    Playing on an X1X. Don’t look in a mirror! The f’n game just shuts down! How’s that for helping one’s virtual self esteem? Frame rate issues, texture issues, things just disappearing, wonky NPC animations, reactions. Menu issues, customization issues. Freezing. Game just turning off. Game shutting my xbox off! This should have not been released in the state it’s in. It should have either been delayed by another 6 months for refinement and polish or delayed until ready and only released on xbox series x and ps5. I wanted to like this game so much, and there’s so much to want to like but the bugs and issues take all that away. I’m absolutely disappointed and sorely let down by Project CD Red. So many of us were excited, didn’t mind the delays knowing we would get a better game for it, but this???? This isn’t acceptable on any level, especially from them and especially after The Witcher 3 and the great work they’ve previously done.… Expand

    Can confirm the game is broken as **** Seriously let down that a game originally made for last gen consoles is all of a sudden unplayable. Between textures not loading & incredibly sorry frame rate, this game shouldn't have been released. I've been played!

    However my review was completed on the series x and frankly... I did not have these issues. The game runs at a smooth 60 FPS in performance mode, I did turn off all the video effects except for lens flare, I found the picture to be much more crisp that way.     The story, characters, quest design, dialogue, random world events are all on an exceptional level to which you would expect from CD Projekt Red. I expect to play through this game many times over the years like I do still with the Witcher and other RPGS. But what this ads on top of an experience like the witcher is the ability to replay the game with different characters, in different ways. I have not been so strict on my role playing in a long time!

    Gun play and combat is also excellent, much better than I expected to be perfectly honest.

    Driving is not it's strong suit, I was disappointed to find that it is very difficult to drive in first person, as I had planned to stick strictly to that way of driving to make the role play that much more immersive.

    I would experience the odd pop in NPCs, but not as much as I am hearing others experience on other platforms.

    The only bug I really had worth mentioning is an NPC I was supposed to talk to for a mission was not there, but a quick save and reload fixed that right away.

    In the end, if you are excited for CP, it runs more than okay on series x, if you are still on the fence then there is no harm in waiting for more patches or even the next gen upgrade.    … Expand

    En lo general a mi me esta gustando hasta ahora y no encontre tantos bugs como decian ya voy al 40% de la historia lo recomiendo mucho a los que solo les interesa la historia y buscar a Judy xD

    Love the game but it has quite a few bugs. Npcs t-posing when being touched slightly with a car, cops spawning inside buildings but can still shoot me, character going bald when equipping Headwear, textures now loading quickly, and some others.

    This review is for the Xbox Series X Version. The bugs are there, but if you're playing on PC, XBOX Series X or PS5, the game is running great overall. And the game itself is phenomenal, great story, engaging characters & building/customizing your character is great. The game is a masterpiece, but the bugs/further need for optimization holds it back. However, by spring or summertime IThis review is for the Xbox Series X Version. The bugs are there, but if you're playing on PC, XBOX Series X or PS5, the game is running great overall. And the game itself is phenomenal, great story, engaging characters & building/customizing your character is great. The game is a masterpiece, but the bugs/further need for optimization holds it back. However, by spring or summertime I would expect that CD Project Red will have this game fully rolling through updates and patches. This is going to be The Witcher 3 all over again, it's going to have a bit of a tough launch, but after all of it's updates, it's going to be considered a modern day masterpiece.     Incredibly buggy and some pretty bad texture popping but other than that and 1 crash to desktop my Xbox One is dealing with it fairly well. I know I’m playing it on old hardware so I’m not expecting it to run perfectly. CDPR you guys did an awesome job with this game can’t wait for it to be polished, bugs eradicated, and for me to run it on my brand new Series X... once it seems likeIncredibly buggy and some pretty bad texture popping but other than that and 1 crash to desktop my Xbox One is dealing with it fairly well.     On a base XBox One this is basically not playable. I can't even imagine what would have happened if it came out in April. The graphics are 720p at best and it's buggy as hell. I don't know if they can do anything about the performance on old gen, I just hope it'll be better on next gen.

