Even IF they fix the graphics and missing pants and driving, can they fix the lonely empty streets and zombielike NPCs, the lack of NPC interactive dialogue, the verticality locked behind countless doors, the lack of connection between you and your character, the overstuffed superficial looting system, one dimensional characters hidden behind phone calls who you never have the opportunity to have an in person exchange with, a crafting system that makes you feel like crafting makes no difference. It's not a full and bustling world, it's a world where the disconnect between the player and the main character is glaring. Cyberpunk gets a 2/10 because honestly, the genital mechanics in character creation made me laugh for a good 10 minutes, and it's 2020. I needed to laugh about wobbling genitals.    … Expand

    Truly a disappointment. I will never be buying a CD Project Red game on release again.

    Some may say you should never buy a game on day one, but if anyone could have made a game worth buying on release day, I thought it would have been them.

    hmm... the story is good but with all the bugs and glitches one simply cannot immerse themselves within the narrative. food stalls are uninteractable, lacking romance options, nudity was said to be significant but rarely shows genitals in game except for the inventory for V (no point editing genitals in character creation as it, from my experience, never affects gameplay whatsoever).

    Returned it and got my money back. Game is ugly and laggy on PS4 slim. Would rate it a 1 if the pc port wasnt at least playable but alas. Definitely do not buy on console till the game is updated

    The city is looking good, even though there isn't enough going on for the real megasprawl feeling.

    The game falls short despite its deep narrative and storytelling set in a Cyberpunk universe. Fundamentally the game is flawed both technically with bugs, texture flickering, and optimization issues plagued by the engine and also due to design decisions that aren't very well thought out crafted, or executed with the games narrative. Overall, this is 2020's most disappointing games.

This game is a unfinished peace of garbage, not even hot garbage, because the fire is just bugging somewhere else in this world. And I'm not talking about gamebreaking bugs, the game runs fine on the Xbox one x. Just a friendly reminder: GTA IV or even got their NPCs nice and scripted to create a nice living surrounding. This all would be fine for a Kickstarter or an early accds game . Eu estava tão ansioso para jogar isso que até fiz pré venda no meu One S, eu só não esperava do estado em que o produto final se encontrava. 20 fps para baixo, 480p, inúmeros bugs, travamentos e crashes constantes, problemas graves de textura e resolução, renderização nível PS2, e o pior de tudo, sem dublagem no meu idioma, o português brasileiro , por conta de umCara, que decepção.     Pra vc ter ideia do quão ruim está o jogo no xbox one X, o jogo está sem áudio da voz dos personagens, eles tbm nao mexem a boca. Tem que usar as legendas. Espere sair no gamepass pois o jogo vai fracassar tanto que provavelmente acaba por lá.

    J’ai dû créer un compte spécialement pour les critiques de ce jeu, c’est la première fois que je met un avis sur metacritic, en tant que joueur, je ne demande pas monde et merveille, mais juste pouvoir JOUER à ce jeu correctement.. hélas ce n’est pas le cas, Cd Project est tombé très très bas au yeux des joueurs.

    Et de l’embargo pour les testeurs qui n’avaient pas le droit de montrer des tests de version PS4/One on en parle ? Une censure de la part de CD Project, car eux même savaient que le jeu n’était pas prêt.. Quel mensonge, tout simplement honteux..

    Je ne sais même plus quoi dire tellement je suis déçu, je met un 2 juste pour la bande son et l’ambiance qui est présent... Mais tout le reste c’est poubelle..

    Unplayable. The controls feel outdated and floats a lot. Gun play is so bad you have better luck playing blind. Side questing is broken and no method of seeing quest level and they force you to take every side quest as they are automatically added.

    Only good thing about the game is main story.
    When you done with a mission and out of the Night City graphics are burning your eyes! Witcher 3 looks much more better. Everywhere, every street has its own glitches.

    Why CD Project Red why?? Why don't you give a sh*t about Xbox consoles? There is no update.

    Cons: No npc AI (cars don't react to you messing with them, people just crouch if you shoot at them, cops won't chase you, they literally spawn into the world in front of you because they have no animations), no car customization, no character customization, no apartment customization.     First time ever I made a rating, but this game is forcing me to do it. The technique is a absolutely naughtiness, this game on my x box one x is performing like a better x 360 or PS3 game!! After playing it for a couple of hours I start to getting eye cancer. CD Project Red should offer all console players to switch to the PC version of this game

    Game is nothing like what was promised. Combat is janky and often drops to a single digit FPS, driving feels terrible and the NPC's are incredibly stupid. The world does not feel alive at all and it's a real disappointment. Borderline unplayable on Xbox One.

