Even though it didn't give the fans what they wanted (endgame) i still enjoyed the story, it was interesting and unique and gave Ikora some actual character. And past Mercury is one of the most visually stunning things i have every seen. In one of the missions you explore a seed ship and i was in that mission for about an hour as i loved the scenery and was just admiring the area. And past Mercury is one of the most visually stunning things i have every seen. In one of the missions you explore a seed ship and i was in that mission for about an hour as i loved the scenery and was just admiring the area. However the lack of darkness zones inside the boss fights was a real downfall, considering that missions were 200-230 due to catering to casual fans it wasn't challenging.

This all being said you have to give it to Bungie that the infinite forest, Mercury past and present and the descendant and precursor vex look visually stunning.

And Bungie now definitely knows that something has to change NOW as they cancelled their raid stream because of the backlash, so the bright side is that destiny 2 will be getting better.

Bungie have has years to make a better game than Destiny 1 which i really enjoyed but they ultimately failed. However year 1 and 2 Destiny was like this as well, not giving content, no story, disappointing overall, but later Destiny 1 was amazing. So there is still hope this will happen again.

If your interested in the vex and destiny lore than i would recommend this dlc, however if you want it for the raid, you should look into it first as even though it looks really good im not sure that everyone will think it was enjoyable.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris is a huge disappointment. Its campaign is short and too easy and the story is lacking depth. Therefore this expansion is way too expensive.

A lacklustre first offering that gets by on a few star turns and the same stirling gunplay.

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris is a waste of both money and time. It’s a shame that Bungie couldn’t use the Infinite Forest themselves to find a timeline in which they had actually crafted a content drop that was as interesting and innovative in practice as it was on paper. Curse of Osiris does house some solid elements, such as decent voice acting and gorgeous design, but that means absolutely nothing when the content itself is meagre and half-baked.