There are things I dont like about the game storywise, mainly the romance options being locked to specific genders even though you can turn yourself into whatever you want, be it trans, straight, or gay, but making it where an NPC only likes a specific gender is a little BS but it is what it is. The only reason I'm giving this a 9 is because I know if I had a better console thats what the game deserves it not the games nor is it CD Project Reds fault I can't afford a higher priced system so my rating shouldn't be based on something thats my fault, it should be based on the game itself.     um dos melhores jogos que já joguei de mundo aberto, apesar do erro da dublagem brasileira mas já foi arrumada junto com vários bugs, o jogo entregou oque eu queria kkkk,eu jogo no xbox one s e não tive nenhum dos erros q os chorões e haters estão falando, a equipe da cd red esa de parabéns

Even with all of the graphics options turned off, anything a few yards away from my character would be blurry and grainy/shiny- not a good looking shiny. I love the story so far and I could deal with the bugs if the game didn’t look so horrible.     Очень крутая игра. Сюжет поглощает с первых минут. Возможно и есть проблемы с оптимизацией на старте. Но на series S играется отлично. У меня игра даже ни разу не вылетала.

    Nope.

    This game is a mess. I played it on the Xbox One X and it is a technical disaster. Do not buy this game. At some point it will likely be worth your money, but today is not that day.

    Even without bugs, glitches and bad performances, this game is not more than a visual novel and walking simulator. The roleplaying layer is laughable, and every mechanisms in the game are as superficial as rare.

    I would have give it a 6/10 and maybe 7/10 for visuals, but the release is a technical shipwreck, an a mass heist against console players.

    Piekekna gra wyprzedzajaca swoje czasy. Gram na XSX we wstecznej kompatybilności i nie mam problemów oprócz drobnych błędów, które pojawiają się w każdej produkcji. Niesamowita historia, wzbogacona misjami pobocznymi, przepiękne miasto, świetna fizyka jazdy, rozbudowany system RPG i przyjemna fizyka strzelania.

    Now that the hype train for this game has come to a screeching halt after several release delays, it's fitting that the game it self is crashing on me at every opportunity so I can't play it. I have had consoles since the PS1/PS2 era. Maybe I was fortunate in the past, but it makes it very difficult to give this game anything but a mediocre score if it's unplayable as it was intended to be experience. All of that said this game has the most vibrant, lived in setting I have ever seen. The voice acting alone has me coming back after every frustrating game crash because it is easily some of the best I've experienced. My biggest issue with this game, outside of the technical ones, is I don't really have a sense of what I'm supposed to be doing. Most of the time that's okay because there's so much to take in, but the tutorial level was frankly garbage. I'm so tired of VR tutorials. It's what a hack developer would do for their game (pun intended). I'm also in a little bit of shock at the core game loop and the action elements of this game. They feel old and dated. That's compounded because the controls are stiff and gun play at first is very loose as you need to progress and make your recoil and aim better and tighter. As far as the game play is concerned I'm not sure if the mission based "go here and do this" main quests/side quest really does anything but bring the game down because the behind the wheel driving physics are definitely lacking and getting anywhere in the car sucks me right out of the game. The hacking mechanic is fine, but ultimately confusing at first because there is SOOO much to keep an eye on for leveling your character and how your "RAM," or the cost of hacking, is utilized and necessary to execute any hack. The hacking mini game however still makes no sense to me and I will have to look up what it is they want me to do when that is happening.

    I'm having fun in the game in spite of the above issues. I like the characters. I love the world and it's potential and I know in time this game will get patched. I know in time there will more content. However, this is the game that was released and the best I see this deserves is a somewhere in the land of mediocre.    … Expand

    The game is unplayable currently on Xbox. Crashes, bugs, horrible AI, Driving the vehicles is so stiff and uncontrollable at high speeds. Even saved files get corrupted. Plus PS and PC already have patches but we have to wait... Not good. False advertising. And the embargo on console review footage was sketchy AF.

I've been playing on the Xbox One X (not series X) and yes, the frame rate has dipped low and the game has crashed a few times. But. I have adored every minute I have played! I can't remember the last time I played such an ambitious game. I don't know if I've ever played a game before that has filled me as much awe. It saddens me that some people can't see past some of the issues to what they managed to do. I would love to see more games with the ambition to push boundaries, rather than the same rehash yearly releases with forgetful games from the likes of Ubisoft etc.. Gotta go, I want to play more now... It might crash at some point, or the frame rate might struggle, But I don't care :)… Expand

    Marvelous game. Technical difficulties aside CD Projekt Red just managed to create world like no other. Patch 1.04 fixed so many bugs that it's just unfair to judge it based on pre-release state.

    CD Projekt simplesmente ignorou completamente a versão do jogo para o Xbox One, lançando ele "cru" como se fosse alguma versão Alpha, ou ainda mais inferior a isso. Nem se quer colocaram a dublagem PTBR e ainda por cima mudo, somente com som do ambiente. Lançamento terrível!

