena modes are pretty much what we've always had, but faster paced. The new movement mechanics have caused some controversy among other long-time Halo players, but I don't mind it.

    343 have gone out of their way to try to create an e-sport out of the game, which I don't think is the way to go. Regardless, it has created a skill gap that makes it harder for newer players to get their feet set. All things considered, it did a lot of things better than Halo 4, but definitely left you feeling like you wanted more on the single-player side of things.

    The multiplayer saves this game, in my opinion. And if you don't mind a short campaign that's just a set up for Halo: Infinite, it's totally worth getting this game on Gamepass and enjoying the multiplayer.    … Expand

In a regular rotation, no one plays the infection mode or the team siesta of large teams, for some reason the rating system is divided into many modes, of which ten-play only the most boring massacre. And the cherry on this slop cake is the conflict zone. No one plays in this mode, there are simply no players.

    This is a big disappointment, and 97 gigs were completely wasted. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone these days. Glory to Ukraine!    … Expand

    Halo 5 was great for that. It’s a simple game with an old plot, a plot that’s already been done a hundred times and will be done a hundred more times before it’s replaced, but I didn’t mind it for that—there’s a place in the world for old stories coming around again. (I’m not sure that place is in the middle of a Halo series, with a technological giant footing the bill—it seems like those games should be a touch more revolutionary—but this is where we are, tech giants don’t want to take that risk.) I’ll just say this: If you dread seeing the same old archetypes repeated through a similar story arc as the action movie you watched next week, your worst fears will be realized here.

    The levels were fine in the beginning, got really interesting, and then went back to fine. Everything worked and I didn’t encounter any bugs.

    Now, I thought the music was above average (a special shout out to the French horns used throughout, especially when they were matched with trumpets over the top—really interesting scoring techniques used there) but the assets used and the general design scheme were nothing out of the ordinary.

    I feel like I can’t really comment on the gameplay, because I played the whole game through on Easy. Normally to do a review I would play it on Normal, but, again, this was a palate cleanser.    … Expand

    (Calificación 7.2) Opinión personal un juego que al día de hoy es muy bueno en su modo multijugador. Desgraciadamente esto no aplica en su fecha de salida este juego salió incompleto y con una campaña aburrida y poco carismática. Pero su multijugador actual me párese muy divertido

    This game is just meh. The game play is decent, but the story sucks so badly and doesn't make any sense. This game is more of the same and is just repetitive. Nothing changes, it's the same go here, shoot, go here, shoot. The characters suck and Masterchief is second fiddle in this game. Not a good choice, this game is just meh. Buy it on sale, just because it's Halo, but know it's just average.

    Puede que no sea el mejor Halo y que no tenga la mejor historia pero tiene buenos gráficos, buena jugabilidad y lo que tiene es el multijugador En mi opinión es el mejor multijugador de toda la saga y el mejor balanceado

    Like the previous chapter it's a bad Halo but, it's also a bad game. The countryside is boring, the plot terrible. Level design is rubbish. Graphically not exceptional. Gameplay is the only thing sufficient.

    I felt as if Halo 5's campaign was just a big lackluster. It felt as though many of the campaigns features were rushed or cut short. The characters could be really interesting if they had allowed more character development with them, but they did not. The multiplayer was a fun new addition to the Halo arena matches. The new controls made the multiplayer feel versatile and enjoyable. II felt as if Halo 5's campaign was just a big lackluster.     Fun Multiplayer, Trash Singleplayer.
    I enjoyed every match of multiplayer I’ve played either with randoms or friends. Every multiplayer mode is fun.
    The thing I was disappointed in, is the Singleplayer story. The Gameplay is good, sure.But there is barely any master chief, it just didn’t feel like Halo! It can Ben enjoyable, but at the same time it’s disappointing. The Graphics are    Fun Multiplayer, Trash Singleplayer.
    I enjoyed every match of multiplayer I’ve played either with randoms or friends. Every multiplayer mode is fun.

    Halo 5 al empezar con el recordé jugar a halo 2 por muchas horas con amigos lamentablemente en esta ocacion halo 5 se siente extrañamente lento al momento de la acción. Halo 5 nos presenta una historia de persecución entre el jefe maestro y un grupo liderado por el Spartan loke que en ocaciones se siente muy forzada en lo visual no destaca ya que se puede ver en todo momento una borrosidadHalo 5 al empezar con el recordé jugar a halo 2 por muchas horas con amigos lamentablemente en esta ocacion halo 5 se siente extrañamente lento al momento de la acción.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Halo 5 isn't a bad game, in fact, it brought a lot of new mechanics and raised the gameplay to today's standard. Also, its graphics are very good and the cutscenes look very realistic.
    Now, where does this game fail? The story. The story itself isn't as good as the original trilogy one, but the thing with Halo 5 is that you play like 75% of the game using Spartan Locke instead of Master Chief. The problem with that is that you literally only buy Halo to play as Master Chief and playing almost all the game with Locke is a little disappointing.
    Overall, not a bad game but not as good as the original Halo trilogy. 6/10    … Expand

    We loved Halo! Halo 4 was somehow different, but still "aligned" with past games. Imho Halo 4 had the best gameplay, but it was probably too fast compared the other halos (everyone having sprint ability make the game totally different) Then Halo 5    I've played all the Halo games, from 1 to 5, ODST and Reach.

