Curse of Osiris continues to shine in both gameplay and presentation with its new Raid Lair content being some of the best we've seen. However, a short campaign, and Mercury being so small with a sheer lack of activities to do, make completing the quests for new weapons and gear a bit repetitive.

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris has an excellent new raid and an interesting campaign, but is severely lacking in meaningful content and plagued by a host of larger issues that have yet to be addressed.

A lacklustre first offering that gets by on a few star turns and the same stirling gunplay.

Even with all of this new stuff, bug fixes, and improvements, Destiny still suffers from a lack of a real endgame. After completing the campaign, Adventures, and Raids (and acquiring all that juicy loot), once your power level hits the current cap, there's not much else to do. Aside from starting fresh on a new character. Due to Destiny's core system and design this doesn't offer too much in the way of a new experience.

A short and easy story, dull assaults, boring multiplayer maps and a small social space. That means that The Curse of Osiris could have been great, but as it is, it's far from achieving that.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris is a huge disappointment. Its campaign is short and too easy and the story is lacking depth. Therefore this expansion is way too expensive.

Curse of Osiris landed in Destiny 2 with a thud. Its campaign and story are a bust, its new content is mixed and buggy at best, and it does nothing to address the community’s loud cries for fixes to the endgame. The few redeeming features are its more challenging and varied Adventures, and the Raid Lair’s puzzles and tough boss battle.

If this expansion were $10 or so, I wouldn't be so rough on it. However, when you're looking at paying $19.99 ($17.50 with the Expansion Pass) for Curse of Osiris when it offers so little new content, it seems a bit ridiculous. The worst thing of all is that if you want to keep playing Destiny 2 and keep getting new and relevant gear, then you have to buy it. This expansion is now required to get the full enjoyment out of even the base game, so even if you think it's not a good value you're trapped.

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris is a waste of both money and time. It’s a shame that Bungie couldn’t use the Infinite Forest themselves to find a timeline in which they had actually crafted a content drop that was as interesting and innovative in practice as it was on paper. Curse of Osiris does house some solid elements, such as decent voice acting and gorgeous design, but that means absolutely nothing when the content itself is meagre and half-baked.

The Curse of Osiris is not only the worse Destiny DLcs; it is one of the worse video game DLCs I have ever played. There is so little new in this DLC that it should have been free. I miss the days of Borderlands 1 and 2 when one felt they were getting value for the money they spent, and being respected as a loyal consumer by the Game Developer. I recommend trying Warframe. Repeating my PS4 review since I own it on both platforms:

Bungie has completely missed the mark here. Even with the bundled "quality of life" changes they released with this "expansion" it is laughably barren and empty of anything worthwhile. More recycled D1 exotics, a tiny playable area, and atrocious writing have made this a serious case of buyers remorse for me.

All good-will Bungie earned from me in Destiny 1 is dead and gone. I may never play another Bungie title as long as I live and I am definitely done with this hollow shell of a game.

It's clear the end-game has been locked behind Eververse (loot-boxes). Our guardians have been nerfed into the ground. They took away all our items only to trickle them back to us as watered-down D2 versions.

The quality of life changes include a nerf to the shoulder-charge to prevent it from being used as mobility.

I played Destiny 1 the other day and the comparisons sum up Destiny 2. I'm disappointed and bored. A gorgeous game with amazing sound can't make up for everything we've lost.

I feel slow, weak, and mute. My guardian won't talk. My guardian can barely sprint anymore. My supers are weak. My subclasses are wet-noodles and constricting to choice. The armor is pointless and so are the mods.

This game is greed and hubris in a box.

I don't normally buy expansion passes but I really had hope for this one and it burned me like no DLC has ever before I shall not be buying another expansion pass ever and I will not purchase a single product produced by bungie ever again unless they get there act together.