    Im giving it a 10. Why? Because, its an excellent game. Story is amazing and I love the neon setting in night city.. Yes the game is buggy. But they are putting a patch out on Dec 15th. Also this game delivers a big "F You" to journalists. SJW's hate it but real gamers love it. Thank you CDPR and all the real gamers stand up.

    Minha experiência no One fat foi a seguinte: logo na tela da criação do personagem me impressionei com aquelas texturas porcas, até os textos estão borrados kkk mas falei Blz, vamos criar o boneco e ver como o jogo está, e a customização realmente tá bem legalzinha, o que quase me animou. Já sabia que o jogo estava sem Dublagem em português pra Xbox, mas até então pensava que ficaria emMinha experiência no One fat foi a seguinte: logo na tela da criação do personagem me impressionei com aquelas texturas porcas, até os textos estão borrados kkk mas falei Blz, vamos criar o boneco e ver como o jogo está, e a customização realmente tá bem legalzinha, o que quase me animou. Já sabia que o jogo estava sem Dublagem em português pra Xbox, mas até então pensava que ficaria em inglês, tranquilo, mas pra minha surpresa a porr* do jogo tava mudo, e com isso desisti por enquanto, pra ver se mais pra frente dão uma melhorada com as atualizações, o que acho que não vai mudar muita coisa daquilo ali. Esperava queda de frames, gráficos inferiores e loadings gigantescos, mas nada comparado àquilo que foi entregue, o jogo é um borrão, feio demais, estava jogando Assassin's Creed e dele pro Cyberpunk parecia que tinha ligado meu Play2, isso sem contar os bugs que estão relatando, que não vi nenhum por não ter insistido no jogo. Uma vergonha, acabaram com a imagem de empresa foda que construíram através do The Witcher 3.… Expand

    Parece ter muita coisa interessante, mas o bugs comprometem o jogo. Mesmo sendo na maioria bugs visuais, ele estragam completamente a imersão. Há bugs de física também, principalmente dirigindo o carro.
    Desconsiderando os bugs, o jogo não tem realmente a imersão proposta pela visão em primeira pessoa. Até tenta, mas em vários momentos a visão prejudica a jogabilidade: quando os inimigos    Parece ter muita coisa interessante, mas o bugs comprometem o jogo. Mesmo sendo na maioria bugs visuais, ele estragam completamente a imersão. Há bugs de física também, principalmente dirigindo o carro.
    Desconsiderando os bugs, o jogo não tem realmente a imersão proposta pela visão em primeira pessoa. Até tenta, mas em vários momentos a visão prejudica a jogabilidade: quando os inimigos estão em um nível diferente do seu, quando se escala locais ou quando se tem que se posicionar para carregar algum inimigo desacordado ou morto.
    Outro ponto que estraga a imersão é quando é necessário dirgir um veículo. A visão muda para terceira pessoa. Você pode mudar para primeira pessoa, mas é muito complicado dirigir com a visão limitada em primeira pessoa.
    Os cenários não são tão densos quanto o proposto. há muitos prédios em que se deseja conhecer e se descobre que apenas os dois primeiros níveis são acessíveis diretamente. Quando se usa o elevador poucos andares ou somente o subsolo são acessíveis.
    A parte de hacking se limita a ações parecidas com watch dogs ou o carregamento de um tutorial em "ambiente virtual". Não há aquele "cyberspace" proposto inicialmente. Em alguns casos existe a necessidade de "invasão" do inimigo que deseja hackear, onde é necessário realizar um minigame dispensável.    … Expand

For those unaware about the current issues residing CyberPunk 2077, it is a given with current generation consoles as they lack the hardware that the next generation consoles have, all that is affecting next generation are only few minor bugs or glitches that can either break the immersion or cause a impede in progression.

    CyberPunk 2077 was a massive and expansive set piece for a single player RPG, feeling very alive with rich story telling and multiple options to choose from. Such from the path of 3 different beginning pieces to working on up to the story. There is lore scattered about in and out of night city, catching few first timers off guard when experiencing the campaign. These simple data drives contain much lore that expands even past the US of night city and explaining much of how the future came to be.

    Although i have not experienced everything in CyberPunk 2077, there is much more to come and i myself implore you to purchase a next gen console to enjoy the much bigger picture from CyberPunk 2077.

    So with that being said, CyberPunk 2077 does not feel like a current gen game as it is simply too powerful for the current generation hardware to run properly. This takes the standards of hardware to greater emphasis when it comes to power and capabilities, so the graphics and power degradation was an expected outcome of such a time. It is now time to move on, to reach for the new current generation consoles and PC as 2020 comes to a close for this year’s current generation.