    The initial install and requiring to disc swap during instillation ment you had to make sure you were watching the install process or you got stuck waiting an extra few hours, I knew it was huge day 1 patch so I started download and install and went to work to only return home to a insert disc to to continue download process..     I made an account just to rate this. This game is no fun at all! So many bugs and just an amory city. I really was looking forward to this game and even bought a limited edition Xbox One X for it. Couldn't imagine it would be this bad.

    Frame rate and resolution make this feel like a half-baked and unenjoyable experience. Either should never have pushed this onto Xbox One and PS4 or actually made sure that it worked before releasing.

NPC's faces are blurred, store fronts and signs regularly take time to load, and I have been booted from the game entirely a handful of times.     It is unfortunate that the XB1 version of the game is very visually grainy and lacks a polish that so many other games have on the XB1. At first I didn't notice it until I finally got into Night City and was able to freely roam. Very disappointing. I will not continue playing this game until the graphics are greatly improved!

    (Xbox series X) Buggy mess, completely disappointed. I own the cyberpunk controller, stand, and hard drive I couldn’t have been more hyped so this sucks. Multiple game breaking bugs, many more small ones. Feels like nobody at CDPR actually played it, I would’ve rather another delay than this.

NPCs pop into and out of existence based on moving mere feet away from them, no textures look current gen-- literally none of them appear comparable to even those of GTA 4, let alone GTA 5.     The game simply put wasn’t ready, its blatantly unplayable, CDPR blatantly kept information away from the consumer. Even on next gen hardware and pc, the game is incredibly buggy, and struggles on a lot of pcs.

    This game is simply unplayable, and a game you can’t play shouldn’t be bought.

    I never normally purchase a game on day 1 but based on their previous output I gave my trust (and money) to CD Projekt Red.
    This was my mistake. Theirs was releasing a game that is broken in significant ways which looks and plays like something from the early days of the 360 era. They obviously covered this up during the 1st review cycle and have successfully conned me. Never again.

The graphics weren’t the trash they are in the standard XBOX One, they’re not too bad. Everything seems a bit washed out. I’ll have to mess with the settings. I played it all the way up to the start of the hotel section of the Dex mission to get the “relic” chip. Here’s my impression. The controls are utter garbage. I’m driving, moving, and especially firearms handling. Seriously bad. I suppose I could turn down the sensitivity but I’m not sure. The driving is just garbage. Plain and simple. The story seems awesome, the setting, and the characters but all the damn bugs and glitches almost ruin it all. My car floating. Getting randomly caught on something and not being able to move. One spot, while driving, everything froze. Just froze. I thought it locked up, but then it started moving again. Did that twice. This game was released way too soon for consoles. I get it, it’s meant to run on the next gen Series X and PS5, but the Pro and one x should have the horsepower to run this game. It’s been in development long enough that it should run. As for standard Xbox and PS4. My brother has it in Xbox and says it’s pretty much unplayable. This release is a mess. My score is based on actually playing the first 4 hours.… Expand

I also fell like I was robbed of $60 by Microsoft and CD project red. They both knew this game wasn't ready for release. Corporate greed makes me sick

    If this was made by a small team in a garage and this was an early access title I’d give it a 10! But it’s not it’s a AAA game destin for the bargain bin.

    Хаккерство - самое большое разочарование, я вкачал ее почти на максимум, но по факту я с помощью нее включаю и выключаю телевизоры. НИКАКОГО важного смысла в ней не нашел
    Импланты - особых интересов не вызывают.
    Передвижение на мотоцикле - как отдельный вид страданий.
    Стрельба - абсолютно неинтересная, про рукопашный бой вообще молчу, а ведь под него выделели целую ветку.
    По итогу могу сказать, что эта игра, как и творение (не гения) Х. Кодзимы - переоценено на этапе рекламы, эта игра - это недоделанное рпг с большим потенциалом, который не будет реализован. Я очень разочарован в качестве этой игры СДПР, очень жаль, что я не могу вернуть деньги за нее, еще больше жаль, что я не могу вернуть потраченное на нее время.
    Вы хотели показать мир будущего, а показали сырой недоделанный продукт с кучей невыполненных обещаний и ожиданий игроков.

