Goat Simulator is a great time for the first few hours when you're seeing everything for the first time, but once you've seen everything, there's no reason to keep playing.

One of the weirdest and deranged games seen on Xbox to date; it manages to deliver lots of surprises to the ones willing to explore its crazy, glitchy world.

Goat Simulator is the definition of dumb fun. It serves no purpose other than to entertain. I have derived far too many hours of enjoyment out of a game with little purpose. It is another sign that gaming has changed, and we are able to enjoy disasterpieces like this one.

A gloriously unhinged and unashamedly stupid game, Goat Simulator is still one of the most enjoyable things I've played in some time. It's a horribly glitchy mess, but it's also somewhat majestic in its commitment to providing surreal lunacy that will have you in fits of laughter.

It's a joke that remains consistently funny, while still surprising in places. [Issue#124, p.84]

It's still quite difficult to tell somebody to buy Goat Simulator. The game is funny but completely glitched. The atmosphere is nutty, but the soundtrack is atrocious. It's merely interesting but easy to play. Well, Goat Simulator is an oddity.

Goat Simulator is an undoubtedly funny game with a very unusual concept. Unfortunately, the joke wears very thin very fast and the gamer is left with a broken game with no real goal.

    1. Pay money for game.
    2. Fool around with game for a bit.
    3. Realize that there is a VERY finite number of things you can do.
    4. Realize that there is a VERY small environment in which to do those things.
    5. Decide to do a few crazy things in order to get the achievements (because there is nothing better to do with the "game"
    6. Become board with those crazy things.
    7. Quit game and actually decide to uninstall it from your hard drive.
    8. Kick yourself in the ASS for having spent your hard earned money on such a steaming pile of turd.

FUN!!!!!!... for about 5 minutes. Those are the words I would use if I were reviewing this game in 5 words or less. When you first turn theFUN!!!!!!... for about 5 minutes. Those are the words I would use if I were reviewing this game in 5 words or less. When you first turn the game on you're greeted by essentially what the game is. Fun and cheesy music on repeat. You can then turn the game off because you have experienced it.

(ALSO, FLAPPY GOAT IS THE DEATH OF ME!!!!!!)

Hmm... How to rate this game? It's 10 bucks and I can say I got every penny worth out of it. In an xbox one game library which is severely lacking, this is lots of fun. It's just refreshing to play something for the sheer joy of destruction, mayhem, and exploration.

It has local 4 player which I have done and was ridiculously laugh out loud craziness! (I don't know about online)

It has lots of easter eggs which keeps you playing.

If you are looking for a break and want something mindless yet oh so satisfying it is well worth the price of admission. Kinda makes me want to invade GTA as a goat...