    Yes, the game has flaws, it’s buggy and laggy. But if you overlook that aspect, the core is amazing. Great story, fun missions (all side missions are very unique and different and include humour at times) I’m in love with the gunplay, characters and world( doesn’t look too good in 3rd if your driving). It will be fixed but for now it’s an 8 I can’t go higher, fix the bugs and    SERIES X

    Has some issues and does crash occasionally, but I have no doubt it will get the Witcher or No Man’s Sky treatment - and will get patched up to a solid 10/10 if the PC is anything to go by (I play on xbone, my fiance plays on PC so I have a direct comparison)

So taking out the facts that 9 versions of the game had to be rushed to the shelves of the multi delayed game we have at the core a game that is beautifully crafted in graphics, environment and full of corruption with real personal choice coming into play during each unique play though the game. People are often quick to slam the latest releases or tech while playing on their OG console with a 720p tv and spam how bad their experience is. Well if you want a good experience you don't start with the worst set-up you can possibly put together to try to get the most from your experience of the hottest game on the market today, which is also available for all the next generation hardware with various settings. My personal opinion is that the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game shouldn't have been eliminated but people's expectations of playing on hardware that's 7 years old shouldn't expect their experience to match that of those who adapt the current days hardware and displays. The game itself has far from let me down and in some cases exceeded a game which is going to continue to see huge updates, patches and content along it's life cycle. Be optimistic, upgrade your hardware and display, and be thankful the OG versions of the game weren't cancelled entirely. I personally have reviewed footage on all platforms with various settings and my personal play of the game was quite enjoyable. The variety in game along with the multitude of hardware versions released simultaneous is almost unheard of and needs to be considered when taking in to account your personal experience about to be received. Come to terms with the set-up you have at your disposal and don't expect the best of the best when your not playing on the best of the best. Enjoy the game for what feat it is without unknown features fixes or whats to come or what's wrong with the version you're playing. CD Project Red Studio has accomplished the near impossible with this release and it will only get better as they are allowed more time to dial in the appropriate settings for each of the various formats and focus on further game enhancements. The Witcher 3 shared it's own issues at launch and yet turned into one absolute feat. While the main game took me approximately 20 hours to complete there's much more to invest in within the game. My suggestion is to ignore the negative people looking for click bait videos and controversies to stir up drama and content to push their stats on their outlets. If you don't have the best of the best of the best in term of hardware or displays perhaps you'll want to wait to experience the game to it's fullest. In my time with the game I enjoyed it, look forward to my next play thru and had very little issues on the Xbox Series X. So with that in mind while I don't speak to the game play much here rather the drama and massive debacle of debates and comps that exist online today. If you choose to sit down to enjoy what's there be sure to enjoy what's there and not look for things to make your experience a negative one. I feel like most people have let themselves pay more attention to what might or could go wrong rather than paying attention to the game or story itself. Never before have I seen such drama surrounding a release and in the end wait a bit before diving in for those truly looking to enjoy the game, or stop complaining that your 2013 hardware has limitations on one of the most anticipated titles to date. The game does what it set out to accomplish, no have patience while the various versions are dialed in for performance as CD Projekt Red has always taken this very seriously and has proven it's constantly looking for improvement on all hardware and will continue to set the bar higher and higher. I applaud what has ben accomplished and truly appreciate the most aggressive launch of Cyberpunk 2077 in every way on so many platforms in a single wave. For now enjoy the game and continue to enjoy it more and more as they have time to make the experience even better than t is today. It's a must own title and the ultimate question is when for you personally based on how you're going to approach the title based on the shortcomings you may have in your personal hardware set-up.… Expand

    É incrível o quanto a história te prende, o quanto o enredo é bem desenvolvido e flui de uma maneira natural. Isso se deve muito a atuação dos voice actors ( estou jogando em inglês). To już na ps4 pro Odyssey wyglądał i chodził znacznie lepiej do tego wszystkie textury słabej jakości i spartolone HDR, poleca każdemu wyłączyć.     Game is nothing like what was promised. Combat is janky and often drops to a single digit FPS, driving feels terrible and the NPC's are incredibly stupid. The world does not feel alive at all and it's a real disappointment. Borderline unplayable on Xbox One.