Cyberpunk felt more like a looter shooter than an RPG at times, too. That alone would be fine, but the absolute piss poor performance with the grainy, even after turning off the film grain effect, fuzziness to the graphics(looking in the mirror was just terrible), the constant pop-ins of assets up to ten plus seconds later, and the god awful screen tearing is downright unacceptable. That doesn’t even touch on the actual gameplay aspects. It seems at times that the auto-aim wouldn’t want to work. Sometimes it’d snap to an enemy. Others it wouldn’t. The dialogue at times was laughable. Not in a good way. It sounded like they did one take and went with whatever came out of the actor’s mouth. The dialogue for male V had almost zero inflection or emotion to it. There was also odd pauses in dialogue mid sentence at times. I don’t know if they pieced together different takes or the performance is so bad on base Xbone that the dialogue itself was studdering/experiencing lag. They knew what they were doing for the sake of preorder sales, and they should be ashamed. They’re not ashamed, because they got our money,but they should be, At least, they had my money. As soon as I read their “apology” letter stating they’d have a “fix” around February of 2021, I jumped all over the refund button through Microsoft. Cyberpunk 2077 should be the nail in the coffin for preordering a game for all of us gamers. Never again should we give any studio our money before we know they didn’t hand us crap and a half assed apology promising better next time. I know I’m done preordering anything.… Expand

    My biggest dissapointment is a open world - NPCs at best knows 1 phrase. Stores and Street food where you cant just buy anything, shooting high level ordinary gangster models looks like MMO type of gamplay when you're shhoting full clip of assault rifle to a head and it does almost no damage, And really boring side missions which I never expected from creators of witcher 3.
    System of levels and percs did not best visualised and not really getting a lot of new mechnics.
    Small map when you're drivining getting you to skip a lot of turns , cause it's simply showing too small amount of world.

    Is there something to love in a game ? For sure
    Design and an atmosphere are really amazing, but graphics quality and bugs not helping to enjoy this world.
    Open world looks detailed and great to travel on , but it's not really interactive and graphics again...
    Cool shooting and melee mechanics, but when you getting a combat with tough guys its becoming really slow and boring.
    A huge bunch of side activities, but same mechanics you can get in any other OW game and mostly no interesting stories. Man, it was better on AC Valhalla...
    Astonishing story and characters is the thing why you would love a game.
    And I'm playing on a XSX , have no idea what I would feel about it if I would launch it on Original xbox one.

    What I think about it - It could be a game of gen, but cdpr decided to launch a beta-version and sold it for a full price. Hiding a truth and predicting they never knew about how bad it works on consoles...
    Really really sad.

I thought everyone was over reacting because the first few hours of play time were not that bad for me on the base Xbox One. I'm about 7 hours in and its become difficult to drive around the open world. Audio isn't synced with character models.     This game flat out fails to deliver on its promises and hype in just about every respect. It is an unpolished mess even after the numerous delays and truly lacks any real attention to detail. The animations. game mechanics and physics are so bad or lacking all together. Games from 2013 such as GTA are more well thought out.

Many simple objects like chairs and machines are inaccessible, not even allowing for the player to participate in the world unless given a prompt from a mission. The immersion is just not there.     The NPC AI is a joke. Be it your standard NPC walking on the street (who repeatedly say the same things and magically disappear if you fire a shot or jump too much) or the police (who literally spawn in if you commit a crime, but don't actually give chase) - it's all barely functional, and relies highly on scripting.

    "Car chases" are fully scripted. You can put the controller down and the outcome will always be the same. This is not what anyone expected from an "open world RPG" that have "choices that matter". Trailers featured V, the protagonist, driving and shooting - but at no point can we do this. At best, we get to be a passenger and shoot during events in which cars will *always* crash at set scripted points, even if you do nothing.

    Destructible environments? Well, you can blow up barrels and some things... but blowing a wall apart like in the E3 "demo"? Not at all.

    CD Projekt Red repeatedly promised that CP2077 would be released "when it's ready", but released to being virtually unplayable on base consoles and ridden with bugs / missing features. It seems CD Projekt Red really invested in playing out the Cyberpunk 2077 storyline in real life - lying and deceit for corporate greed.

    CD Projekt Red has lost all of it's trust - and I hate to say it, but they'll never regain it from me.

    NOTE: I put ~150 hours into this game. The story / world is great. It's a shame that they felt the need to sell a lie and release an unfinished product that was missing the core things that make an open world RPG function. Due to the lies and unfinished release, I have to knock the score heavily.    … Expand

    This is unfortunate as the gameplay is actually good but is held back by the aforementioned issues. I been playing a stealth build. Hacking cameras and tagging enemies can be fun. In the last mission I silently took out a gangster guarding a side entrance, snuck into the building and collected a mission item then quietly made my escape. The map is loaded with side missions like that and are generally fun to play.

