Coffee Stain did a great job at making Goat Simulator what they wanted: a few maps worth of easter eggs, glitches, bugs, and fun! The only noticeable Con is the lack of maps

It's a Tony Hawk game with goats!

Hmm... How to rate this game? It's 10 bucks and I can say I got every penny worth out of it. In an xbox one game library which is severely lacking, this is lots of fun. It's just refreshing to play something for the sheer joy of destruction, mayhem, and exploration. It has local 4 player which I have done and was ridiculously laugh out loud

It has local 4 player which I have done and was ridiculously laugh out loud craziness! (I don't know about online)

It has lots of easter eggs which keeps you playing.

If you are looking for a break and want something mindless yet oh so satisfying it is well worth the price of admission. Kinda makes me want to invade GTA as a goat...

Real goats are totally like this, I would recommend this game to anyone who has the want/need to be or own a goat. I'm an actual goat farmer and I approve this message.

I got this game to tide me over until the release of Wolfenstein the Old Blood and The Witcher 3 and thought it would be pretty stupid. The game is pretty stupid in a brilliant way. I had so much fun and could not stop playing. The music is hilarious and the game is just plain fun. I pre-ordered Wolfenstein but couldn't stop playing this when the Wolfenstein became available to play.I got this game to tide me over until the release of Wolfenstein the Old Blood and The Witcher 3 and thought it would be pretty stupid. I gave it a 9 because of the Flappy Goat mini game which really got my goat, pardon the pun, but overall not a bad way to spend $10, no regrets here. Expand

£7.99 is, honestly, a bargain for this kind of once-in-a-lifetime game. A game that, unlike most AAA games, embrace and expand its absolute, unbridled stupidity!!!!! Its incredibly refreshing and even more incredibly fun. But the thing I found most surprising was not the destructible environments, interactivity or even the above-average graphics for an indie game, especially the beautiful£7.99 is, honestly, a bargain for this kind of once-in-a-lifetime game. Hundreds of skins, powers and collectibles, Easter eggs and glitches, all manner of secrets from slender goat to aliens, robots, space and even a goat kingdom, this is a great romp through what an indie game should be like! I appreciate the developers' commitment to a gag, and as a piece of conceptual comedy Goat Simulator has few competitors in the world of video games. Still, when there's not a huge difference between playing the game and watching compilation clips of it online, potential buyers must ask themselves whether it's really worth ten dollars for the opportunity to feel buyer's remorse soon after.

It's a joke that remains consistently funny, while still surprising in places. [Issue#124, p.84]

Goat Simulator is a great time for the first few hours when you're seeing everything for the first time, but once you've seen everything, there's no reason to keep playing.