    Graphics and Performance: To start with, graphics are terribly rendered. Compared to PC version, loads are slow, and colors are over-saturated making the game feel as if it is made by an indie studio over a limited budget. Hence, the highly saturated colors makes it feel like it is trying to hide the badly rendered textures. Human models (apart from main characters) feel like they are drawn using pastel pen and put into game without adding any shaders. Moreover, some UI choices are questionable. The start menu map is very hard to use because of its color choice. Icons are bundled into places where it makes hard to understand where they are exactly and how to go there. It would have been way better if they just used a typical 2d map. Moreover, the inventory/journal system is almost directly copied from Witcher 3 which I have found clunky.

    Bugs: When it comes to the bugs, I haven't encountered any game breaking ones. This doesn't mean they aren't annoying or require you to go out of your way to finish tasks. There are numerous bugs such as NPCs walking through hard objects; random NPCs and vehicles spawning right in front of you or ON you, causing you to take damage. I have also encountered cases where the task relevant enemy NPCs teleporting in and out of the playable area very rapidly, making it a pain to finish the tasks. Moreover, I have encountered bugs where mission relevant NPCs or items not spawning at all, requiring you to leave the area and restart the game for it to be fixed. I will update my part about bugs when I play more.

    Open-world gameplay: Level design is probably the best part of this game. There are so many details embedded into the world. There are vibrant side-quest stories, meaningful background chatter, lots of books/articles/magazines that you can collect which gives tons of information about the world of Cyberpunk. You can spent dozens of hours just hunting such information learning about the lore of the game. There are many elements to discover such as different clothing shops which sell different clothes; numerous cars that you can hunt by following side quests to unlock, bars/food places; weapons shops. If you are type of person that hunts lore, this game gives you plenty content.

    On the other hand, the open-world random encounter (like the ones in RDR2) feel forced and boring. Unlike RDR2's random encounters, there are way too many street events that are way to similar. Such events feel like they have been just replicated across the maps so you get more opportunities to grind for level. I understand this is typical in many RPGs. However, unlike other RPGs such Cyberpunk random events feel bland by not providing enough incentive to enjoy such events like rare drops chances etc. (Even if there is such chance of drop, I am yet to encounter it.) They are just soulless grind options for you to get skill points.

    One last note is the path-finding used for navigation. It seems to me that the base code for the functionality is taken from Witcher: a game whose map is mosstly flat. Unlike Witcher 3, cyberpunk has multiple floors in each building and several layers of the city. As a result, the navigation suggestions are very confusing on the map, jumping between points you have already been. Minimap line drawing are lifesavers on the other hand. If you get stuck, just followed the line on the mini-map.

    Story: I haven't finished the story yet so I will include my view on it when I am done.

    Side-quests: These missions are mostly fun and interesting. They all have small story lines which some of them are more interesting than the main story missions in my opinion. Game provides a ton of side quests from the beginning (starting from 5-6 hours into the story). You can just walk up to certain NPCs on the street and pick up such quests. Later, you can collect contextual information about the story line of side-quests from the environment like described above which is a nice touch.

    Level progression: I have found the level and skill progression very nice. Both main quest line and side quests encourage you to level up before fully going into a single story line. Along with main quest line, side quests improve in its requirements for you to have certain skills improved for you to be able to have the mission relatively easy.

    Overall: I haven't found main story characters interesting but side quests appealing. Combining this with the bugs and graphics of the game I can only give a 5/10. As I have said I will update my score after finishing the game.    … Expand

    I have been using a SSD upgraded xbox one x. Therefore my load times are great and you need to make sure you arnt wasting time loading the game as it crashes completely every hour or so randomly. The base game is good, but random bugs really take the fun off. I trust CDPR to sort it out

    Horrível, simplesmente não roda no xbox one, dublagem muda em pt BR, textura toda bugada e fps caindo pra 10 toda hora, enfim, não compre e se comprou reembolse.

    Looks amazing on Series X. There is a few bugs, but it’s nothing if the game and story is perfect.

    I´m playing on Xbox Series X, and I´ve had a few glitches and crashes, but over all an amazing game.
    I´m certain that they will fix the bugs soon so I´ll give the game 90/100 because every game now have a lot of bugs. Without the bugs 100/100 easy. The story is AMAZING, and the graphic is also very good, love the city.

    Great game. Great story. This is not watchdogs as some people claim. It's light years ahead of that franchise. The main story line is very interesting and side missions are useful and enjoyable. Recommend you play this on hard or very hard depending on your skill level. Not the type of game you want to fly through. More engaging than the Witcher series and combat is decent. ItGreat game.     Unplayable, I think the game is pretty good but for all the problems: a lot of bugs, I crashed like 8 times, the graphics was horrible, and if I run with the pg I would freeze and more . So it's not a worst version of cyberpunk is an unplayable version.

    Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

    Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