    Sadly the game is neither optimized for last gen or current gen consoles so I am not sure what CDPR‘S aim was here other than to let us all down at once. This is inexcusable when Rockstar was able to deliver a good and stable GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 then a couple years later release an Xbox One version. Why CDPR did not follow that template by first releasing on the XB1 followed a year or two later to the current gen hardware is a mystery to me.

    This is an epic fail for CDPR that needs to be remedied ASAP! If not I see a class action lawsuit in their future. Charging a premium price for a buggy broken game while hiding these issues until post-release is criminal.

Too much hype and marketing around this game and it's so overrated. A game with an unpleasant atmosphere, does not catch on like the latest Deus Ex, even the Human revolution is a cut above this misunderstanding.     Yes the game might have gorgeous moments, but every single mission as at least a bug. Had multiple times with game breaking games that I needed to restart the last checkpoint. It's just a mess. It's insulting to be released like it is. The marketing done was clearly made to fool us, even the life path's. They're like 5 minutes, and then it's all the same.

Crasheos, bugs, obscenas caídas de frames, texturas pésimas y que no cargan, una resolución limitada, un sin número de desastres a nivel técnico que tiran por la borda absolutamente todo lo bueno que Cyberpunk 2077 ofrece en otros apartados y hacen que al menos al momento del lanzamiento del parche 1.04, el título sea injugable. Uno de los peores lanzamientos y de las peores experiencias de juego en Xbox One.

    Dudo realmente, que puedan desenterrar éste juego del lugar al que tristemente ha caído.

Идите в опу со своей политикой, кстати, и со своим киберпанком убогим. Никогда больше не куплю ваши игры. И ведьмака 2 и 3 принципиально не буду проходить, хоть они и куплены.     I pre ordered this? we all know it looks bad but the thing is I can get pass that if it wasn't out of focuses. It dose not end at that. This games script is dal 20 hours in I laughed once and it was at the plot. This game has nothing I can point to and say hey this part is good or CDPR did this right. save your money and beware of hype.

    On xbox one X here. Various bugs in game. Cars turn into boxes, system crashed when drive to another zones. Quest NPCs with no legs. The list just keeps go on. The game itself is fine and great when it works but there are one too many game breaking bugs here

The AI is awful, The UI is some of the worst I've ever seen, Night City feels completely soulless, the voice acting is hit or miss, enemies are absolute bullet sponges, the animations tend to be pretty choppy, cops spawn behind you if you do something naughty, there is no driving AI other than simple predetermined NPCThis game is a mess. I'm averaging at least one bug a minute, it's just an absolute mess. I'm hoping CDPR will fix some of the bugs and game mechanics in the next few months, but right now this game is not worth the price of admission.… Expand

    This is the worst game I've ever lived in. Everything is blurry, can't walk, can't run, can't drive. This game should have never been advertised or delivered to the ps4 or xbox one in this state. Needed about 20 more months in development. Once you get to the hacking part the game is completely unplayable. Don't order if you have a base xbox or ps4. Refunds work btw

    Jestem zażenowany ilością bugow tudzież kolizji których w tej grze po prostu nie ma. Gra powinna wyjść najwcześniej za rok. Poziom grafiki jest rodem z GTA4 na ps3 ... jedynie fabuła jest dobra ale bugi utrudniają przechodzenie. To już na ps4 pro Odyssey wyglądał i chodził znacznie lepiej do tego wszystkie textury słabej jakości i spartolone HDR, poleca każdemu wyłączyć. Сюжет тоже норм, но какой-то очень уж короткий. Но основной фокус внимания во время игры сосредоточен не на сюжете и геймплее, а на картинке, работающей в 18 ФПС.     Ставлю нуль - за то что компания занимается разжиганием ненависти в отношении Русского народа начиная с 24 февраля 2022 года.
    Игра мне понравилась.
    Жаль, что разработчиков вынудили выпустить игру в свет раньше времени. Она сырая и ещё не отшлифована. Но то как она выглядит и многое другое мне нравится и я надеюсь, что в будущем она станет более оптимизированной и с кучей дополнений.     Malísimo, no lo puedo recomendar, anda muy mal en la consola.

    Algunos fanboys de gorro lo defenderán (¿eh hardcoretas?) pero no les hagan caso, esos son fanboys o están comprados por las empresas. Evitad, Evíten este juego a toda costa, está repleto de bugs.

    Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

    Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