    Then Halo 5 came:
    Pros:
    - good/decent graphics;
    - 60fps is nice;

    Cons:
    - campaign plot is bland, flood are completely forgotten and overall now everything is switched to a generic sci-fi game. Bad. Really bad.

    - no split-screen. It explain itself. On Xbox One MS even removed the led indicators telling you which of the 4 players you are. MS is clearly yelling "PLAY ALONE"... to a big community who liked split-screen!

    - WORST auto-aim ever seen: impossible to disable. The feeling is totally different from any previous Halo game or ANY OTHER fps! It's incredible how BAD they made aiming! Even more... coming from the background of other 5/6 Halo games with perfect aiming!!
    Once you get used to it the game is too easy! Like they wanted to remove the player ability to "flatten" the win/death ratio. So a new and unskilled player can overcome pro players. Totally BAD decision here.
    You might play for 30 seconds, feel the auto-aim, and think "WTF is this!?", and uninstall the game!

    - online matchmaking is worse than MCC (incredible!). There is a store to buy weapons&stuff... bad. Really bad.
    A small example, once you "unlock" a vehicle in an online match (by scoring points in game or by buying cards outside the game... LOL) you SPAWN directly inside a vehicle!!! WTF is this!
    On every other Halo you FIND a vehicle and start piloting it! Fighting to get it!
    Halo 5 is for... smartphone users!!

    Everything is done with the "how can we piss of Halo fans the most?" motto.

    Microsoft/343i managed to ruin the only good exclusive game they had.
    I did buy Xbox One only because my 360 died and i had hopes for Halo 5.
    They managed to make MCC with countless problems ("ruining" past good games) and Halo 5 without splitscreen and every other crazy stuff.
    The 343 official forum is a "hen-house" where only the blind 343 fan manage to stay... gloating about everything 343 do, mindlessly.
    Other users which try to use the brain and give their opinion ends up BANNED!
    So the forum is "cleansed" by the problems! 343i is just burying the problems. Genius move!

    Then there is still that aberrant "Halo Channel" app that even LAGS by barely navigating the UI alone!!!
    It can't play any video, and the rare times when it works the video is in low quality!

    343i tried to convert Halo in a "show" with Tv serials and other low quality stuff.... for bored people!

    Everybody loved Halo from 1 to 3 , ODST and Reach. Those games will be remembered!
    I liked Halo 4, but it had its problems... maybe...

    Halo 5? It is ALREADY forgotten.
    That's the result of over-milking and turning a good franchise in a trash-show for avidity.

    Halo was the ONLY chance Microsoft had to make interesting buying an Xbox.
    Halo Infinite already seems to be failing as much as Halo 5.

Mi problema es el spartan locke la causa de la mala campaña, todos sabemos que hay cambios y son inevitables, pero hacer la mayor parte de la campaña con un personaje con quien no nos identificamos no ayuda a meternos en el papel para el juego, y dos niveles para hablar con pnj eso no ayudo.

    I like the multiplayer but the campaign is a mess. It was cool to tie all the books and games together, but it caused a confused mess that only could disappoint.

    NO me gustó ni su mecánica, ni su historia. Me hablaron bien del juego, y no disfrute. La campaña no se si es corta o larga pero no me dio ganas de saber mas. Me aburrió profundamente. Lo vendí.

    I won't say it's the best but very cool visuals and gameplay mechanics. But then again there is just something about this game that doesnt really put it up there As one of the bests in the Halo franchise.

The story is all fluff no substance with tons of shock and awe to no real affect. 90% of the characters are wasted or made worse than they were in the previous game like blue team who feel more like set pieces around chief than his actual friends. The reuse of a boss fight 4-5 times is one of many things that shows the laziness behind this game. The gun play while not bad feels weird and not very Halo, there was really no reason to change it like they did. Weapons feel like they have no power and enemies all feel very much the same and uninspired in this game. The level design is the only thing in this game that is cool and fun to look at. I would recommend skipping this games campaign you aren't missing anything. :(… Expand

Well that got that part right, and not in a good way either. Besides being a short game, you barely play as Master Chief.     Halo 5: Guardians is okay. Its campaign is rubbish, but the multiplayer is solid thanks to the foundation it’s built upon. Warzone is a really enjoyable experience, and while combat is still mostly about tossing grenades and hitting the melee button, the whole Requisition gimmick adds some much-needed flavor to proceedings.

    The latest Halo is a big deal only for hardcore Halo fans. For me the single player campaign was unbearably pompous and despite 1080p and 60 fps the visuals are not as breathtaking as they once were in Halo 4. The game builds a solid foundation for Halo 6, but it’s not one of those games you absolutely have to play. [13/2015, p.48]

    With a more accessible and engaging story and solid new designs for the Prometheans, Halo 5 is a major improvement over Halo 4. Warzone is a great addition to the multiplayer, though the mode seems to have some game balance issues. [Nov 2015]
